Greetings from Papua from the group "Descendants of Miklouho-Maclay"! Today we spent the whole day in the village of Paia. We met the leader and his three wives, looked into the sacred houses with the relics and skulls of the leaders, took part in local dances. And they tried magnificent meat cooked in a traditional way in the ground with hot stones. Now we are ready to climb our volcano (Giluve). Tomorrow we go to trekking to the base camp.
