Alexander Abramov, the leader of the expedition to Manaslu, from Kathmandu:

Today we met the main part of our team. Now almost all expedition climbers are here. Then we gave our personal goods to the helicopter for lifting it to the base camp. We worked for a movie, and simply enjoyed the meeting. And, of course, there was a briefing, where we discussed all the details of the forthcoming difficult climb.

Yesterday, the the 7 summits Club welcomed a guest. Artist, Vice-President of the Union of Russian Abstractionist, Anastasia Dobrovolskaya brought her picture painted on the edge of the crater of the highest volcano of Africa – Kilimanjaro.

 Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro - it was the first climbing experience Anastasia. And there, in Africa, the idea of a large project called "Seven paintings in seven highest peaks in the world". Anastasia plans to climb all Seven summits and to do what did no one in the world. That is, to bring down the finished new painting.

We wish Nastya good luck in the project! Diary of her travels in Tanzania and the history of painting on top of Kilimanjaro, has recently been published on our website. On further expeditions and plans we will also keep you up to date...

Alexander Abramov, expedition leader: Today the second part of the team of 7 summits Club came to Kathmandu. They are  our guides and movie crew. All team members are very happy to be back in Nepal. And that baggage is not lost on the road. Expedition leader Alexander Abramov met a team with a misted bottle of champagne. We drank for the visit and for the birth of a new guide - Yaroslav Kotlyar.

Natalia guided by Dmitry climbed to the top of Mont Blanc from the refuge of Gouter  for 4 hours 30 minutes. So fast our girls this season didn't run on the highest peak of the Alps. Congratulations to Natalia Bykovsky and her guide! So this season in Mont Blanc  for the 7 Summits Club is completed, will give the mountains a break from us!

Vladimir and Tatiana will climb the highest mountain in Greece – Mytikas 2917 m. The program also includes trekking to  the unique rock monasteries of Meteora (Meteora) — "floating in the air", which are included in the UNESCO list.

Alexander Abramov from Nepal: in the program of preparation for expedition Everest 2018, we received a permit  for "7 Summits Club"  for Manaslu 8156 m. All the goods of the expedition, 8 Sherpas and 2 cooks have already been delivered by helicopter to the Base camp. 13 members - a lucky number. Andrey Berezin, head guide of 7 summits Club in the Elbrus region: the "North Sudden" beginning of the acclimation program in the Northern Elbrus region. We are now on the Mushrooms. At the moment it is the only place where there is a connection. Therefore, all participants are engaged in dialogue at a distance. But I managed to trap under a flag of 7 summits Club...

Andrey Berezin, head guide of the 7 Summits Club Elbrus: so, despite all the disasters in the mountains of Elbrus, a few days of bad weather (and today was also the first half of the day the storm), a group of Pioneers climbed to the Western summit of Elbrus! While at the top the weather was beautiful. Congratulate the boys with the first  autumn climb this year!

 As you all probably know, the road to Terskol destroyed in several places the consequences of debris flow in gorge Adyl-su. Most likely, climbing from Terskol this year will be gone and our guides will be moved to the North side of Elbrus

We are at the top. This is 1st summit (Gillmans Point) - 5685 meters. We stay... we drank tea, ate chocolate and biscuits. We must go further. Close to 2-th summit, all stopped and no one could go far. We began to breathe artificial oxygen from the tank. The tour guide said that when we get to 3rd  summit, he will allow not more than 10 minutes to be there.

I have joined the brain. To write a painting I  need 30-40 minutes, and in the current situation and all 45. I decided to sit right here on the rocks, please oil on canvas and palette knife. With me remains husband and 2 porters. The rest of the group goes on... I begin to paint. My Head's not straight, the colors - in the pile, Kilimanjaro is not given.

After 20 minutes, the image of the mountain appears. The guides help keep the folder and the canvas serves paint and sincerely amazed at how the canvas it appeared - Kilimanjaro))))

It took 40 minutes and all my power, which I need to remain for the descent…

Ladakh is all forgiving atmosphere of real Tibetan Buddhism is multifaceted, multinational Leh, where I live next to Hindus, Tibetans, Ladakhi, Chinese,

-  friendly and smiling people,

- place where the phone is not useful to you,

- a mix of Indian, Tibetan, Chinese and European cuisine

- a clear sense of intimacy-guarded borders with patrolling helicopters and the Indian border

 and of course is mountains, which have a variety of colors - green, gray, brown, red, lilac, white.

Stok Kangri is currently not allowed me  be on the top.

But Leh did not want to let go. First the trip to the airport in Leh, the staff do not want to register on the flight, explaining that the system does not confirm my tickets.

There is a reason to come back.

Valeriy Glazyrin climbed the highest peak in the Alps Mont Blanc in the group of  the 7 Summits Club under our program from 6th to 13^th of August....

August 28^th  at 5:30 we climbed to the top of Mount Elbrus with artificial oxygen. In preparation for the expedition Everest 2018, the team of  the 7 Summits Club held a new "Oxygen Experiment". Without pre-acclimatization, two climbers  with artificial oxygen and two guides climbed for 4 hours from Pastukhov Rocks to the top.

I believe that the use of artificial oxygen can make the mountain more accessible to the common climbers. In particular, this tool can be used for quick ascents (programs Blitz), when climbers simply no time for gradual acclimatization...

A message from a guide of the 7 Summits Club: Part of the band "the Odessa steamer" ascended to the summit of Mont Blanc. Weather "pleased" guides, but customers  managed to suffer until the top. Well done!

This summer season in the Alps is almost over. There will be only one group next week...

A message from our guide in the Alps Roman: Four days of Mountain school passed quickly. First, we trained a little bit on the rocks and climbed a small route, where he did some technical moves while climbing in pair. Then we moved for a couple of days on the glacier Dent du Géant, where he mastered the basics of movement on the glacier roped. Well, to make it more interesting, we went on two routes: Aiguille de Toule and the Aiguille d'Entreves. The weather was great especially on the last day, which we were happy!

Sergei Motorin successfully reached the summit of Mount Kazbek. The second our climber Alfiya was forced to turn around before reaching the highest point. The weather was good only a short time, the group reached the summit in heavy fog. The descent was long. The group went down to the meteostation only to seven o'clock in the evening, at dusk…

Active members of the 7 Summits Club Mikhail Nosov with his son finished the first part of their adventures in Peru. They went trekking route to Machu Picchu, breaking the pass with the altitude of 4600 meters. Next, our travelers fly to  meet with caimans and anacondas in the Amazonian rainforest.

Dmitry Ermakov, a guide of the 7 Summits Club: the Explorers group from South Africa climbed Mount Elbrus. Six of the eight climbers reached the top. The weather was terrible. The wind is 50 kms per hour and visibility of 5 meters. But everyone was happy!
