 Guide the 7 Summits Club Maxim Shakirov: Our team is called"2+7". On August 16, we saw our goal - Mount Ararat. The walk from 2200 meters to the first camp (3 250m) took us exactly 5 hours.

The health of the members was normal…

 The name of the team was confirmed today, August 17: Two members did not come out today for acclimatization due to poor health. The remaining 7 people climbed to a height of 3900 meters and returned to 1 camp at 3200.

On the way we met a group from Serbia, with which the famous fighter-boxer Fedor Emelyanenko goes to Ararat. A barefoot colorful character in the photo – that is a priest from Serbia.

August 16. Beautiful morning, beautiful weather. Today, three groups of the 7 Summits Club reached the top of Mount Elbrus.  The group called "Entente" was the largest, 17 members and guides (the main guide – Andrey Berezin).

Today at 6: 30 in the morning, the whole group stood on the top of Ararat. The weather is wonderful, everything is fine. Now we have already gone down to camp 4100. Here we rest a little and go lower. Today we want to go down to the city and spend the night in a hotel. In general, all is well, all members are healthy and feel well.

Everyone was happy and now resting after the climb! We remained pleasant things: rewarding and the road home…

Last week our friends from RD Studio pleased us with the first two series of the film "The Man who always wanted more".  The main character – Vasily Shakhnovsky, who as part of the expeditions of the 7 Summits Club  climbed Everest and performed the program "Seven Summits". Part 1 – MT. Kazbek. Part 2 – Manaslu. Complete our video news new film by Eugene Lesnitsky. This time about adventures in mountains of the USA.

In the mountains, meanwhile, our programs continue on a broad front. Elbrus is breaking all records of popularity,  after successful  climbs  last week, to new a week from 7 Summits Club came three groups. Sergei Larin with a group of fathers and sons climbed Kilimanjaro, and Vladimir Kotlyar with his group made acclimatization rotation on the slopes of Khan Tengri.

Greetings from Elbrus!  Three large groups of 7 Summits Club began acclimatization rotation in the area of Elbrus.  The first outing was to the slopes of Mount Cheget. There the groups met and greeted each other. Tomorrow they all go to the slopes of Elbrus to continue acclimatization.

RD Studio presented yesterday the second part of the documentary from 4 parts "The Man who always wanted more".

 This is the story of a man who on the eve of his 60th birthday decided to climb Everest. But before climbing the highest mountain of the planet, he will climb three peaks in different parts of the world: Kazbek, Manaslu and Ohos del Salado.

Vasily Shakhnovsky was able to climb Kazbek. There will be a jump to 3 kilometers up. Mount Manaslu - the eight-thousand meter peaks of Nepal, one of the 14 eight-thousanders of the world. Unusually beautiful and avalanche dangerous.  The way to the top is blocked by numerous cracks and snow cornices. But the main danger is height. Never before Vasily was not above 8000.

7 Summits, hello! This is a guide Dmitry Ermakov from the slopes of Ararat. Today we started from our hotel and saw Mount Ararat for the first time! We reached the end of the road and walked towards our first camp. The road was pleasant and not tense. Warm and good!  After 4 hours peaceful road we reached camp 3350 м. Here even we were met by watermelons and grapes. Not a hike, but pure joy! And dinner is waiting ahead! Tomorrow we go higher!

In May, a group of the 7 Summits Club  held a mountaineering trip in the mountainous areas of the United States. Under the guidance of Alexander Lastochkin and Boris Egorov, the participants completed all training and climbing plans, and even more.  They learned a new special technique of rock climbing through the cracks, visited two mountain areas in Utah and Wyoming. As a result, the team climbed three towers: Fisher Tower, Castleton Tower and Devils Tower.

Vladimir Kotlyar, guide of the 7 Summits Club :  Aloha, friends! Our team returned from acclimatization rotation. We climbed to the height of 6050.  We spent  nights at altitudes of 4200, 5200 and 5800.  Members of the team tried using jumars at high altitude, it's a different feeling. All worked well! Now we will have a well-deserved rest and waiting for the weather window to storm the summit.

Kilimanjaro-3.  All members of the group "Fathers and Sons" reached the top of Kilimanjaro. It happened on August 10 at 9:30.

  Andrey Berezin, the 7 Summits Club guide: news from Elbrus. Today, our group "Black Jack ", all members - 19 persons, reached the Western summit of Mount Elbrus.  We hasten to share this news with you. The weather today was perfect. At the top: no cloud in the sky, no wind, stunning views of the Caucasus mountains.  That's all for today.

 This is the final episode of our Brazilian series! We climbed to the top of Mount Elbrus! The weather was perfect today. The mountain let us did it and our Brazilian friends were happy to tears. Today we already enjoy a shower and in general the benefits of civilization. The End.

Guide of the 7 Summits Club Sergei Avtomonov:  Hi!  And have a Brazilian mood!  We started the program with a new group from Brazil. Today we climbed to the top station of the cable car Cheget to a height of 3100. Then we took the necessary equipment at the rent office and are going to move to the refuge National Park.

The premiere of the second part will be held on Sunday, August 11 at 16-00. This time the expedition set out to conquer Mount Manaslu, one of the most beautiful and dangerous mountains of Nepal.

 The group "Black Jack" (guides  Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorogunov), the largest group this season, today  went to the Pastukhov Rocks. Members and guides climbed at a good pace.  On the way back it began to snow, but they  were already returning.

The Brazilian group led by the guide Boris Egorov is also preparing to storm the summit of Elbrus, completing the acclimatization rotation.

Aloha, friends and family! Here is a group of the 7 Summits Club, going to Khan Tengri under the leadership of Vladimir Kotlyar. We're OK! Today we held ice classes, remembered the technique of movement on the ice in crampons and with ice axes, worked out the movement on glaciers and work with jumars on fixed ropes. Tomorrow we go to the big mountains for acclimatization. There will be no Internet, so only satellite communication.

On January 12, an unusual event occurred at the South Pole. A group of 13 men came here on bicycles.  It was a team of the 7 Summits Club: 11 members plus guides Alexander Abramov and Artem Rostovtsev. For the first time the group on two-wheeled bicycles reached the South Pole. And here's a little more than six months later, Alexander Abramov received medals for the world record reaching the South Pole by bicycle.

Just the second day of August, and already the summit!  Today the group "Drinking monkey's" climbed to the highest point of Europe – Mount Elbrus (5642). August night was clear, but cold, so we warmed up only above the Saddle. And there is already near the summit, which we made certainly.  Congratulations to all of our group!

  Kilimanjaro, day 5. 1.08. Camp Karanga - camp Barafu 4600m. Easiest 3 hours. At 14:00 we had lunch and went to rest. Dinner-Breakfast at 23:00. At midnight, start to the summit.

 Day 6. 2.08. The start of the ascent was exactly at 0:00. The weather has improved: the stars, the wind is weak, cold.  In the period from 7:30 to 8:30 all members of the group reached the top. Now we have all gone down to the Camp Barafu and prepare to go down to the camp Millennium 3800m...
