It's October 22nd. The Upward Movement Group has done a great job today. We left Lobuche, reached Gorakshep, had lunch there and moved to the Everest base camp. The weather favours us, but the wind drove us. The participants feel good, the mood is even better. Tomorrow, an early exit for the decisive acclimatization climb - to Kala Patthar 5600 m.
