 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "YuAR" group! Yesterday we successfully completed the acclimatization cycle with a hike to Pastukhov Rocks. The weather allowed us to admire the wonderful views of the mountain peaks of the Greater Caucasus Range. All participants coped with the climb and feel good. Hello to everyone from the Elbrus region! The 7 Summits Club group has decided on a name - now "We are the first". Today we went for acclimatization to the "Maiden Braids" waterfall, a unique natural object in its beauty. The weather was great and we had wonderful views of the peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge. All the group members feel good, physically and mentally ready for new challenges.

 Good evening from the slope of Elbrus! The "Moscow Pies" team successfully completed the 2nd and 3rd days of acclimatization on the southern slopes of Elbrus. On the second day, the team practiced the technique of stopping with an ice axe in case of a fall, and on the third day we reached Pastukhov Rocks at an altitude of 4550 m. One participant decided to test his endurance and briskly climbed to an altitude of 4700 m. Tomorrow is an important day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit. Greetings to everyone from Elbrus! Our group, which remains nameless for now, began its acclimatization today on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Elbrus opened up on the way up, followed by other beautiful views. The group climbed to the Ai cafe and went down to Terskol to prepare for the continuation of the program on the slopes of Elbrus.

Greetings from Elbrus from the "YuAR" group! Today we moved to our comfortable and cozy refuge"National Park", settled into the trailers, and went for a walk. That is, for training sessions on the technique of movement and belay on snowy terrain. At an altitude of 4100 we practiced self-arrest with ice axes, walked in crampons, some of the participants saw them for the first time. After the classes, we had a delicious lunch and rested. Tomorrow is a new day - climbing Pastukhov Rocks.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our group "Zhduny" as part of acclimatization program climbed to an altitude of 4700 m, we climbed to the top of Pastukhov Rocks. We covered this path at a good pace and in excellent weather. Now the group has a day of rest and ahead is the day of the assault, for which we have been preparing all this time. Hello to everyone from the 7 Summits Club group "Zhduny" from the Southern slopes of Elbrus! Today we moved to the refuge "National Park", where we will spend several days. We had a busy day. We climbed higher up the slope of Elbrus and conducted training sessions. We learned how to walk in ropes, move along fixed ropes, and of course, we remembered our childhood, sliding down and practicing self-arrest on a snowy slope.

After a delicious lunch, we rested a little and just admired the views of the mountains. And I must say, the weather today is simply magical! And, of course, we are very cozy here in the warm houses.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "South Africa" group! Today we began our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Summer has come - it has become very warm, even hot. Perfect weather, beautiful views, beautiful flowers around. We can say that summer has finally come to the mountains. In the evening we are preparing to go to the high-mountain zone. We are working according to plan.

Greetings from Elbrus! Today, our new supergroup called "Zhduny" went on its first acclimatization hike along one of the most beautiful and picturesque trails of Elbrus. We climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The first part of the route runs through a pine forest, then we go out to the most beautiful alpine meadows, where you can see many beautiful flowers surrounded by majestic mountains. Good day to all! The "Moscow Pies" team began their exciting journey to the top of Elbrus and spent their first acclimatization day. We climbed Mount Cheget, gaining an altitude of 2700 meters. That is, we climbed to the "Ai" cafe. Then, by the general desire of the group, we continued the route and walked to Lake Donguz Orun. Then we returned to the hotel and after lunch we began preparing for the next day.

 Have a cheerful day, everyone! On July 4, the Pulse of the Mountains team reached the summit of Mount Elbrus (5642 m). Unfortunately, not in full force, as two participants had to interrupt the expedition due to health reasons. The rest of the team successfully climbed to the highest point. Our ascent began at 2:30, and we reached the summit at 7:40. The team got into a wonderful weather window, so we were able to see epic and beautiful views from the top of the mountain that no photograph can convey.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "Wet Karabiny" group! Our team completed its program with a successful ascent to the top of Elbrus. We managed to get there in good weather. It started snowing on the descent, it was already "fun", but not for us. One of our participants climbed two peaks, independently, under his own power.

We walked at a good pace and in excellent weather, climbed to the top and were rewarded with wonderful views of the snow-capped and majestic mountains surrounding us.  Hello everyone from Elbrus! Today the “Praktika” group in full force climbed Pastukhov Rocks. At first we walked through the fog, and then the mountain opened up and a strong wind began. This is where the acclimatization cycle ended. The team went down to the hotel for rest and recuperation before storming the summit of Elbrus.

   Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, on the second day of acclimatization, our new super-group "Botaniki" went out for training snow exercises in the area of the Refuge of Eleven (4070 m). There we practiced the skill of self-arrest using an ice axe, as well as moving along a snowy slope, individually and in a rope. We made an imitation of a fixed rope, practiced re-climbing, that is, working with the carabiners of the self-belay on the fixed rope. The weather was not kind, there was poor visibility, but there was no wind. Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day, we are going to a serious height – Pastukhov Rocks. This will be a test of our group’s strength. Wait for new news about tomorrow!

 Greetings from the group "Wet Carabines"! Today we climbed to our comfortable refuge National Park, checked into the trailers. After that we went for a walk to the height of 4100, to the area of the Refuge of Eleven. There on the snowy slope we conducted training in mountaineering techniques. We worked with an ice axe, walked along fixed ropes, clicked carabines from rope to rope. We returned, had lunch and are resting before tomorrow's rotation to Pastukhov Rocks.

It got colder in the mountains again, the views were covered with clouds, and there was a light rain. The weather has been unstable this season. And a month of summer has already passed, but there is no warmth. We hope that on the day of the ascent we will be lucky with the weather.
