Namaste from the group "Tuda-Suda" from Nepal! Today we woke up in the Everest Base Camp. We were carefully fed a delicious breakfast with a view of Everest.
And we ran to the helicopter to fly to Lukla. The weather was favorable to us today, so we were able to look at the path we were walking, the villages where we stayed, and admire the mountain peaks.
Having gathered in Lukla, we had a long wait for the flight to Kathmandu. But in the evening we were already on the plain. At the dinner, our participants were solemnly awarded with memorable certificates and medals.

Today was a very long and eventful day. At midnight we left Lobuche under the brightly shining stars and sparkling snow-white peaks. We reached Gorak Shep, drank tea, and set out to climb Kala Pathar. The mountain is technically simple, but we still had to make an effort. We walked slowly, met the pink dawn over the top of Everest.
We gathered at the top, took a group photo, and slowly went down.
We drank tea and rested a little in Gorak Shep and set out for Everest Base Camp. We were incredibly lucky with the weather today. The entire panorama of the Himalayan peaks was open to us in all its glory!
At the base camp, we were greeted with champagne and a delicious lunch. All participants coped with today's challenges with dignity. Now we are resting, and we hope for clear weather tomorrow.

Before leaving, we did active exercises in support of the challenge from @alexabramov 100 days / 100 push-ups.
We reached the memorials and honored the memory of those who remained in the mountains forever. We settled down for the night in a lodge in the village of Lobuche at an altitude of 4900 m. At dinner, we congratulated our wonderful participant Vsevolod on his birthday! Everyone tasted the most delicious holiday pie.
Tomorrow will present us with a long, eventful day, so we leave early to watch dreams...

Namaste from the "Tuda-Syuda" group from Nepal! After a delicious breakfast, we left our cozy home and slowly set off towards Dingboche (4310 m). Sometimes, the majestic peaks of the Himalayas appeared through the clouds, we even saw Lhotse and Everest.
Slowly gained altitude, walking along winding paths to the sounds of the mountain river Imja Kola.
The weather changed, as did our landscapes. At first, we walked a little through the forest, which was replaced by juniper bushes. And after the bright morning sun, a light rain came to us. We walked a little before a hearty dinner, discussed plans for tomorrow.

After lunch we gained a little altitude for acclimatization. The rain interfered with our plans, so the walk in the fog was short. We waited out the precipitation in the monastery. There we also had a puja ceremony. We received a blessing and slowly went down to rest.
Tomorrow we have a day of trek to Dingboche, we gain altitude up to 4310 m.

May 2. The "Tuda-Suda" group had a delicious breakfast and slowly set out towards the legendary Namche Bazaar. We walked through a pine forest, enjoying the scenery. Almost the entire road was paved with stones. After lunch, the weather deteriorated a little, and it started to rain a little.
Having gained 1,000 meters in altitude, we already felt pleasantly tired, and wanted to rest as soon as possible after a long climb.
But in Namche Bazaar, an unpleasant surprise awaited us: there has been no electricity for several days. The power station broke down. No electricity, no Internet... and it was quite cold.
But they were waiting for us here, and provided us with maximum comfort.
May 3. In order not to freeze in the dark Namche Bazaar, we decided to move on to Tengboche to spend a day of rest there. On the way, we admired the incredibly beautiful views. Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and other peaks were visible in all their glory through the flying clouds. Blooming rhododendrons pleased the eye, and the smell of the pine forest gave strength. We went to a Buddhist monastery, where the Yeti scalpel is kept.
On the way, we stopped to drink tea and taste delicious desserts. By evening, we settled, as expected, in the best lodge.

Namaste from the 7 Summits Club group "Tuda - Suda"! Today we had a very long and eventful day. We got up before dawn to fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. At the airport, we had to wait a long time for our flight, since the whole sky was covered with clouds, and it was raining heavily. Five people flew to Lukla, walked around, and went to Phakding. While we were enjoying the pine forest, the rest of the participants flew straight to Phakding.
We all gathered around a large table and discussed plans for tomorrow over a delicious dinner.

Hello to everyone from Nepal from the group "V Meru Peak"! Today our May Day demonstration of 14 participants and 2 guides set out from our beloved village of Kote towards the village of Tagnak!
The weather, frankly speaking, is not at all May! We were already walking in a drizzling rain in the morning, and a couple of hours later it started snowing. On the way, we stopped at a small Buddhist monastery and prayed for better weather.
We arrived in the village of Tagnak (4300) by lunchtime. While we were checking into the lodge and eating, a miracle happened - the weather suddenly cleared up and we saw the Himalayas in all their glory! Someone up there in the heavenly office heard us after all!
Now we are resting, warming ourselves by the stove and enjoying the views. And tomorrow we are going higher.

Today, another wonderful team "Tuda - Suda" gathered in Nepal. We checked into the historic hotel "Yak and Yeti". We checked our equipment, walked along the shopping streets, bought what was missing. We discussed plans for tomorrow over a delicious dinner.
We have a short night ahead of us, because at five in the morning we leave for the airport to fly from the busy and densely populated Kathmandu to the stone Lukla. And from there we will walk to the Everest Base Camp. So, tomorrow we will delight you with breathtaking views of mountain landscapes.

Hello to everyone from Nepal from the "V Meru Peak" team! It snowed all night yesterday. So much snow that you could play snowballs and make snowmen. In the morning the weather cleared up, and at 9 o'clock, after breakfast, we began the descent to 3600 to the village of Kote. After the pass, we went down to the rhododendron forest. The descent was beautiful, although slippery. Just imagine: bright scarlet flowers, dusted with snow!
We stopped for lunch on the way at the lodge and made it before the rain. The second part of the route passed through the forest, we walked under the clouds! Amazing nature, almost complete absence of people on the route, a completely different, atypical Nepal!
As a result, we went down to the river through the forest and checked into a very cozy lodge, where we will spend two days for better acclimatization. How nice it is to go down into the warmth! Everyone is cheerful and happy!
We will soon have dinner and plan to spend a warm evening singing with a guitar.

Mera Peak. April 27/28. Greetings to everyone from Nepal from the "V Meru Peak" team! We are doing great! The connection is unstable, though, so we are sending news for the last two days at once.
Yesterday morning we left Lukla and headed towards the village of Chutang. It is amazing, but the nature here is very different from what we see on the track to EBC, although we simply went to another gorge.
Of course, the conditions on the route are also very different - there are much fewer people here and the lodges are much simpler. But there is a special atmosphere here! We reached Chutang in 3 hours, gaining 700 m in altitude.
It was snowing and raining almost all night. At 7.45 we left the lodge. Today's trek was quite long - 6-7 hours. At first we admired the forest of blooming rhododendron trees, covered with moss and dusted with snow, and then as we gained altitude, the weather began to deteriorate sharply and visibility disappeared completely.
Nevertheless, we overcame the Zatrva La pass (4600), and driven by the wind and snow, we descended to our lodge in the village of Tuli-Kharka (4250), where we are already having lunch and warming ourselves by the stove! A great working day!

Hello everyone from Everest Base Camp! Today was a day full of a variety of emotions)) At 4 am, our trekking group set out to climb Kala Patthar Peak. For many participants, this was their first mountain experience, and not everyone found the climb easy, but we did it! At 7 am, our entire team was standing at the summit!
We descended to Gorakshep, had breakfast, and headed towards Everest Base Camp — the final point of our program. Today, we reunited with the climbing team, and we missed each other during the day!
All participants, without exception, were shocked by the conditions and service we provide here! Alex Abramov and Viktor Volodin rode into the camp on horses, it was epic! Lena Abramova greeted us with champagne and snacks, and for lunch there was delicious borscht!
In the evening, our trekkers were awarded, we watched films on the plasma, sang songs with a guitar. It was very soulful! Tomorrow we return to Kathmandu.

Greetings to everyone from the team of trekkers going to the Everest Base Camp! Our morning began with the fact that we celebrated the birthday of Dementiy - one of the members of our team! We baked a real big cake!
Today, our huge team split up. Two groups of Everest climbers stayed for one more night in Lobuche for better acclimatization. And we went higher - to the place of Gorakshep, at an altitude of 5100. The views today were just crazy! Nuptse in all its glory! We saw our Everest base camp from afar, where we will be tomorrow!
We have already checked into the lodge. After lunch we want to take a short walk, and early in the morning we will set out to climb Kala Patthar.
