For several years the "Seven Summits Club " organizes expeditions on Everest via the north, from Tibet. With extensive experience organizing Himalayan expeditions, reliable partners and well-established connections, we managed to secure one of the best quality service for climbers. Our price on is smaller than that of our American and European colleagues. Everest - the highest mountain in the world (8850 m) is the cherished dream of every climber. We help make this dream a reality. Sport style option assumes that most of the work at high altitude, you'll be doing by yourself, that reduces the probability of success... But it increases the value of sport achievement....

In season 2011 we decided to offer an expedition to Everest in sporty style. Organization of expeditions and offers services designed for climbers, athletes, having sufficient experience of ascents on peaks above 7000 meters.

We have included in the price:

Guide - Mount Everest Summiter – one for the sport style team

High-altitude Sherpa - 1 to 3-4 members of the expedition, they set all the high-altitude camps

Oxygen cylinders "POISK" - 3 pieces for each climber + mask and regulator

Base radios in all base camps and portable radios - 1 on 1 group of climbers

Three full-fledged base camp 5100 m, 5800 m and 6400 m

As well as 3 fully equipped high-altitude camp 7000 meters, 7800 m and 8300 m including tents, torches, pots, gas cylinders, which carried by Sherpas.

TV, DVD and sauna in the Base Camp 5100 m.

Additional (yours) oxygen cylinders and products for high-altitude camps, which you carry by yourself.

ABC camp

Our expedition begins in Kathmandu. We meet in the Hotel "Vaishali" **** 1th of April. Since a possible arrival from different flights there can be arranged several transfers from airport to hotel. The first few days we take for Tibetan visas, make preparations for the trip, and visit interesting places in the capital of Nepal.

Two days later we begin our journey to Tibet: we're going by bus from Kathmandu to Zangmu, 2350m, then to Niyalam, 3750m and Xegar, 4200m. We organize a day of rest in Xegar for acclimatization, and next day we moved to Everest Base Camp (BC, 5200m). After 2-3 days of rest in BC, we begin with yaks transport equipment in the advanced base camp (camp ABC, 6400 m). After its opening, the next day, members of the expedition come to ABC camp.

At ABC, we establish a quite comfortable camp, similar to our BC. A little later, after our Sherpas will set Camp 1 at the North Col (7000m), we will go up and spend one night there for acclimatization. Then we descend to BC and rest for 3-4 days. At this time our Sherpas will set Camp 2 (7700m). In the next exit we reach Camp 1 (in the North Col) and try to climb to Camp 2. It may be difficult to do immediately due to bad weather or lack of acclimatization. In case of failure, we descend to ABC, and after a rest, we will try to reach the camp 7700 m again. After spending one night in Camp 2 - 7700 m, we shall go down in BC for an extended rest.

At that time, Sherpas will set Camp 3 (8300m). After the May 15-17, climbers, usually stay in the camp ABC and begin to wait for favorable weather period (“window”) for the decisive assault. After climbed Camp 3 you can take only one attempt (summit bid), so as it is impossible to recover quickly and supply of oxygen will be depleted.

An advantage of our expedition is that it does not start too early and that it ends after 1 June. Late May – it is usually the best time to climb in terms of weather.

We return to Kathmandu on June 5-6. Placed back in Vaishali "4 *.

Hence, the team left for home, taking with them a piece of Everest in his own heart.

P.S. - If you have some doubts about your readiness to climb Mount Everest, then the best choice for you – try before less difficult and dangerous route:

Using the satellite phone - $ 5 in 1 minute.

Internet, phone

In BC and in ABC we organize 220V with the help of generator and 12V with Solar batteries.
Each member will have a possibility to charge any electronic device
In Camps 5800m and 7000m - 12 V with Solar batteries

On the route we use radios with 144.00 frequency. All guides and Sherpas will have Walkie-Talkie.

There is GSM in Everest BC (mobile coverage at 1800 frequency)
In Lhasa you will have a chance of buying local sim card of China Mobile
"Thuraya" satellite phone works fine evrywhere on the route.

We will arrange 2 computers in BC with GPRS for commom use, but....
GPRS internet is pretty low. And everyone needs to work.

So we advise:

As long as we will have GPRS coverage your personal Communicators (palms) and Laptops will work fine
To do this you have to buy UNIVERSAL GPRS modem (modem which is not connected with any particular mobile operator).
Usually these modems have automatic setting for computers.
In Lhasa you will have a chance of buying China SIM card with unlimited internet (about 100 USD) and then insert it into your GPRS modem or communicator. Thus you will have your personal Internet.
