Antarctica turned out to be both unexpectedly easy and challenging at the same time. Mount Vinson is not technically hard, but the journey itself is not an easy task. “The main goal in this expedition is not a summit — the main goal is to survive,” I quote A. Abramov. And that turned out to be absolutely true.
Huge thanks to our guides, trainers, caregivers and friends Alex Abramov and Artem Rostovtsev who helped us to reach the summit of Mount Vinson and ensured the highest level of safety despite all the challenges we’ve faced along the way.
Thank you for this cosmic adventure, my friends and guides!
