Providing expeditions
since 2005

On November 21 at 13:00 local time, the team "7 volcanoes in 77 days" (Alex Abramov and Ilya Gladkikh) climbed to the top of the Giluwe volcano, the highest on the Australian continent. Alex Abramov reports:

We climbed from the road without an overnight stay in 8 hours. We started at 5 am and reached the top at 1 PM. Now we are going down and flying home tomorrow morning.

There is a fifth volcano in the project! Five volcanoes on five continents in 29 days. Ahead is the most difficult and most remote object: Ojos del Salado and Sidley. In the meantime, we can and should rest.
