The 7 Summits Club "Malbecs" group completed an acclimatization hike to the South Face of Aconcagua

Greetings from sunny Argentina, from the "Malbec" group! Today, our plan was to acclimatize towards Plaza France. We successfully reached 4,000 meters, and after a good rest and a light snack, we returned to our welcoming Confluencia camp. Tomorrow, we leave this camp and ascend to our main base camp at a new altitude of 4,300 meters. We'll be at Plaza de Mulas, where our altitude acclimatization will take place and where our trek to the summit will begin. Dmitry Semenov and Georgy Bushuev are the group guides.
