Everyone who knew Vladimir remembered the glorious pages of mountaineering of the past. If he were alive now, he would have walked with us along trekking trails, having already passed all 14 eight-thousanders a couple of times. But, alas, Bashkirov remained a 45-year-old, a master, a leader full of enthusiasm climber. Remained in our memory and became a legend ...
