The group "Experts in acclimatization" continues to acclimatize, now on the slopes of Mount Elbrus.  Today we went up to the refuge of the National Park and settled in comfortable conditions.  Then we went out on the slope and held classes with ice axes, rode on the remaining snow on our backs. In general, everything is fine.

 The group "Experts in acclimatization" sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Cheget. Today our program of preparation for the ascent of Elbrus began. We walked along a beautiful path, the weather was gorgeous and warm.

 The group "For Cheburashka" wanted to go for Cheburashka, but went to the Pastukhov Rocks. It was an interesting day. We jumped over rivers, escaped from the heat, then ran away from the thunderstorm. In general, everything is according to plan, we have gained altitude. The weather is normal, July. We are working further!

The group "Beyond Cheburashka" today went up to the refuge "National Park", the place of our permanent base.  To settle in, we are quite comfortably accommodated. Then we gathered and walked to the Refuge of Eleven. There we held training sessions, that is, we tumbled in the snow. We learned to hack and walk in crampons. We returned for a delicious lunch. Acclimatization is proceeding according to plan.

The new group "Elbrusians" sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Cheget! Today is our first day of acclimatization. We walked with beautiful views, in a cheerful company and with good weather.  But, unfortunately, Elbrus did not appear to us today because of a cloud. We are working further according to the plan.

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed the Refuge National Park, which is located at an altitude of 3800. On the same day, they made a second rotation, climbed to a height of 4100 in the area of the former Refuge of Eleven. Under the guidance of guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov, the group members trained in the technique of climbing and belay on snow slopes, as well as teamwork. The weather was excellent, visibility allowed to see Elbrus and the mountains of the Main Caucasian Ridge closer.  All the groups went down to the refuge where a sumptuous lunch was waiting for them. And a well-deserved rest.

 Greetings from the group "Marina and 4 dwarfs"! We started our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. We walk with beautiful views of Elbrus, Donguz and many other mountains. It's already getting warmer, even a little hot. Everything is going according to plan; we are working further.

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the group "Funny Zucchini"! It was a very hot day today. We went to the Pastukhov Rocks, watched the beauty of the mountains and acclimatized according to the plan. It was hot, very hot, there was no wind at all, we burned down remarkably. Basically everything is going well. Tomorrow we have a rest day and after that a climbing day.

Today, our three groups of the 7 Summits Club made their first acclimatization rotation. They climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to an altitude of 2700m, where the Ai cafe is located. The guides are Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov. The weather was good, not hot and without rain. Unfortunately, the surrounding Summits and Elbrus were not visible.  The mood and well-being of the band members is excellent, as it usually happens on the first day. In the afternoon, everyone was preparing equipment for climbing the slopes of Elbrus.

Greetings from the Timshel group! We continue our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Elbrus. Today we walked to the Refuge of Eleven, held training how to use an ice axe. And they also mastered the climbing in crampons.  The weather was beautiful today, it got warmer, the views are excellent. We continue further.

 Greetings from the KAPAK group from the Elbrus region! We walked on the Pastukhov Rocks today. The weather was cheerful, a blizzard drove us from the bottom of the cliffs. When we left the cable car station, everything was fine. But alas, these are mountains, the weather changes very quickly.

 Greetings from the KAPAK group from the Elbrus region! Continuing our acclimatization, today we went up to the Refuge of Eleven, where we conducted snow and ice classes. We rode on the ass, as in childhood, snapped carabiners on a rope. Unfortunately, the weather does not allow us to see all the beauty of the surrounding mountains. But it's good that at least it's not very cold.
