The Puppy Patrol group descended from the slopes of Kilimanjaro on February 20. The descent was long, but fast. We rejoiced, sang songs that even the climbers passing by applauded and danced to us. In the evening we were already at the hotel, where we found our heroes. Everyone received certificates and medals for climbing to the highest point of the continent! We also shared with each other our impressions and emotions about our journey.

The Puppy Patrol group sends greetings to everyone from the slopes of Kilimanjaro! Today we overcame the difficult path from Karanga camp to Barafu, and then climbed higher, to the Kosovo camp. After a hearty lunch, we discussed plans for the upcoming night, as we have a long climb to the highest point of the African continent ahead of us. We have to overcome more than 1000 meters of altitude. Therefore, after completing the preparations, we go early to recuperate in our sleep.

Greetings to all from Bezengi! If the weather "does not whisper", or even whispers "stay at home", then we just change the location, but do not change our plans. The sky has been accumulating rains for a long time, and we are the forces, so our rescue competitions were moved from the rock massif to the room.

Although from the outside it looked more like a web, in fact, there is nothing superfluous in the system. In a team, each participant knows their functions, actions become coordinated, fast and clear. Super Sherpa Team and Kristina Putintseva.

Hello to everyone from our Super Sherpa Team! Today we spent a wonderful day on the rocks.

We recall long-studied material, learn new things and learn to teach. After all, in our work it is important not only to have knowledge, but also to consistently present the studied material.

Our friendly international team use three languages: Russian, Nepali and English. This makes our classes even more interesting.

Kristina Putintseva, guide and manager of the 7 Summits Club:

The 7 Summits Club welcomes guests from Nepal. Our old friends and partners Pemba Nurbu and Kippa Lhamu have arrived in Russia to take a mountaineering instructor training course. Every year, the Russian Mountaineering Federation organizes a school of mountaineering instructors on the basis of the Bezengi mountaineering camp.  The guests arrived in Moscow on May 27, and on May 28 we admired the beauties and sights of our capital.

And on the morning of May 29, we went to the airport and made a long journey from Moscow to Nalchik, and then to the Bezengi alpine camp. On the way we visited beautiful Blue Lakes.  While driving, we admired the endless green hills and then the snowy Summits.

At the camp, we talked with the instructors, remembered the joint Himalayan ascents, resolved organizational issues, and discussed our joint plans for the next month.

The guide of the 7 Summits Club Kristina Putintseva reports from Nepal:

Greetings from the band "Iron S"! We woke up in our Luxury—Everest-Bace-Camp, washed ourselves with warm water, drank freshly brewed coffee, had breakfast with a view of Everest and Nuptse.

In the morning, half of our group was sent by helicopter to recuperate in Namche Bazaar. The rest of the group began a leisurely descent to Lobuche for lunch.

We enjoyed the views of boundless gorges and dizzying peaks. We stopped near the memorials, honored the memory of those who stayed in the mountains forever. They speculated that the risk should be justified.  And the lower we descended, the easier it became for us to breathe deeply. We stayed in Dingboche. We wished a group of climbers on Island Peak good luck and good weather, and went to recuperate before tomorrow's trek.

Your super guides, Sergey Avtomonov and Kristina Putintseva.

Kristina Putintseva, the guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Nepal:

Greetings from the band "Iron S"!  Today we made an acclimatization walk by climbing up to the Everest View Hotel.  As the locals say: "I see you, and you see me, and this view is beautiful!"  We wandered like hedgehogs in the fog, periodically meeting horses, talked about the meaning of life, and about life in the mountains. After that, we found the remains of Bigfoot. We went to meditate at the Khumjung Gompa Monastery.

In general, today we walked "for everything": we went out under the clouds, got wet in the rain, wandered among the snowy firs, and went down mud streams! We regained strength with a hot lunch and delicious cakes. And in the evening we held an interactive master class with our legendary doctor, Andrey Selivanov, on how to properly use oxygen equipment at high altitudes.

Well, after dinner, we allowed ourselves to relax, spent an evening of meetings, music and dancing in a local bar with all the members of the 7 Summits Club groups: Everest climbers and those who are heading to the Everest Base Camp.
