 Greetings from the highlands of Nepal! More specifically, from the high-altitude, snow-covered Khare Lodge (4,500 m). Today we made a short acclimatization hike near the village and held training sessions, practicing ascents and descents on a rope. There's a lot of snow; the locals say they don't remember seeing so much snow this time of year. But we're hoping for better weather.

 Greetings from the mountains of Nepal! Today, our super group "Badgers Gangsters" arrived at our high-altitude lodge, Khare, at an altitude of 4,950 meters. This is the last comfortable lodge; next comes the high camp, where we'll spend the night in tents. Tomorrow is a day of rest and snow training.

 Greetings from the mountains of Nepal, from the super group "Badgers Gangsters"! Today we moved to the next high-altitude lodge – in the village of Thangnak, at 4,270 meters. The weather tested us today. It rained for the first part of the journey, and then snowed in the second. Good gear and a cheerful mood helped us overcome these difficulties. Tomorrow we move to the next high-altitude lodge, in Khare (4,900 meters).

The 7 Summits Club Guide Dmitry Semenov reports from Nepal:

Physical greetings from the mountains of Nepal! Our group ascended to Chutanga Mountain Lodge (3,560m) on October 23rd. We traveled at a good pace in good weather. October 24th was a long and intense day, climbing Zatrwa Lapas Pass (4,620m) and descending to the next lodge, Thuli Kharka (4,220m). Along the way, our group acquired the nickname "Badger Gangsters." On October 25th, we arrived at the comfortable Kote Lodge. It has everything a modern person needs: internet, shower, and coffee. Today we'll rest, and tomorrow we'll hike to a viewpoint near the lodge. The group is in good spirits as we continue toward our destination.

 Greetings from the mountains of Nepal! More specifically, from Lukla. Today we flew here from Kathmandu and tomorrow we will begin our trek to the summit of Mera Peak. The group is in excellent condition. Tomorrow will be a relatively easy day; the trek will only last about four hours, with an elevation gain of 700 meters. Greetings from such a hot Africa! Today our supergroup "My Girlfriend's Words" moved to the next camp, Karanga, at an altitude of 4000 meters. Today was a very busy and interesting day. In the morning we overcame the legendary Barranco wall, and then passed through two more valleys. The scale is amazing, what a huge Mount Kilimanjaro it is! Tomorrow we leave for our assault camp.

Greetings from not very hot Africa, but still from its central part, from the slopes of Kilimanjaro, from the supergroup "Words of my girlfriend"! Today we made the transition from the Shira camp (3800 m) to the next camp Barranco (3900 m). During our journey, we climbed to a height of 4631 meters, to a camp called Lava Tower, where a carefully prepared lunch was waiting for us. The descent took an hour and a half, and we again found ourselves in the caring hands of our support group. Tomorrow we go to the Karanga camp at 4000m, along the legendary Barranco wall.

Greetings from such a diverse Africa, from the slopes of Kilimanjaro! Today our supergroup "Words of my girlfriend" made its next part of trek. From Camp 1 we climbed to our next camp Shira Plateau, located at an altitude of 3800 meters. After a hearty lunch, the group still found the strength to go out for an acclimatization walk, gaining another hundred meters. Closer to the evening, a traditional event for this camp took place - acquaintance, fraternization with the local staff. Tanzanian young guys introduced us to examples of local Kilimanjaro folklore, songs and dances.

Today we walked along a wide, comfortable path through the jungle in the tropical forest zone. Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Our super team "Electrolytes" finished the active part of their high-altitude acclimatization yesterday. The weather has improved, we hope that the time of the ascent will be even better. We climbed at a brisk pace to the Pastukhov Rocks area, to a height of about 4800 m. Today is a day of rest and at night we will storm the summit.

Greetings from the "Elektrolites" super team! Today we began our high-altitude acclimatization on the slopes of Elbrus. We climbed to the area of the Refuge of Eleven (4070 m), where we held snow and ice training. The weather was gloomy and cool, the snow was damp, but the participants coped with their task.

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "Electrolytes" super team! Today we began our acclimatization by going along the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous "Ai" cafe (2700 m). Today was a cloudy and rainy day, but this did not spoil the good impressions from our short hike. The fog and low clouds gave the mountains a mysterious look, and ordinary views opened up in a new way.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our new supergroup "People and Cats" in its first acclimatization rotation climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai" at 2700m. The wonderful weather allowed us to admire the beauty of the surrounding mountains and the wonderful view of Elbrus. The group proved to be united and physically well prepared.
