The 7 Summits Club group descended to Base Camp from the Condor's Nest and completed their acclimatization cycle

Greetings from the slopes of Aconcagua! Today was an easy day for us. We spent the night at Camp Nido de Condores, at an altitude of 5,500 meters. The night was windless and not too cold, although the water in the kettle froze. We had breakfast and began our descent to our base camp, where lunch and a hot shower awaited us. This concluded our high-altitude acclimatization cycle. Now we're resting and preparing to ascend to the high camps for our subsequent assault on Aconcagua.
