This morning, the Super Girls project team received full equipment at the rental and immediately rushed up. We walked briskly up the Refuge of 11 area. With the help of our guides, the group members figured out the equipment and mastered the technique of walking on snow and firn slopes. The weather was good, but we hurried down to the Azau Star hotel for lunch. The whole team is in a great mood. We are singing and dancing.

 20.08. Hello everyone! The group of the 7 Summits Club "Selfless Capybaras and one Fossil Khibinoid" moved today from the hotel to the refuge "Nat. Park" at an altitude of 3900 meters. After settling into comfortable houses, we climbed to the refuge of Eleven at an altitude of 4100 meters. There we held "snow-ice" training on the technique of climbing on the terrain such as it will be on the ascent. The weather is super, we worked everything out. On the descent we met a group of our SuperGirls Club led by Alex Abramov!

Today was a great day! The SuperGirls team took an interesting route: we climbed the trail up the slope of Mount Cheget to the Ai cafe. We rested there and then went down to Lake Donguz Orun. Many of the girls in the group were in the mountains for the first time. So, it was very interesting for everyone. Greetings from the Elbrus region! A group of Brazilian friends of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the refuge today and settled into comfortable houses. Then we went to practice walking with crampons and using an ice axe. All participants learned the technique of self-arrest on a snowy slope, walked along the fixed ropes and returned to the house, where a delicious lunch awaited us. In the evening, we discussed plans for tomorrow, getting ready for the climb to the Pastukhov Rocks.

19.08. Hello everyone! The new group of the 7 Summits Club took a very long and meaningful name "Selfless Capybaras and one Fossil Khibinoide". Today we began acclimatization for climbing the highest point of the Caucasus and Europe, Mount Elbrus. At a good pace, the group members and the guide climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to an altitude of 2750 meters. At this altitude is the famous cafe "Ai", where we were traditionally treated to delicious chebureks with berries.

Tomorrow, according to the plan, we move to the high-mountain refuge National Park at an altitude of 3,500 meters and continue training on the slopes of Elbrus.

Today our new, third program of the Super Girls project has begun. This time we are on Elbrus! We met the girls at the Mineralnye Vody airport with flowers. We arrived in an excellent minibus to Prielbrusye and checked into the best hotel in the area - Azau Star. In the remaining time we managed to take a walk to the Azau waterfall. Tomorrow we plan to hike along the slopes of Mount Cheget and visit Lake Donguz-Orun.

There were many challenges: from headwind to large traffic jams on fixed ropes. After all, this is the peak of the season. In general, the sunny weather was favorable for a successful ascent.

At the dinner, with national cuisine and excellent hospitality, medals and certificates were presented for the ascent on the highest point of Europe

The weather again started with clarity and turned into complete fog with wind. But we coped with the task and went down to the hotel on the cable car in time!
