 Hello to everyone from the Karanga camp (4050m)! Yesterday we calmly got here from the Barranco camp in 4 hours. The task was - not to get tired, ahead of us there was only an ascent. We coped with the task. No one complains about the condition, the readings of the devices confirm it. Today we move to the assault camp Kosovo* (4850). (*Kosovo is Serbia). Hello to everyone from the Elbrus region! Today the 7 Summits Club group "Ali Na Akupi" in full force climbed to the highest point of Russia and Europe – Mount Elbrus.  23.07. Hello everyone! The group "Five Elements" of the 7 Summits Club set out to climb tonight and reached the Elbrus Saddle - 5350 meters. Due to heavy snowfalls, we were unable to get higher! But no one despairs and everyone is happy with the result, because the entire route from the hotel on Chegetskaya Polyana (2000 m) to Elbrus Saddle (5350 m) was covered on foot, without technical support!

In the evening there was a gala dinner in a national restaurant, and we were already making plans for the future!

Hello 7 Summits! The slope of Kilimanjaro is in charge. Yesterday, the plan was almost completely fulfilled. It's a pity that now they don't let us climb the Lawa Tower itself, we would have climbed there for a better view. Now we are finishing our morning coffee and looking at the Barranco Wall. In an hour, we will storm it on the way to the next camp. The devices show that the condition of all our participants is satisfactory, which is confirmed by the whole team. Greetings from Shira Camp on the slopes of Kilimanjaro! Yesterday we climbed here in great weather, to an altitude of 3800 meters. Now we are thawing out in the sun after a cool night. The plan for today is to reach an altitude of 4600 m, a place called Lava Tower. Spend a couple of hours there, have a snack, and continue on to Barranco Camp.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our supergroup "Not Just Cucumbers" climbed to our comfortable high-altitude camp - the National Park refuge. After settling in, we went to snow and ice classes, where we worked on the skill of self-arrest with an ice axe in case of a fall, the technique of moving along a snow slope and fixed ropes.  Greetings to everyone from the Elbrus region from the 7 Summits Club group "Ali Na Akupi"! Today we climbed to the area of the Refuge of Eleven to hold snow and ice classes. Unfortunately, the weather quickly deteriorated and by 11 am a thunderstorm began. The group was able to quickly and efficiently descend to the hotel before the precipitation began.

 21.07. Hello everyone! The Five Elements group of the 7 Summits Club went to Pastukhov Rocks for high-altitude acclimatization! The weather is just like on schedule. From 10 am - sleet and snow, after 11 thunder, thunderstorm and snowstorm... We only reached 4450 meters. The team is not despairing and is thinking about the ascent on foot (no snowcat)! 20.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Five Elements" group trained on a closed crevassed glacier today, we worked on the technique of passing closed crevasses in ropes. Then we learned to mark a group rope.

And after a delicious and hearty lunch from our cooks, we held classes on oncoming traffic on fixed ropes. There was a thunderstorm outside, but we successfully coped with the task in our comfortable houses.

 19.07. Hello everyone! The "Five Elements" group of the 7 Summits Club spent the first night in the high-mountain Refuge National Park at an altitude of 3900 meters. Everyone is feeling great! Today we went to acclimatize to the Refuge of Eleven at an altitude of 4100 meters. There we conducted snow and ice training, worked on the technique of climbing and self-arrest in case of falls.

After lunch, we adjusted the crampons to the boots, prepared for the next outing. Everything is going according to plan.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the supergroup "Calvin Clein"! Yesterday, July 18, we successfully climbed the summit of Mount Elbrus, 5642 meters high. The ascent and descent took place in good weather; it was clear and almost windless. The team was in great shape, we were in a great mood. And early in the morning, happy, we stood on the highest peak of our homeland and all of Europe.

The entire group hiked from the Azau glade to our comfortable refuge, the National Park, to an altitude of 3900 m. The climb took 6 hours, all participants feel well, and have a great appetite!
