 Chile is in touch. Our Pipi de Chat group climbed the summit of the Mount of Seven Brothers today. Well, two of the “seven brothers”. The weather is magical, the views are awesome! All participants are in formation, enjoying the views. Tomorrow we are moving on.

Super records from the 7 Summits Club. 19 (!) climbers at once on the summit of Sidley. 14 Russians completed the "Seven Volcanoes" project at the same time. And Alexander Abramov was the first in the world to complete the "Seven Volcanoes" program twice. Moreover, the second time in record time - in 66 days. Artem Gurshteyn also completed the "Seven Volcanoes" in 66 days. For the first time, the "Seven Volcanoes" program was completed by father and son - Alexander and Dmitry Tertychny. Plus, they are the first father and son to complete the "Seven Summits" and "Seven Volcanoes" programs.

Chile is in touch. This is our new group named Pipi de Chat. We have started the expedition to the highest volcano in the world, Ojos del Salado. Yesterday was the day of the group's arrivals, and today we have already moved to the beautiful place of Santa Rosa. On the way we stopped at an abandoned mine and by lunchtime we arrived at our beautiful camp.

January 5. Hello everyone from the Atacama Desert, Chile, from the group "Zorros Rojos y otros"! Today, the brave Red Foxes went to acclimatize for the assault on the summit of "7 Brothers" at an altitude of 4900. But before that, we did morning exercises under the guidance of Olga and Vlad Moroz. After breakfast, we put on gifts from Red Fox (personalized hats) and went up. And we successfully climbed to the top of “brothers” under a light morning breeze.

By lunchtime we went down to our camp, where Lena cooked us a great lunch - chicken soup and dolma. Soon our second group of the 7 Summits Club arrived under the leadership of Sasha Dorojukov. We found many acquaintances from other expeditions here. We will go with them almost in parallel. Tomorrow we move to the Laguna Verde camp at 4300. Expedition leader Lyudmila Korobeshko and assistant leader Alexander Spirin. Hasta la vista!

5.01 Tanzania. Kilimanjaro. Jambo Rafiki! The 7 Summits Club group called "Tribe-Ki" today set out on the Machame route or "Whiskey Route"! All day we walked in the equatorial jungle and admired the exotic vegetation. We reached the camp in 5 hours, gaining 1100 m in altitude.

The whole group is pleasantly surprised by our service! Here we live in large comfortable tents, there is a large dining tent, toilets and even a shower! At sunset, we saw the main summit of Kibo, Uhuru Peak 5895 m! Our route along the southern circumnavigation is exactly there!

Everyone is feeling great, now we will have dinner and discuss the plan for tomorrow.

January 4. Chile, expedition to Ojos Del Salado. Long-awaited news from the "Zorros Rojos y otros" team. Finally, we are all here. All 13 of us. Our path lies in the Laguna Santa Rosa de los Flamengos and the refugio mas comodo de la Montaña en solar Maricunga. Our "Zorros Rojos y otros" team paved the way to the Laguna Rosa through the depths of blue caves, abandoned cities, resting in an oasis, crossing passes. And finally, we have reached the cherished goal. Now the whole team is enjoying dinner under the Milky Way at an altitude of 3800 m near Laguna Rosa. This is fantastic! In the shade of five six-thousanders, we praise the culinary masterpieces of our professional team of high-altitude chefs, and the flamingos quack in unison. Beauty!

The new group (the name is still being discussed) of the 7 Summits Club flew to the foot of Kilimanjaro today to trek and climb the Machame route!

The day flew by with organizational issues, checking equipment and a little relaxation in the park of the cozy hotel "Aishe Machame"! Here turtles crawl on the lawns, toucans fly overhead, monkeys climb trees. And early in the morning, having climbed to the roof, you can see the summit of Kilimanjaro - beauty!

 In the evening we watched the "Masai show" - a performance of the nomadic people of Tanzania and Kenya. Over dinner we got to know each other better. Each participant told about himself, and then decided on plans for tomorrow.

Tomorrow we start at the entrance to the national park and set out on the route!

News from Chile. The group led by Lyudmila Korobeshko almost in full force gathered in the town of Baye Inglesas. This is an amazing place - a village on the Pacific coast, a very picturesque and cozy bay located in the Atacama Desert. An incredible combination of desert and ocean. You definitely need to see it with your own eyes! The team is close-knit, with more than one joint ascent behind them, including Makalu, Everest and many other mountains. We counted - for the team of seven Everests! And now it was time to climb the highest volcano on our planet - Ojos del Salado. The team name was born, literally, in a couple of minutes - "Zorros Rojos y otros". The first person to guess why the team chose this name will win a souvenir from Chile.

The 7 Summits Club team is in Antarctica for the second day at the Union Glacier Base. We are waiting for the flight to Sidley. This is the highest volcano in Antarctica, which is located 1,100 kilometers from the base. So far, the weather is bad there. There is no wind, but it is completely cloudy. We are trying to stay in shape, getting ready. We are running in the snow, riding bicycles. We are eating and sleeping.

And we are hoping for a quick flight down the mountain.

The "7 Volcanoes in 70 Days" project is coming to an end. The weather in Antarctica is bad, and we are not flying until January 2. In our free time, we decided to take a walk in the most beautiful corner of Patagonia, the Torres del Paine National Park region.

News from the Sidley group, Antarctica. Hello everyone from the southernmost continental point of South America - Punta Arenas! The departure, scheduled for December 30, was postponed to the 31st due to weather conditions. But we have something to do! In the morning we checked in our luggage and checked in for the flight, and then went to see the place of the first settlers Fort Bulnes. And some participants even swam in the Strait of Magellan! And tomorrow we will go see the penguins!

It seems that it is time to publish our own guidebooks, because we know the most interesting places and will never let our tourists get bored.

Today the team finally gathered. We walked around the city. We visited a meeting of those leaving for Antarctica, as well as sports shops. Tomorrow is the day to check in our luggage.

In the 2024-25 season, we have five groups in Antarctica. 16 participants on the Vinson Massif and 24 on Sidley. A total of 40 participants and 5 guides. This is the largest season of the 7 Summits Club in 20 years of work in Antarctica. The first participants of the expedition to Sidley are already gathering in Punta Arenas, the southernmost city in Chile. The flight to Antarctica is scheduled for December 30.

There is the summit of Orizaba! Today, on Christmas morning, December 25, at 9 a.m. Mexico time, our group "Feathered Serpents of Quetzalcoatli" climbed to the top of the highest volcano in North America. With this climb, our long-time friend and member of the 7 Summits Club, Yuri Lukyanov, closed the "Seven Volcanoes" project and became the first Kazakhstani to complete this project. By the way, his daughter Karolina, 19, climbed with him. She was the best. And now, together with her dad, she is going to Antarctica to two mountains at once - Sidley and Vinson.

Hola! Greetings to everyone from Mexico from the group "Feathered Serpents of Quetzalcoatl"! This morning, December 23, we woke up in tents at an altitude of 4200. And how did we end up here?

Yesterday we moved from Huamantla to the village of Zoapan (our base at the foot of the mountain). There we took technical equipment and went further - to the Base Camp (BC) of Orizaba at an altitude of 4200. Along the way we met groups descending. No one went down - they say it is very cold and windy.

At the BC we settled in large (full-length) comfortable tents. We walked up a bit, had delicious steaks for dinner and an unexpected dessert - cheesecake. And went to bed early to the howling wind.

Today is our day of walking and acclimatization. Tomorrow we will move to the upper camp and storm the summit.

Our motto is “venceremos!”

Breaking news from Ojos del Salado. Chile. The "STOP" team of the 7 Summits Club in full force of 17 people (12 participants and 5 guides) climbed the highest volcano in the world.
