Today is March 8th. Congratulations to the whole Supergirls team! Flowers for 4800! Masai jewelry and silver heart pendants with a gold ice axe.  Then cake and hugs.  All the girls are still in shock.

Tonight we are going to storm the summit of Kilimanjaro. Wish us good luck!

Alexander Abramov, President of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Tanzania:

Today, our Super Girls team heroically moved from Camp Horombo 3800 to Camp Kibo 4800. We are at the very foot of the mountain. A fine snowball is falling. But we are not discouraged! After all, tomorrow is a Day of rest and celebration on March 8th.

We have prepared gifts for the girls. Which ones, we will write tomorrow!

Today on Kilimanjaro, the SuperGirls team had a rest day at the Horombo 3800m camp. But, of course, we did not waste it on felting.  And they staged a powerful photo shoot.

At first, in team jackets.  And then in safari, dresses and swimsuits. We didn't post all the photos... eh!

The mood is great, everyone is having an afternoon nap now. Tomorrow we will move to Kibo camp at an altitude of 4800 m.

Greetings from Mexico from the Quetzal group! Yesterday we had the third day of the program, climbing La Malinche, 4462 m. Why are we Quetzal? This is in honor of a small unusual bird that is found only in Central American countries and is a symbol in many of them. In Guatemala, for example, the country's currency is called the quetzal. And we also call it the firebird.

 We are leaving our cozy hacienda today, we spent two nights here. The hacienda is an estate with many buildings, in the architectural style of colonial times, in which both owners and employees lived.

And the main event of yesterday - we climbed La Malinche. We gained almost 1400 m in 4.5 hours. Everyone successfully coped, admired the beautiful views, and tired, but satisfied with the stage we had passed, returned to our hacienda. At dinner, the appetite was excellent.

It rained all day. From lunch to evening. The team reached the Horombo Hut. The height is 3800. Now everyone is tired and passed out to sleep. All the participants feel good. Only we can't dry our shoes for two days. But the girls are not discouraged. After all, this is the SuperGirls team! Tomorrow will be an interesting day of rest. We're going to do a photo shoot at Zebra Rocks.

Valery Myasoedov, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Mexico:

  Greetings from Mexico! A new team of the 7 Summits Club has arrived in Mexico City on the Seven Volcanoes program and go to Orizaba (5636 m), the highest volcano in North America. First day: arrival of the group and acquaintance with Mexico City, the largest city in Central America. And today, on the second day, we visited the famous pyramids of Teotihuacan. They really look mysterious and keep a lot of secrets. But our guide Natalia gave exhaustive explanations to all our questions. Undoubtedly, one of the wonders of the world and the mysteries of mankind.

After the tour, we had a delicious lunch at the national cuisine restaurant. We tasted pulque, a local drink made from fermented agave juice, and everyone was satisfied. After lunch, we moved to the town of Huamantla, closer to La Malinche Park, where tomorrow we are going to acclimatize to the peak of the same name with a height of 4,500 m. Yes... we are housed in an ancient hacienda, an estate from colonial times, which I will tell you about tomorrow. And about the name of the band, which we have almost decided on.

Anastasia Kuznetsova, Manager of the 7 Summits Club: Today our SuperGirls team went on the Marangu route on Mount Kilimanjaro.

It rained for almost 5 hours, all the way to Mandara Hut. But we were not discouraged. The girls are great fighters! We did it!  In the evening, we celebrated the birthday of our cameraman Ilya Gladkikh. Everyone is happy. Tomorrow we move to the Horombo camp at 3800.

The program of the 7 summits Club "Climbing Kilimanjaro" by the Super Girls group under the leadership of Alexander Abramov began today. The Masai song and dance ensemble came out to meet our beauties. It turned out great!

 Good afternoon, everyone! Today, the group of the 7 Summits Club, without the support of local guides, climbed the highest point of Europe, Elbrus. And on the eve of March 8, we are giving this difficult, winter, ice climbing to all women.

Group X sends greetings from Chile!  And we accept congratulations! The full our team was at the top on February 29th. The weather was gorgeous, it snowed only in the evening. But we all managed to get down before. In general, we all waited for orders and medals!

Greetings from the South group! Everything is going according to plan, today we went to the Pastukhov Rocks. The weather is great, it doesn't always happen like this in summer, it's completely calm. The participants feel well.

The X Group of the 7 Summits Club sends greetings from Chile!  Today we went to the volcano of San Francisco (6025 m). And in full force, we climbed to the top in 5 hours and 40 minutes. The weather was great. With this climb, the acclimatization of the group is completed. Tomorrow we have a rest day and then our main goal remains – the summit of Ojos Del Salado.

Today, the group of the 7 Summits Club "SOUTH" held an educational and acclimatization rotation to the refuge Green Hotel in the Adyl-Su gorge. The weather was great, the condition of the participants and the guide is good, which we wish you all!

Good afternoon, everyone! Yesterday, our tiny group drove to Terskol late in the evening and safely checked into the hotel. Today, February 25th is on the calendar and the group with the name "South" had a check on the availability and quality of equipment in the morning. Then we moved to the acclimatization rotation in the area of the waterfall of the Maiden Spit.  The weather is still ringing, visibility is excellent, the snow condition is good. We went, looked, and were inspired. The health of the group members is normal.

Hello everyone from Chile! Group X continues to work on the acclimatization plan. Today we went up to the Atacama shelter, had lunch and went for a walk higher. We went up to the Tejos camp and then went towards our goal. We reached 6200, sat for 40 minutes and went downstairs. Let's move on!

Hello everyone from Chile! Group X is working according to plan. Today we walked towards the Tejos camp, reached an altitude of 5700 meters. The conditions of all participants are good, the weather was excellent.

Kristina Putintseva, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Tanzania:
The Puppy Patrol group descended from the slopes of Kilimanjaro on February 20. The descent was long, but fast. We rejoiced, sang songs that even the climbers passing by applauded and danced to us. In the evening we were already at the hotel, where we found our heroes. Everyone received certificates and medals for climbing to the highest point of the continent! We also shared with each other our impressions and emotions about our journey.

Hello everyone from Chile! Group X climbed on the summit of Seven Brothers Peak today for acclimatization. The weather is good, but as usual the wind picked up after lunch. We had a delicious lunch, now we are resting. Enjoying the views of the lagoon with flamingos.

Greetings from the highest point of the continent from the group "Puppy Patrol"! We made the ascent with the full complement of 9 participants and 2 guides and are now descending from the top. We'll send you the details later when we get to the camp. Guides Evgeny Fedyunin and Kristina Putintseva.

Kristina Putintseva, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Tanzania:

 The Puppy Patrol group sends greetings to everyone from the slopes of Kilimanjaro! Today we overcame the difficult path from Karanga camp to Barafu, and then climbed higher, to the Kosovo camp. After a hearty lunch, we discussed plans for the upcoming night, as we have a long climb to the highest point of the African continent ahead of us. We have to overcome more than 1000 meters of altitude. Therefore, after completing the preparations, we go early to recuperate in our sleep.
