Greetings to all from Tanzania from the Kiliman 23 team! Today we left the hotel, having previously sorted things into those that we will take with us on a hike and those that will not be useful to us yet. After a short drive with the songs of our guides, we arrived at the beginning of the route.

The documents were issued, things were checked - at the entrance to the national park, the trunks and backpacks of the participants are checked so that nothing forbidden is brought. After that, we hit the road.

We walked 11 kilometers with a climb of 1100 meters and came to the Machame camp, where we had a view of the summit of Kilimanjaro. The road was very beautiful. We passed through the jungle, where the trees, shrouded in moss, were carried up, and tree ferns covered the sky.

Greetings from the group "International team"! We did it! We went to the top ahead of time, without a day of rest. We decided that we had enough strength, and saved a little time. The weather was constantly changing, there was wind and snow, but it didn't stop us. The program is over, the order has been awarded!

News of the Elbrus region.  The group "From dream to reality" in full force climbed the Western peak of Elbrus, 5642 meters. After several days of the cyclone, the weather improved, and from summit we saw stunning views of the Main Caucasian Ridge, as well as the mountainous regions of Georgia and the foothills of the Caucasus from the Russian side.

  Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our super-group "Height", in full force, made an ascent of Mount Elbrus (5642m.). This was our second attempt, the first time the weather, namely the wind, turned us from a height of 5280m..  But we used this unsuccessful exit as another acclimatization, but to the higher altitude. This gave us an advantage when climbing.  The weather on the second ascent was excellent, the moment of sunrise and the view of the Main Caucasian Ridge simply amazed with its splendor and fascinated with cosmic colors. The team members got a lot of positive emotions and are now ready for the next adventures.

News of the Elbrus region. The group "From dreams to Reality" continues to acclimatize. Today (July 12) we climbed the Pastukhov Rocks.  And we experienced all the charm and severity of the mountain climate. The first third of the route was in fairly comfortable conditions, and the weather was normal until 12 o'clock. But when we went above the rock ridges, the wind and snow became our companions to the very top of the rocks.  But, no matter what, we have achieved our goals for the day.  Tomorrow we plan to rest and prepare for the ascent.

News from Iran from our mini-team. Congratulations to Alexander and Anatoly on the SUMMIT! On July 10, 2023, the team stood on top of the highest volcano in Asia - Damavand (5671 m). According to Alexander: "... and there's not much to tell. In a good way! That is, everything took place exactly in accordance with the program. Expectations were met, the 7 Summits Club company is on top (with us!)".

 The group "Franciacorta" today completed its program by climbing the summit of Elbrus. The weather was very borderline, the wind and snow did not leave us alone all the way. It poured in a couple of days very well, but, as they say, we still got into a small weather "window". Before this day and after it, the weather was not promised at all. We tried our best. And half of the group reached the top.

 Greetings to the group "Franciacorta", going to Mount Elbrus!  Today we walked on the Pastukhov Rocks.  The weather deteriorated all the way and under the rocks in 5 minutes we were covered with grits and, of course, a thunderstorm. It pinched us a little, but we left without loss.  We are waiting for a good forecast and go out on the summit…

News of the Elbrus region! The Victory group has successfully climbed to the top of Elbrus. The weather favored us throughout the journey. Hi! Today we are well done again, our group "Vertical" made an ascent to the Western peak of Elbrus (5642m.) The weather and our mood were great, we climbed to the top of Elbrus at a good pace. And the reward for this was unforgettable views of the Main Caucasian Ridge, and the vast expanses of the Northern Elbrus.

Greetings to the group "Franciacorta", going to Mount Elbrus! Today our gang-team walked to the Shelter of Eleven. There we held snow classes, we learned to distinguish sticks from an ice axe. The weather is gorgeous, we continue to go towards the goal.

Greetings from the new group "Franciacorta", going to Mount Elbrus. Today our first acclimatization day was held on the slopes of Mount Cheget. We walked in good weather with beautiful flowers and views.

News of the Elbrus. The Victory group climbed up to the Pastukhov Rocks today. A light breeze and the sun accompanied us throughout the journey. Tomorrow we have a rest day before climbing to the summit of Elbrus.

Greetings from the slopes of snow-white Elbrus! Today was an important and responsible day for us.  Our group "Vertical" has made its first ascent to a serious height, and this is the top of the Pastukhov Rocks - 4700m. The weather was accompanied by a successful ascent, we walked at a good pace and the reward for this was wonderful views. Tomorrow we have a rest and a night out to storm the summit.

In the mountains to the stars can be reached by hand. Mountains fulfill dreams! Our climbing night started at 04:20, we started from the Base Camp at an altitude of 4200 meters.

The full moon illuminated the mountain peak of Demavend. Everyone was in anticipation and expectation. The weather favored us and our group "Deniski" went out to storm.

After completing one third of the climb, our team divided into two groups: fast and active, and measured and calm. 

The way to the top of the first group took 8 hours. The second group stood at the top of the Demavend at 12:50. Total: On July 4, 2023, the Deniski team of the 7 Summits Club in full force ascended to the summit of Demavend (5671m), the highest volcano in Asia!  The ascent was 100% successful!

Tired, but happy, we went down to the Base Camp at 17:00. There we were waiting for a hot delicious soup from our super chefs.  It is noteworthy that on the day of our ascent, Demavend Day is celebrated in Iran and in the evening we heard an ancient legend from our local guide Hamid and admired the fireworks.

Natalia Marinkevich, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from the Elbrus region:

Natalia Marinkevich's group "Snow-fish" together with Andrey Berezin's group "Victoria-Pobeda" spent the first day on the slopes of Elbrus. We have worked out the technique of self-arrest, including when breaking down upside down. Classes were held on steep slopes at an altitude of 4000. We also trained the technique of traversing in crampons and with an ice axe.

All participants feel well. Comfortable accommodation and delicious food 4 times a day pleasantly delight future climbers!

The news is lightning from Iran. The group "Deniski" ascended today in full force the summit of the volcano of Asia - Demavend (567 m). We went up in two subgroups. Now everyone is already in the base camp at 4150 m, recovering from the assault. Tomorrow descent to Tehran. Details follow.

Привет из Ирана! Сегодня у группы "Дениска" простой день, легкий акклиматизационный выход, 300 м над приютом по пути к вершине. Особое внимание уделялось дыхательным упражнениям. Во время привалов наш главный иранский гид Хамид показал ряд приемов для повышения работоспособности легких на высоте. Мы также слушали рассказы о Древней Персии и играли в веселые игры. Наш уважаемый гид Хамид, инструктор IMGA, не только мастер скалолазания, но и отличный организатор. Таких же добрых слов заслуживают наши повара Наргес и Марьон, оба профессионалы высочайшего класса. «Дениски» были приятно удивлены фуршетом, который нам накрыли. А на горячее - жареная форель! Наша любовь взаимна, мы всегда благодарим их от всего сердца и не забываем поздравить с праздником. На день рождения Наргес и нашего гида Париса подарили павловопосадские шали из чистой шерсти. Вот такой день - дыши, вкусно кушай, отдыхай. Завтра - финальный аккорд, рано утром выходим на вершину Дамаванд. Гиды Евгений Федюнин, Валерий Мясоедов, Ольга Старцева.
