News of the Elbrus region from the group "Creative ermines". Early this morning, our group in full force climbed to the top of Elbrus. From there we had amazing views, as the weather was perfect today: calm and clear. The entire Main Caucasian Ridge, the Northern Elbrus region, as well as Georgia were visible. Such a beautiful morning today we met at the summit of Elbrus. The guides of the group are Andrey Berezin and Alexey Lonchinsky.

News of the Elbrus region. The group "Creative Ermines", as planned yesterday, went to the Pastukhov Rocks. The weather this season does not please us with clear days. Therefore, as always, we took the necessary amount of warm clothes. So, we went to acclimatize to the Pastukhov Rocks. In 3 hours we gained more than 800 meters vertically. The wind was blowing with grits above. Ski masks, buffs and warm gloves came in handy here. Tomorrow we rest. According to the plan, we are going to climb the summit on Friday. News of the Elbrus region. The group "Creative Ermines" has started acclimatization and preparation for the ascent of Elbrus. Today we climbed the slope of Cheget, to the first station of the cable car. Our way passed along a picturesque forest trail, which smoothly moved from the forest zone to the alpine meadows. After spending some time in the Ai cafe, we returned to the hotel where we had lunch. After that, the participants went to rent the equipment we needed. Tomorrow we go up to the refuge National Park. The guides of the group are Andrey Berezin and Alexey Lonchinsky.

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club successfully reached the Western Peak of Mount Elbrus and safely descended. Guides worked with the groups: Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov, Dmitry Semenov and Dmitry Lazarev. The weather was sunny, the wind near the top was quite strong, but it was not an insurmountable obstacle. All the participants are happy, everyone went down to the hotel on the same day.

News of the Elbrus region. Two groups of the 7 Summits Club with guides Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorojukov made an acclimatization rotation to the Pastukhov Rocks, up to a height of 4500 meters. Now in the Elbrus region there is an active melting of snow cover, which is associated with an increase in air temperature. And because of this, there is both the "snow porridge" and the streams on the path to the Pastukhov rocks. We have to try to follow in the footsteps of previously passed groups. The weather also was not the best, a strong wind was blowing above 4300, so everyone climbed to the lower rocks of Pastukhov at a height of 4500-4600, where they spent about 20 minutes. Tomorrow the groups are resting and preparing for the summit assault.

The participants and guides first moved by cable car the shelter National Park, then continued their preparations for the ascent. In the afternoon, they held snow and ice classes, where they mastered the skills of self-rarrest with an ice pick and moving in various ways in crampons. News of the Elbrus region from the group "Helen and the bears". Today we climbed the Western peak of Elbrus, the highest point of Russia and Europe. We were very lucky with the weather, the ascent took place in clear and calm weather. From the top, we saw views of the entire Main Caucasian Ridge and the surroundings of Elbrus. Now we are already in a hotel in Terskol Village, and we are enjoying the benefits of civilization that are not available in the assault camp.

The ascent took place in perfect weather conditions. The participants were able to admire the beautiful panorama of the Caucasus Mountains. The state of the route can also be called ideal. News of the Elbrus region from the group "Helen and the bears". Today, as planned, we made an acclimatization rotation to the Pastukhov Rocks. The weather was pleasant, it was sunny and clear, so we were able to see most of the Main Caucasian Ridge, such Summits as: Dykhtau, Mizhirgi, Shkhara, Ushba, Shtavler. We hope that the same weather will be on the ascent, and we will be able to see Kazbek and other famous Summits of the Caucasus. Tomorrow we plan to rest and prepare for the ascent.

Greetings from the Iskorka group! Today our cheerful team slowly but surely climbed under the Rocks of Pastukhov. The weather was gorgeous: views, mountains, snow. We had a great walk. Our acclimatization is over, tomorrow is a day of rest and then climb the summit.

Andrey Berezin, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from the Elbrus region:
News of the Elbrus region from the group "Helen and the bears". The new group has started a program of acclimatization and preparation for climbing Elbrus. Today, as part of the program, we climbed to the first cable car station on the slopes of Cheget. The weather pleased us today, it was quite warm, the mountain grass is blooming. In the Ai cafe, we rested after climbing, drank mountain tea with hychins, then returned to the hotel, where we rested and had lunch. In the afternoon we visited the rental, where we took the necessary equipment for climbing. Tomorrow we will climb to the refuge National Park, where we will continue to acclimatize to the ascent.

Today two teams of the 7 Summits Club with guides Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov climbed the slopes of Elbrus. The groups settled in comfortable cabins of the National Park Refuge. Then, according to the plan, they went to the area 11 of Priyut Eleven (height about 4100m). There, the groups conducted snow and ice training, learned how to use an ice axe, walk in crampons and with a rope. The weather is good, everyone's condition is excellent, they continue to prepare for Elbrus Climb.
