Summit! Group "Sashas & Grizzly" today climbed to the Western peak of Elbrus.  Weather today as never in this season was comfortable for climbing. And at 7.30 all the band members were at the highest point. Andrey Berezin.

The Guide, Andrey Berezin:

Group "Sasha & Grizzly" today climbed to  the refuge "National Park" and continues acclimatization at an altitude of 4000 meters.  We have successfully completed the snow-ice training, went for this slightly above Priut 11. Tomorrow according to the plan we go to Pastukhov Rocks.

Three groups came in from the South and one from the North. The weather was unstable, fog, wind. Sometimes it was very cold. However, all members in our groups and guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov, Sergei Avtomonov and Karina Mezova (North) reached the summit.  Summer ends on Elbrus the weather is colder, though it is still intensely melts.

Last Sunday RD Studio unveiled the third series of the miniseries "The Man who always wanted more."  The film was shot during the expedition of the 7 Summits Club on the highest volcano in the world Ojos del Salado.

After watching this film, You will certainly want to see this incredible beauty and to test yourself at the exotic heights of the Andes.  The nearest opportunity is to join the expedition of the 7 Summits Club under the leadership of Alexander Abramov. August 16. Beautiful morning, beautiful weather. Today, three groups of the 7 Summits Club reached the top of Mount Elbrus.  The group called "Entente" was the largest, 17 members and guides (the main guide – Andrey Berezin).

Guide the 7 Summits Club Sergei Avtomonov from Elbrus:   Viva Brazil!!!!  Guide the 7 Summits Club Sergei Avtomonov climbed the highest point of Europe with a group from Brazil.  The summit of Mount Elbrus was reached  by all  team members that came to the ascent! Everyone was happy and now resting after the climb! We remained pleasant things: rewarding and the road home…

Last week our friends from RD Studio pleased us with the first two series of the film "The Man who always wanted more".  The main character – Vasily Shakhnovsky, who as part of the expeditions of the 7 Summits Club  climbed Everest and performed the program "Seven Summits". Part 1 – MT. Kazbek. Part 2 – Manaslu. Complete our video news new film by Eugene Lesnitsky. This time about adventures in mountains of the USA.

In the mountains, meanwhile, our programs continue on a broad front. Elbrus is breaking all records of popularity,  after successful  climbs  last week, to new a week from 7 Summits Club came three groups. Sergei Larin with a group of fathers and sons climbed Kilimanjaro, and Vladimir Kotlyar with his group made acclimatization rotation on the slopes of Khan Tengri.

Greetings from Elbrus!  Three large groups of 7 Summits Club began acclimatization rotation in the area of Elbrus.  The first outing was to the slopes of Mount Cheget. There the groups met and greeted each other. Tomorrow they all go to the slopes of Elbrus to continue acclimatization.

Kilimanjaro-3.  All members of the group "Fathers and Sons" reached the top of Kilimanjaro. It happened on August 10 at 9:30.

  Andrey Berezin, the 7 Summits Club guide: news from Elbrus. Today, our group "Black Jack ", all members - 19 persons, reached the Western summit of Mount Elbrus.  We hasten to share this news with you. The weather today was perfect. At the top: no cloud in the sky, no wind, stunning views of the Caucasus mountains.  That's all for today.

 This is the final episode of our Brazilian series! We climbed to the top of Mount Elbrus! The weather was perfect today. The mountain let us did it and our Brazilian friends were happy to tears. Today we already enjoy a shower and in general the benefits of civilization. The End.

Guide of the 7 Summits Club Sergei Avtomonov:  Hi!  And have a Brazilian mood!  We started the program with a new group from Brazil. Today we climbed to the top station of the cable car Cheget to a height of 3100. Then we took the necessary equipment at the rent office and are going to move to the refuge National Park.

 The group "Black Jack" (guides  Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorogunov), the largest group this season, today  went to the Pastukhov Rocks. Members and guides climbed at a good pace.  On the way back it began to snow, but they  were already returning.

The Brazilian group led by the guide Boris Egorov is also preparing to storm the summit of Elbrus, completing the acclimatization rotation.

Just the second day of August, and already the summit!  Today the group "Drinking monkey's" climbed to the highest point of Europe – Mount Elbrus (5642). August night was clear, but cold, so we warmed up only above the Saddle. And there is already near the summit, which we made certainly.  Congratulations to all of our group!

  Kilimanjaro, day 5. 1.08. Camp Karanga - camp Barafu 4600m. Easiest 3 hours. At 14:00 we had lunch and went to rest. Dinner-Breakfast at 23:00. At midnight, start to the summit.

 Day 6. 2.08. The start of the ascent was exactly at 0:00. The weather has improved: the stars, the wind is weak, cold.  In the period from 7:30 to 8:30 all members of the group reached the top. Now we have all gone down to the Camp Barafu and prepare to go down to the camp Millennium 3800m...

Continued testing Elbrus group "Drinking monkey's ". Today, according to the acclimatization program, we had rotation to the Pastukhov rocks. Still yesterday Elbrus we met hot sun and clear day, also calm. At night, the weather changed dramatically. All night there was a thunderstorm. In the morning the storm ended, but the wind continued, in some places the gusts were up to 40 km/h. But the wind is not a hindrance to acclimatization. We climbed the Pastukhov rocks at a good pace, the wind at times only cheered us on the way to the goal of the day. Tomorrow on the program we will have arest. We will prepare for the ascent in the night from Friday to Saturday.

Kilimanjaro-2, day 3, July 30. Transfer from Shira camp to Baranko camp 3900m via Lava tower 4600m. We left at 8:20. Weather's bad. Strong wind, clouds. A week ago at 4000m we went in thermal underwear, now it was not hot in down jackets. The Lava tower had a nice lunch in the tent. We came to Baranko at 17:00. 4,600.

Hello! Today the group "Summit of Apollos" climbed Western summit of Elbrus. And half of the group climbed two peaks. That is, they climbed Eastern Summit of Elbrus. The weather in the morning was not too good, a strong gusty wind blew, sometimes just blown off our feet. But later the weather allowed us to climb two peaks. Everyone is happy, happy and cheerful. 25 members of our great expedition successfully climbed to the top of Kilimanjaro via the Umbwe route.  It was July 25th, and now the team has come down and is preparing to return home.  The tale of how bad weather turned into good weather! Tonight a group "Snowcat = beltebil" was launched on the ascent. The forecast, after a week of thunderstorms and snowfalls, promised clarification. But the clarification was accompanied by a strong wind up to 50 km/h. The Forecast was justified.  There was a strong  wind, and grits ice, and frost. But these weather difficulties only strengthened us in achieving the goal. Summary: the summit!
