Guide Viktor Ershov: Hello from the wet  Tanzania from the group of Sapsan-2019! In the morning we started from the hotel to the entrance of Kilimanjaro National Park under heavy rain.  On the way we stopped at the supermarket for batteries and repellent. Then we checked in at the Park reception.  The rain stopped and we moved to the camp of Mandara.  We got there quickly in 3 hours, but the shoes were soaked through. In the evening we passed the medical check, all the members have excellent performance and good health, and  we tasted a delicious dinner. We hope that there will be no more such heavy rains..

Two groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed for acclimatization rotation on the Pastukhov Rocks. They slept in different refuges and climbed in different ways and at different times.  May Elbrus showed itself in all its glory: it is a bright sun, and the wind with snow grains, and clouds, and frost. From the Rocks of Pastukhov (4600m) climbers could see the Western and Eastern peaks and the saddle between. After admiring the magnificent panorama, all people went down to rest in the camp.

Greetings from Elbrus Region!  Today a group under the leadership of guides of Andrei Berezin and Alexander Dorozhukov climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget, visited  cafés Ay.  There they drank delicious tea and ate local pies. During the ascent, they came to the observation point, overlooking the Elbrus. It impressed many of the team members. The second group with a guide Sergey Avtomonov for acclimatization rotation climbed to a height of 3100 on the slopes of Elbrus.

 On February 21, 2019, a group of the 7 Summits Club, consisting of 17 members and 3 guides, climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. The ascent took place along the Marangu route.   It was the third summit in the implementation of Alexander Abramov's project "7 summits in 7 months".  The President of the 7 Summits Club  intends to climb the highest peaks of all continents in the shortest possible time. He began with Mount Vinson in Antarctica in January and intends to complete the epic in July, on the top of Mount Denali in North America.

Sergey Larin, guide of the 7 Summits Club from Mexico:

 Today, February 25, the team of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the top of Mount Orizaba! The condition of the route was excellent. Weather: heavy clouds, but there was no wind. Now we have gone down to Zoopan. All's great!

We combined several separate fragments of the expedition into one video. It seems that it conveys a festive atmosphere in the group, which determined the overall success of the ascent. Alexander Abramov continues his project "Seven summits in seven months", the next – Carstensz  Pyramid in March, join us!

 Greetings from the mountain village Zoopan (3000m) located on the slope of Mount Orizaba. We moved here yesterday after a successful acclimatization  climb on La Malinche. Today, 23.02, we move to the shelter at 4200m.

21.02 we moved from Mexico City under La Malinche. On the way we stopped to see the largest pyramid in Mexico in Cholula. The Spaniards built a Church on top of a hill in the 16th century. 22.02 we climbed to the top of La Malinche...

 Our expedition to Kilimanjaro is coming to an end.  It was great!  All 20 climbers (17 members and 3 guides) reached the top. It was difficult. But all are satisfied and happy. And all  people became much friends....

Information from Alexander Abramov: the whole group ("Children of Adam" or "Children of Abram") of 17 participants and 3 guides (Abramov Alexander,  Abramov Denis and Kuznetsova Anastasia) reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro via Marangu.

 7 Summits, Hello! Dmitry Ermakov from Kilimanjaro.  A group of "fast-legged deers" climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. The fastest climbed in 3: 15, the other 5: 20, about that. All is well, we are already in the camp, now we will rest…

 7 summits, Hello! Here is Dmitry Ermakov from the Karanga camp. Our group of "swift-footed deers" today came out the last from the Barranco camp, because we didn’t want  to stand in line on the Barranco wall and two hours (first) ran to the next camp. The weather is stable, it rains in the afternoon. Now we will rest a bit and go for a walk above. The mood is excellent!

  That is all! We did it – we finally got on the route!  All documents are completed, the ultimate goal is defined.  Today we passed the zone of Equatorial forests. On the road met the blue monkeys and the elegant endemics of Kilimanjaro - black-and-white colobus monkeys.  We ascended a kilometer and reached the first camp on the upper border of the forest -  Mandara Hut at 2800 m. And for Mandara there is news. First, there were sockets, which were not there before (they are few, but they are). And secondly, (and most importantly) there's  new huts, which is still not officially opened. We had to solve this issue informally, and we were the first group that settled there. Tomorrow we will move to Horombo at 3800….

 Greetings from Tanzania! Alexander Abramov's group is practically gathered!  It remains to wait only two members arriving late flight. The rest of all we met, all equipment checked, all in hire remeasured.   There was a briefing and an evening of “dating” with live music on the outdoor terrace, under the stars.  In general, we are ready to go on the route!

Today a new group has started a program in Kilimanjaro.  I gave them the name "swift-footed deers".  Because the members of the group got from the gate to the Machame camp in 2.30 minutes! Looks like a record! That is all right. We got the rain, but it's the little things in life!  We are all OK…

Seven Summits, hello! Dmitry Ermakov from Kilimanjaro. We reached Shira's camp. Today we are more fortunate. There was even sun and we were able to dry all our wet things. We went up a little bit higher, now we are resting and waiting for dinner. We are doing well and all people are feeling fine. The mood is fighting.

 Hello! Dmitry Ermakov started working with a new group in Kilimanjaro. Tonight the last members arrived in Tanzania.  In the morning we packed up and now we are at the gates of Machame. Now we will register the group and go higher. The weather is beautiful. Today has even been seen Kilimanjaro in the morning. Compared to the New Year time, there are practically no people  on the route. In General, everything is fine and everything is going according to plan.

On January 9, two teams of the 7 Summit Club climbed Orizaba.  The first group with a guide Sergey Larin started from the shelter at 4800 m. The second group with a guide Lyudmila Korobeshko came from a height of 4150 meters.  The weather was clear, but it was quite cold and windy. Two participants from 10 didn't reach the highest point.  On the same day, the groups descended and arrived in Mexico city late at night. Now - a well-deserved rest.

 Greetings from Mexico from Lyudmila Korobeshko! Yesterday, during the inspection of the route, I visited the top of Mount Orizaba. The route is in excellent condition. Today, the group of Sergey Larin arrives, we'll find for it a name and start preparing for the climb on the highest volcano of North America.
