Hello to everyone from Tanzania! From the group that has been trying to come up with a name for itself for the second day. And the second day we started our journey in the rain. So believe it or not, July is the dry season. True, in the afternoon, when we gained an altitude of more than 3500, we rose above the clouds, and the rain stopped.

Today, all the way we had incredible views and a lot of flowers and beautiful trees.

Unforgettable. Our camp today is at an altitude of 3800. Therefore, having arrived at the camp, we went even higher for acclimatization. And then there was a traditional ceremony of acquaintance with the local team serving us.

Hurray! By nightfall, the team came up with a name: "Padel Team"...

Hello to everyone from the Elbrus region! The 7 Summits Club group has decided on a name - now "We are the first". Today we went for acclimatization to the "Maiden Braids" waterfall, a unique natural object in its beauty. The weather was great and we had wonderful views of the peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge. All the group members feel good, physically and mentally ready for new challenges.

A new group of the 7 Summits Club arrived in Tanzania and set out on the Machame route. And although this period is considered the dry season, it has been raining here for two weeks without a break. Today, on the first day of the hike, we also walked in the rain all day and are sitting in the camp in the rain. But we are not discouraged. We hope that the weather will be better in the future.

 Good evening from the slope of Elbrus! The "Moscow Pies" team successfully completed the 2nd and 3rd days of acclimatization on the southern slopes of Elbrus. On the second day, the team practiced the technique of stopping with an ice axe in case of a fall, and on the third day we reached Pastukhov Rocks at an altitude of 4550 m. One participant decided to test his endurance and briskly climbed to an altitude of 4700 m. Tomorrow is an important day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit. Wish the participants good luck and light legs!

Greetings to everyone from Elbrus! Our group, which remains nameless for now, began its acclimatization today on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Elbrus opened up on the way up, followed by other beautiful views. The group climbed to the Ai cafe and went down to Terskol to prepare for the continuation of the program on the slopes of Elbrus.

Greetings from Elbrus from the "YuAR" group! Today we moved to our comfortable and cozy refuge"National Park", settled into the trailers, and went for a walk. That is, for training sessions on the technique of movement and belay on snowy terrain. At an altitude of 4100 we practiced self-arrest with ice axes, walked in crampons, some of the participants saw them for the first time. After the classes, we had a delicious lunch and rested. Tomorrow is a new day - climbing Pastukhov Rocks.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our group "Zhduny" as part of acclimatization program climbed to an altitude of 4700 m, we climbed to the top of Pastukhov Rocks. We covered this path at a good pace and in excellent weather. Now the group has a day of rest and ahead is the day of the assault, for which we have been preparing all this time.  Greetings to everyone from not-so-sunny Kyrgyzstan, from the "Shashlychnaya Fantasy" group! I will give a chronology of these three days. On July 7 at two o'clock in the morning we left Camp One for Camp Two. The glacier is very torn, in some places there are ladders through the cracks. We were lucky with the weather that day and at 12 o'clock we were at the place where a large cozy tent, lunch and rest were waiting for us. On July 8 we left at 9 am for Razdelnaya. And although we had to trample the snow above Camp Two, in five hours we were able to climb to Camp Three at an altitude of 6,100 meters. And then the weather began to deteriorate, a strong wind blew, by lunchtime we descended to Camp Two at 5,400 and spent the night for the second time. It snowed all night and shook the tents. On July 9, we got up early and began the descent to the base camp. There was no visibility, which made the descent difficult. In the middle of the day, we managed to escape from the snow captivity and by lunchtime, tired but happy, we descended to the first camp. And we began to rest and restore our strength.

Hello to everyone from the 7 Summits Club group "Zhduny" from the Southern slopes of Elbrus! Today we moved to the refuge "National Park", where we will spend several days. We had a busy day. We climbed higher up the slope of Elbrus and conducted training sessions. We learned how to walk in ropes, move along fixed ropes, and of course, we remembered our childhood, sliding down and practicing self-arrest on a snowy slope.

After a delicious lunch, we rested a little and just admired the views of the mountains. And I must say, the weather today is simply magical! And, of course, we are very cozy here in the warm houses.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "South Africa" group! Today we began our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Summer has come - it has become very warm, even hot. Perfect weather, beautiful views, beautiful flowers around. We can say that summer has finally come to the mountains. In the evening we are preparing to go to the high-mountain zone. We are working according to plan.

The 7 Summits Club Crazy Horses group went to the Ararat assault camp for acclimatization today. There was fog in the morning and we were a little cold in the camp. But then, when we left, the weather cleared up and it was a beautiful day. We reached our assault camp, sunbathed there for half an hour and went down. We reached the base camp, which had already become home, rested, and in the evening we were fed shashlik. Tomorrow we are leaving to spend the night in the assault camp and immediately to the summit bid at night.

Greetings from Elbrus! Today, our new supergroup called "Zhduny" went on its first acclimatization hike along one of the most beautiful and picturesque trails of Elbrus. We climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The first part of the route runs through a pine forest, then we go out to the most beautiful alpine meadows, where you can see many beautiful flowers surrounded by majestic mountains.  Greetings from the slopes of Ararat! Today a new group of the 7 Summits Club, which took the name Crazy horses, began its ascent. We arrived from Van to the foot of the mountain, got into a pickup truck and climbed to an altitude of 2800 meters. There we got out to walk a little for acclimatization. In an hour we reached the base camp, had a little snack and walked even higher to the 3500 mark. Then our friends cooked us real borscht and then we rested in tents. Tomorrow we are going on a radial acclimatization hike to the assault camp.

Good day to all! The "Moscow Pies" team began their exciting journey to the top of Elbrus and spent their first acclimatization day. We climbed Mount Cheget, gaining an altitude of 2700 meters. That is, we climbed to the "Ai" cafe. Then, by the general desire of the group, we continued the route and walked to Lake Donguz Orun. Then we returned to the hotel and after lunch we began preparing for the next day.

 Again information from the "Shashlychnaya Fantasy" group. The calendar shows July 6th and we have a rest day planned. But we didn't waste time, in the morning we adjusted crampons to our boots and held training sessions on climbing and descending a fixed rope. Then we walked in ropes. After lunch we received food for tomorrow's trip. Tomorrow we leave at two in the morning to the second camp. On July 8th, a rotation to Razdelnaya is planned, again spending the night in the second camp. And on the 9th we descend to the first camp. Here is the plan for these days. Wish us a good and easy journey, patience and luck. These days we will be without communication, be patient, wait for new messages!

Greetings from Alaska!  Denali climbing season officially wraps up!

The last two independent summiteers of the season Lukas Jasensky and Petr Halasta from Czech Republic stopped by our 7 Summits Club office in Talkeetna. These incredibly strong climbers topped out on Denali via the legendary Cassin Ridge — an impressive feat to close out the season! Huge congratulations on such an amazing achievement!

This year, Denali saw a 35% success rate among all climbers. We at the 7 Summits Club are truly grateful to be part of the amazing Talkeetna community. It’s been a fantastic season working here, meeting mountaineers from all over the world, and celebrating their achievements on North America’s highest peak. Thank you all for visiting us and sharing your journeys!

Greetings to everyone from the "Shashlychnaya Fantasy" group, expedition to Lenin Peak! Today was an acclimatization day, and all of us at a good pace climb to Yukhin Peak (5130 meters). The weather is wonderful, there is no snow at all compared to last year. We continue acclimatization, staying in the comfortable conditions of Camp 1 (4300 m).

 Have a cheerful day, everyone! On July 4, the Pulse of the Mountains team reached the summit of Mount Elbrus (5642 m). Unfortunately, not in full force, as two participants had to interrupt the expedition due to health reasons. The rest of the team successfully climbed to the highest point. Our ascent began at 2:30, and we reached the summit at 7:40. The team got into a wonderful weather window, so we were able to see epic and beautiful views from the top of the mountain that no photograph can convey.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! Yesterday, the 7 Summits Club group "Praktika" in full force climbed the Western summit of Elbrus. We used the morning window of good weather, on the descent the weather deteriorated.

Talkeetna, Alaska, celebrates the 4th of July with a parade on Main Street! It doesn’t get dark in early July in Talkeetna, so the town doesn’t do a fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day. The lack of fireworks, however, doesn’t mean a lack of holiday spirit. The main event was a festive parade through downtown, complete with American flags, floats, live music and ice cream!
