The 7 Summits Club group thanked the local team at the Horombo Refuge for their invaluable help throughout the program and during the ascent. As usual, we danced and sang together, and took photos. Then there was a descent through the humid jungle and the long-awaited comfortable hotel. In the evening, a ceremonial event was held to present certificates, medals and mutual gratitude. As usual, the party was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Smiles, laughter, handshakes and hugs, and even dancing, despite the fatigue!

The 7 Summits Club group "Chameleons" (guide Evgeny Fedyunin) and Alexander Abramov's group made a successful joint ascent on the summit of Kilimanjaro. Ten participants and guides reached the highest point of the Uhuru Peak massif at 10 a.m. local time.

For Alexander Abramov, this is the third mountain of the "7 Volcanoes in 77 Days" project. The first was Elbrus on October 25. Three volcanoes in 13 days it is a good pace!

Kilimanjaro. Our team of the project "7 volcanoes in 77 days" climbed to the Horombo camp 3800 m. The weather is very kind for us so far. There is no rain. There is no wind.

The camp is very comfortable. We live in small houses on beds. The food is very tasty. The team is in a great mood. Today we will watch a film about Everest, which Ilya Gladkikh shot in the spring during our spring expedition.

Today our team does nothing but dance and sing. I love this atmosphere on Kilimanjaro. Thanks to our local team, who make our ascent a holiday.

Today we climbed Damavand - 5609m!!! On October 31 at 12:00 Iranian time, Ilya Gladkikh and I climbed the highest volcano in Asia. This is the second mountain from the "7 Volcanoes in 77 Days" project. The weather was not good at all, the climb was out of season. The wind was up to 60 km per hour. The temperature at the summit was minus 25. And there was already snow. I had three warm pants on. I have never put on so many! It was really hard to walk. But we managed.

Now we are urgently heading to Kilimanjaro!

Two volcanoes in 8 days - let's move on!

Yesterday at 9 am, as part of the "7 Volcanoes in 77 Days" project, Alexander Abramov and Ilya Gladkikh ascended the first peak of the project - Elbrus. The ascent took place in unstable autumn weather conditions. Thus, the 7/77 project has begun.

The next peak is the Damavand volcano 5609 in Iran. We plan to climb it on October 31.

This morning, the President of the 7 Summits Club, Alexander Abramov, climbed to the top of Europe's highest volcano, Elbrus. We are turning on the counter. The "7 Volcanoes in 77 Days" project has started. Today was day number 1. Alexander climbed Elbrus together with Sergey Fedkin, who became the first participant in the record-breaking project as a partner. Let's continue to follow and count the days!

The President of the 7 Summits Club, Alexander Abramov, moved the refuge today and will storm Elbrus tonight. This is the start of his (and our) project to set a record for the speed of completing the "Seven Volcanoes" program. We believe in our captain! In case of success, the countdown of the days of the "7 Volcanoes in 77 Days" project will begin tomorrow. The time will be counted from the moment of climbing the first of the seven volcanoes and the countdown will end as soon as the climber's foot rises to the seventh volcano. Alexander Abramov can be called the "godfather" of this program on a global scale. And who else but he should hold the record! It was the President of the 7 Summits Club who conceived, and our company carried out, the historic expedition to the Sidley volcano in 2011. Since the scientific discovery of this highest volcano in Antarctica, no one has been there. The 2011 ascent resulted in the first people to climb all seven volcanoes. These were our expedition members Mario Trimeri and Crina Popescu. And this was the real start of the Seven Volcanoes program. Russia, represented by our company, is the world leader in the number of climbers who have climbed all seven volcanoes of the project. At the moment, out of 46 who have completed the project, 14 represent our country. There is something to be proud of!

The 7 Summits Club President Alexander Abramov was one of the authors of the idea, the initiators of the record-breaking Transglobal Car round-the-world expedition. His participation ended at the Canadian border, when local authorities cancelled his entry visa (without reason, meanly, on his birthday). And now, more than half a year later, Alexander joined the team. For a short time, but he joined. And together with his friends, he admired one of the wonders of the world - Victoria Falls.

Today we visited Victoria Falls. Zambezi River, Victoria Falls. The names are familiar from childhood. Victoria Falls is located on the Zambezi River. Width 1800 m. Height 120 m. The difference from our usual perception of a waterfall is that the water falls into the gorge along the width of the riverbed. Scottish explorer and traveler David Livingstone named it in honor of the British Queen Victoria. In the Lozi language of the indigenous people of these places, the waterfall was known as Mosi-oa-Tunya - "thundering smoke"

Now in this area of Africa, the driest season and the water level in the river is very low. Therefore, two-thirds of the riverbed have dried up. And the width of the waterfall at this time is no more than 400 meters.

To the active part of the waterfall, along the dry riverbed, we walked about two kilometers. Part of the team decided to swim in the waters of the Zambezi. And of course, there was a photo shoot against the backdrop of the waterfall.

On September 17, the team of the 7 Summits Club "Brothers and Sisters" successfully climbed the summit of Khoser Gunge 6250m, the most popular and accessible six-thousander in Pakistan.  News from the "Brothers and Sisters" team from Pakistan. Today we successfully climbed to the top of Khoser Gunge 6250m, the most popular and accessible six-thousander in Pakistan.  The 7 Summits Club "Brothers and Sisters" team today conducted training on moving along fixed ropes. And then rushed to the Camp 1. This camp is located on a picturesque ridge. There are cliffs on both sides. We had a fun evening. And now everyone is going to bed! Tomorrow we move to the Assault Camp. The weather is great. The views are stunning.

Today the "Brothers and Sisters" team walked to the Base Camp of Khoser Gang, located at an altitude of 3800 m. On the way we stopped at the apricot festival. Pakistan is a very interesting and beautiful country, with very friendly people.

Our camp is ideal, each participant has his own tent the size of a man. We have a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet at our service. There is also a generator. We prepared 12 dishes for dinner. Now how to carry all this up the mountain?

 Yesterday, the "Brozzers & Sirterzz" Team moved to the luxury hotel Shigar Serena Fort. This is an old British military fort converted into a five-room hotel.

And all evening we prepared for a new ascent. This morning we left for the summit. On the way, we visited the apricot festival, where we gave an interview to local television. Now we are starting along the trail to Khoser Gunge Base Camp.

 News from the 7 Summits Club Team, now called Brothers and Sisters, from Pakistan. Yesterday we climbed the unique highland plateau of Deosai, and today we climbed the highest peak in the region, Mount Shantun, an extinct volcano 5400 meters high. Everything went great, everyone is happy! We went down to Skardu. Tomorrow we are moving to the city of Shigar, at the foot of our main goal - Mount Khoser Gunge (6400m).

 News from the "Super Star" Team from Pakistan. Today our group flew from Islamabad to Skardu - the capital of all expedition organizations in Pakistan. We stayed in an excellent colonial-style hotel with a large garden.

We had a tour of Skardu. We visited Buddha Rock. And the cold desert, where we drove jeeps. In the evening there was a delicious barbecue dinner on the roof of the tallest building in Skardu.

Tomorrow we are going up to the Deosai Plateau to climb the highest mountain of the plateau - Mount Shatun 5300m.

News from Pakistan! The "Grandfathers and Girls" team has fully assembled in Islamabad today. Our expedition to the summit of the six-thousander Khoser Gunge begins. Today we had an interesting excursion around Islamabad and then there was trekking to the highest hills around the city. The evening ended in a restaurant with a beautiful view of Islamabad. Tomorrow we fly to Skardu. The adventures continue!!!

The Super Girls team of 9 people successfully climbed to the top of Elbrus. The ascent took place in bad weather conditions. We were lashed by wind and snowstorms, but we endured! All the girls proved themselves to be heroes. Each received maximum emotions and a charge for the future life. We felt stronger and more confident. Well done everyone!

Five groups of the 7 Summits Club set off tonight with the goal of climbing Elbrus. However, during the ascent, the bad weather suddenly got worse. A strong thunderstorm began. Under these conditions, the Ministry of Emergency Situations workers issued an order to stop climbing and return to the shelter. In principle, no one objected much. Everyone understood that it was the right decision. So our teams got an extra day off. Let's hope that nature will be kinder to us next night.
