We dug in, fortified the camp properly, set up walls of snow blocks here. And we wait out the bad weather. We hope to move back towards the summit from day to day…

This is a group of the 7 Summits Club "Pingvinson" or "Vinson-2" , climbing on the highest point of Antarctica. Now, unfortunately, due to the unfavorable forecast, we had to go down. But we hope to return to the summit again in the near future and still do it.

Artem Rostovtsev, Nirmal Purja and Vladimir Kotlyar are in touch.  We climbed up as a whole, a full group, to the assault camp. It's snowing here now. We make water from it. And we hope to break through the weather window tomorrow. Well, there, as the card will fall. Come on, keep your fists and fingers crossed for us! That’s all, we hug everyone!

A group of the 7 Summits Club is preparing to fly to Antarctica to climb the highest point of the continent, Mount Vinson.  At the starting point of the trip, the Chilean city of Punta Arenas, the participants and guides celebrated the birthday of one of the participants. This is Daniele Wolfson, an Everest climber, a representative of Israel, born in the USSR.

Aloha, Seven Summits and for all! The second group of the 7 Summits Club on the highest point of Antarctica Vinson Massif gathered in Punta Arenas! We are waiting for a couple of preparatory days before flying on the Icy continent. The arrival was celebrated at the famous los Ganaderos restaurant, where lamb is perfectly cooked.

There are 12 participants from different countries of the world in the group, they are now led by Vladimir Kotlyar and Nirmal Purja.  And Artem Rostovtsev will meet them already in Antarctica.

The team of the 7 Summits Club "Vinson-2" arrived in Punta Arenas. Everyone is in a great mood!  The team of the Automotive Antarctic Expedition is also already in Punta Arenas and has begun active preparations for landing on the Ice Continent.

Vladimir Kotlyar, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Kyrgyzstan:  Hello everyone! Yesterday, on August 17, our group climbed on the summit of Lenin Peak. 12 participants and 6 guides. We managed to catch the weather window and luck by the tail on the very last day of our program. Everyone fought with dignity and deserved this difficult victory!

With this ascent, I finish the summer season of high mountains. Thanks to everyone who was there,  guides, participants, beloved waiting in the camp from the ascent, cooks and camp workers! It was a cool season and cool, emotional climbs! I hug everyone tightly! See you soon!

Hello everyone, Salam and Aloha! The group of guides Nikita Slotin and Vladimir Kotlyar continues to actively prepare for the ascent on Lenin Peak. Yesterday we went to another location with natural castles.

And, at the same time, on the top of an unnamed hill, we celebrated the birthday of our participant Anya.

Aloha, friends! The team of the 7 Summits Club on Lenin Peak continues to prepare for the summit assault. More precisely, we are resting now. But, as you remember, we have a rule – if it's a rest, then it's active, if it's a holiday, then it's sports. Therefore, after breakfast, we went for a walk to the "castles" created not by man, but by nature itself.

Aloha, the 7 Summits Club! Our group "Knights of the rectangular table" ascended the peak of Razdelnaya for the purpose of acclimatization. We spent the night twice in Camp-2 and now we have gone down to the first camp to rest before trying to storm the summit.

Aloha, 7 Summits! A group with guides Nikita Slotin and Vladimir Kotlyar successfully reached the first camp under Lenin Peak yesterday. And today we climbed the peak of Yukhin (height 5100 meters). Acclimatization rotation continues…

Vladimir Kotlyar, guide of the 7 Summits Club: Hello everyone! The group "Maybe Two Hundred Options" successfully went on an acclimatization rotation to an altitude of 6100. We spent two nights at an altitude of 5200 in Camp 2. Now we are resting in the first camp. Then there will be an assault on the summit.

Vladimir Kotlyar, the 7 Summits Club guide from Nepal: Hello everyone! The Lhotse group is back in Kathmandu! Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the summit. We tried for a long time to catch the weather window, but have no luck. Now we will rest in the capital of Nepal, in the comfortable conditions of the Hayat hotel. The whole group was worthy of the summit, but unfortunately I did not guess with the weather. I will draw conclusions and prepare for new heights and adventures…

Vladimir Kotlyar, a guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Nepal: Aloha, friends! The group "Lhotse 8516" will go to bed early today, as we go out at night to acclimatization rotation to the upper camps. We contacted Alexander Abramov and Artem Rostovtsev, guides of the Everest group on the radio. They're doing fine. They send greetings from camps 6050 and 6500!

Vladimir Kotlyar, a guide of the 7 Summits Club from Nepal:  According to the established tradition, we had exercises in the morning. After breakfast, we quickly packed up and left Namche Bazaar. With the weather and views at the route, we were wildly lucky. In less than five hours, we reached Tengboche, at a leisurely pace. Here in this village at an altitude of 3867 meters there is the famous Buddhist monastery. If I may say so, it is the sister of Rongbuk Monastery, since Lama Gulu, the founder of Tengboche Monastery, came from Rongbuk. After visiting the monastery, we settled in a loggia in the village of Diboche.

Hello, Friends! The group of the 7 Summits Club "Lhotse 8516" began its movement to the base camp. We arrived by helicopter in the village of Phakding (2600m. n. m.). Slowly, in two hours, we reached the village of Monjo (2860 m). We were lucky with the weather, we managed to accommodate in a comfortable loggia before the rain. Along the way, we saw Mount Tamserku, a beautiful mountain with a height of 6680 m. Our guide Alexey Lonchinsky received the "Golden Ice Axe", the most prestigious award in mountaineering, for climbing it.

The most popular super-guide of the 7 Summits Club, Vladimir Kotlyar, spends the second winter on the far borders of our homeland. After Kolyma, he reached Kamchatka, an incredibly beautiful, snowy, volcanic and oceanic territory. In itself, it is a constant adventure. But it is also a preparation for the spring season in the Himalayas ("I’m skituring almost every day"). Vladimir is the main guide of the 7 Summits Club in the upcoming expedition on Lhotse. Which, by the way, you can also join. As well as trekking to the Everest Base Camp, from which the journey under Everest and Lhotse begins. In the meantime, hello to everyone from Kamchatka!

Vladimir Kotlyar, a guide of the 7 Summits Club:  Aloha, friends! The group went through the acclimatization rotation successfully. Today is our day of rest and a medical check, which we also successfully passed.  We are allowed to climb Aconcagua.

The wind blows strong, tears tents even in the base camp. The connection was lost due to the wind, but now everything seems to be fixed ... We are waiting for the weather, we hope for good luck!

The 4th group of the Russian camp of the 7 Summits Club climbed the top of Mount Aconcagua under the guidance of Andrei Berezin and Boris Egorov. Now they are descending from the summit. Meanwhile, the Fifth group with a guide Vladimir Kotlyar continues the acclimatization rotation. The team climbed 5,000, and today they have a day of rest.
