Greetings from the Elbrus region! The group of the 7 Summits Club called "Yu." began its acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. It rained heavily all night and, in the morning, so much so that we even thought about postponing the start for another time. But, as always in the mountains, everything happens quickly, everything changes, especially the weather. The sun came out, everything got better, and we wandered along the slope of Mount Cheget. The first days of summer, but it is still quite cool in Terskol. However, we are not discouraged and walk in the evening.

Greetings from Elbrus! The "Don't panic" gang-team went for a walk to Pastukhov Rocks yesterday. It was a windy day. We only got to the bottom of the rocks, then we were blown away by a wind of about 50 km/h. In general, we got some fresh air yesterday. Today is a rest day before the final day.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! The gang-team "Don't panic" continues its acclimatization on the slopes of Elbrus. Today our group climbed to the National Park camp. After checking in, we walked to the Shelter of the Eldest. There we held snow and ice training. We figured out how to use an ice axe, what a carabiner is, crampons and everything else. We had a delicious lunch, rested, while a strong wind outside shook our carriages. Everything is great, let's keep working!

Greetings from Elbrus! The new gang-team "Don't panic" began their acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. In the morning it rained, and in the afternoon a cold breeze drove us to lunch. In the evening we rented all the necessary things, tomorrow we are going further to the slopes of Elbrus.

Hello to everyone from Nepal from a new group called "To Meru Peak"!

Yesterday, our team in full force (14 people) gathered in Kathmandu. We walked around Thamel, the tourist area of the city, bought the missing equipment. In the evening, over a welcome dinner, we held a briefing, decided on plans for the coming days.

Today we moved to Lukla, from where our journey towards the summit of Mera Peak will begin! Today we are resting, getting used to the new altitude (2800), and tomorrow we start off in the mountains!

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! The participants and guides of the "Te i Yeti" group climbed the famous panoramic peak of Kala-Patar today. Unfortunately, we did not get any views of Mount Everest, but everyone was happy. Now we have already descended to Dengboche, resting after the final days of trekking.

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! Our group reached the destination, today we moved from Lobuche to Gorak Shep, had lunch there and then successfully went to the Everest Base Camp. We touched the Khumbu glacier, saw how our expedition to Everest would live and returned back to the lodge. Everyone is a little covered by the altitude, but overall everything is great.

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! The "Te and Yeti" group continues its ascent to Everest base camp. Today we had a march from Dingboche to Lobuche. Beautiful views along the way, a great trek. We stopped by the memorial, honored the memory of the deceased climbers. After lunch, as always, the weather deteriorates, wind, snow falls. The condition of all participants is excellent. Tomorrow we go to Gorak Shep and visit the base camp.

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! The 7 Summits Club group "Te and Yeti" is on its way to Everest Base Camp. We woke up today with a very beautiful view of Ama Dablam and Everest. And this view accompanied us almost the entire way. We crossed from Deboche to Dingboche today. After lunch the weather started to get worse, but this doesn't scare us. We move on.

Namaste to all from Nepal! The 7 Summits Club group "Te i Yeti" spent an acclimatization day today in Namche Bazaar and the surrounding area. We went up to the famous Everest View Hotel, where our team saw Mount Everest and Lhotse for the first time. The magical Ama Dablam also opened up a bit. Afterwards we walked to the monastery and returned for lunch. Tomorrow we go further.

We walked along the bridges, crossed the famous Hillary Bridge, looked at the beauty that opened up to us today after yesterday's bad weather. We continue our journey according to the program.

Namaste to all from Nepal! Participants and guides of the 7 Summits Club group "Te and Yeti" successfully reached Lukla today. Thank God, we were lucky with the weather for the flight this time. We arrived, sorted out our bags and moved to the village of Phakding. The weather is borderline, by midday it became cloudy and rained occasionally. We settled in a lodge, had lunch and then went to a monastery located near the village. Tomorrow is the trek to Namche. We are resting, and it is raining again outside.

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! The 7 Summits Club group "Te and Yeti" began their trekking program to Everest Base Camp. Yesterday we gathered in Kathmandu, checked our gear, and exchanged money. Tonight we left for Ramichap airport. But, unfortunately, we were unable to fly to Lukla due to weather conditions. The rain will stop only in the evening. We hope the weather will be better tomorrow. We walked around the village, saw how the local population lives, and returned to our lodge.

Chile is in touch. Today, a group of participants and guides of the 7 Summits Club "Soyuz" climbed to the top of the highest volcano in the world, Ojos del Salado. It was very cold at night, but clear and beautiful. We especially note that two people in the group set outstanding personal achievements. Akmatbek Mamatkaimov became the first Kyrgyz on Ojos, and Marat Vladimirov completed the "Seven Volcanoes" program. Congratulations to the guys!

Chile on the line, the 7 Summits Club "Soyuz" group. Today we walked from the Tejos camp to an altitude of 6300 meters. The weather is gorgeous. We had a good walk, all the participants are in excellent shape. Acclimatization is complete, tomorrow is a day of rest and then we will start to storm Mount Ojos del Salado.

Chile on the line, the "Soyuz" group. Today we climbed the summit of the volcano Piedra Parada Piedra Parada, 5922 meters high. They say that in history there were only 8-9 people on the top of this mountain. We definitely made it into the first twenty! We went down, swam in the hot springs to restore our strength. All the participants are great! The weather is good so far. Best regards!

Chile is in touch. Today, the participants and guides of the Soyuz group walked along the slopes of Ojos del Salado to the height of Elbrus, and even climbed a little higher. The acclimatization process is going well, everything is going according to plan. Tomorrow we will rest, go swimming. The weather is still good, everything else is also excellent.

Chile is in touch. The 7 Summits Club "Soyuz" group moved to the Ojos Laguna Verde base camp. On the way, we stopped at a beautiful waterfall, went for a swim. Then we had our first meeting with our mountain. Towards evening, we settled into tents in our comfortable camp and had a delicious meal. And then we continue working according to the program.
