It rained heavily all night and, in the morning, so much so that we even thought about postponing the start for another time. Greetings from the Elbrus region! The gang-team "Don't panic" continues its acclimatization on the slopes of Elbrus. Today our group climbed to the National Park camp. After checking in, we walked to the Shelter of the Eldest. There we held snow and ice training. We figured out how to use an ice axe, what a carabiner is, crampons and everything else. We had a delicious lunch, rested, while a strong wind outside shook our carriages. Everything is great, let's keep working!

Yesterday, our team in full force (14 people) gathered in Kathmandu. We walked around Thamel, the tourist area of the city, bought the missing equipment. In the evening, over a welcome dinner, we held a briefing, decided on plans for the coming days.
Today we moved to Lukla, from where our journey towards the summit of Mera Peak will begin! Today we are resting, getting used to the new altitude (2800), and tomorrow we start off in the mountains!

We touched the Khumbu glacier, saw how our expedition to Everest would live and returned back to the lodge. Everyone is a little covered by the altitude, but overall everything is great.

We stopped by the memorial, honored the memory of the deceased climbers. After lunch, as always, the weather deteriorates, wind, snow falls. The condition of all participants is excellent. Tomorrow we go to Gorak Shep and visit the base camp.

We went up to the famous Everest View Hotel, where our team saw Mount Everest and Lhotse for the first time. The magical Ama Dablam also opened up a bit. Afterwards we walked to the monastery and returned for lunch. Tomorrow we go further.

Namaste to all from Nepal! Participants and guides of the 7 Summits Club group "Te and Yeti" successfully reached Lukla today. Thank God, we were lucky with the weather for the flight this time. We arrived, sorted out our bags and moved to the village of Phakding. The weather is borderline, by midday it became cloudy and rained occasionally. We settled in a lodge, had lunch and then went to a monastery located near the village. Tomorrow is the trek to Namche. We are resting, and it is raining again outside.

Tonight we left for Ramichap airport. But, unfortunately, we were unable to fly to Lukla due to weather conditions. The rain will stop only in the evening. We hope the weather will be better tomorrow. We walked around the village, saw how the local population lives, and returned to our lodge.

It was very cold at night, but clear and beautiful. We especially note that two people in the group set outstanding personal achievements. Akmatbek Mamatkaimov became the first Kyrgyz on Ojos, and Marat Vladimirov completed the "Seven Volcanoes" program. Congratulations to the guys!
