The "V Pepel" group decided to rename itself and now call itself "14 Friends of Julio". Yesterday we walked along the slopes of La Malinche, through a beautiful forest with gorgeous views. The weather is gorgeous, very warm and sunny. Also yesterday we saw our main goal - the Orizaba volcano. Good mood to everyone!

The day before there was a thunderstorm with snow all evening, so we postponed the start time several times. In the end, we finally waited for a weather window and successfully climbed to the top. Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus from the 7 Summits Club group "Mountain Ballet"! Our cheerful team successfully completed the program, climbing on the Western summit of Elbrus. We waited for the weather to improve, having cancelled the trip the day before due to a thunderstorm. We went well, without any big problems, although it was cold and windy.  Greetings from the "Alpinists Drink Sparkling Wine" group! Yesterday we completed our program with a successful climb to the top of Mount Elbrus. The weather was gorgeous, sunny and cool, you can already feel autumn, it's getting colder on the mountain, so we dressed warmly. We used the reserve day and, as it turned out, not in vain. The conditions for the climb were excellent, as well as the panoramic views that opened up.

Greetings from the "Climbers Drink Sparkling Wine" group! Today we climbed to the National Park shelter, checked into comfortable houses. Then we walked higher up the slope to the Refuge of Eleven. There we held training sessions. We trampled snow and ice slopes, chopped ice, felt carabiners. We learned to self-arrest when falling with an ice axe. We walked along our beautiful path with views of the clouds, since the mountains did not really want to show themselves to us today. It already feels like autumn is approaching. On August 9, the 7 Summits Club group "7YA" completed the program with a successful climb the summit of Elbrus. The weather was gorgeous. As always, we got there at dawn with beautiful views and then walked around the entire traffic jam. In the evening, we presented orders and certificates to all our participants and discussed with them plans for further climbs and travels.

Sometimes beautiful views opened up, but mostly everything was in fog. Thus, our acclimatization cycle is complete. Only the final assault remains.
