The 7 Summits Club group "7YA" sends greetings to everyone! Yesterday we moved the National Park refuge, put our things away and went for a walk to the area of the Refuge of 11. There we conducted snow and ice training, training in mountain climbing techniques. We tumbled around with an ice axe, practicing self-arrest, and felt the slope with crampons. Everything is according to plan, we continue working.

The new group called "7YA" sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Cheget! We began our acclimatization with beautiful views and a cool walk along the trail. We traditionally climbed to the "Ai" cafe. It is still warm, but you can already feel autumn coming on the mountain. It is getting colder, sometimes even the snow falls. But basically, everything is great, we are following the plan. Today - the rental point, tomorrow - the ascent to the slopes of Elbrus.

The "Stretched Legs" group sends greetings from the top of Elbrus! Yesterday, in full force, with the most beautiful views and excellent weather, we went to the summit. "Grandfather Elbrus" once again let us visit him. And we checked in at the highest point.

Greetings from the band "Stretched legs"! Today we went to the Pastukhov Rocks. The weather was borderline, with snow and wind, and occasional clearings. It has already turned cold on the mountain, summer is probably over. Tomorrow we have a rest day and the next night we will go out to storm the summit of Elbrus. Everything is going according to plan.

 The group of the 7 Summits Club "Stretched legs" sends greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! We went up to the National Park Refuge, settled in comfortable trailers. After that, we walked to area of the Refuge of Eleven, where we conducted snow and ice classes. We went down to the refuge, had a delicious lunch and rested until dinner.

 The group of the 7 Summits Club called itself "Stretched Legs" and began acclimatization before climbing Elbrus on the slopes of Mount Cheget. The weather was gorgeous today, the views were fantastic. Today, Elbrus beckoned us all the way, where we are actually going. Tomorrow we will climb its slopes.

 The group "Experts in acclimatization" completed the program with a successful ascent on the summit of Mount Elbrus. Everyone is happy and satisfied, and in the evening, in a solemn atmosphere, orders were given to everyone.  We say goodbye to the group and wait for the next lucky ones!

The group "Experts in acclimatization" continues to acclimatize, now on the slopes of Mount Elbrus.  Today we went up to the refuge of the National Park and settled in comfortable conditions.  Then we went out on the slope and held classes with ice axes, rode on the remaining snow on our backs. In general, everything is fine.

 The group "Experts in acclimatization" sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Cheget. Today our program of preparation for the ascent of Elbrus began. We walked along a beautiful path, the weather was gorgeous and warm.

 The group "For Cheburashka" completed the program with a successful ascent of Mount Elbrus. We tried our best and reached the top.

 The group "For Cheburashka" wanted to go for Cheburashka, but went to the Pastukhov Rocks. It was an interesting day. We jumped over rivers, escaped from the heat, then ran away from the thunderstorm. In general, everything is according to plan, we have gained altitude. The weather is normal, July. We are working further!

The group "Beyond Cheburashka" today went up to the refuge "National Park", the place of our permanent base.  To settle in, we are quite comfortably accommodated. Then we gathered and walked to the Refuge of Eleven. There we held training sessions, that is, we tumbled in the snow. We learned to hack and walk in crampons. We returned for a delicious lunch. Acclimatization is proceeding according to plan.

The group "Elbrusians" accomplished their plans yesterday, we ascended Elbrus. The weather was great, the group was very pleased with our ascent! We are planning the next mountains!

The Elbrus group sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Elbrus! Today we went up to our comfortable shelter "National Park". We climbed to a height of 4100, conducted snow and ice classes, waved hoes, and rang carbines. In general, acclimatization is in progress.

The new group "Elbrusians" sends greetings from the slopes of Mount Cheget! Today is our first day of acclimatization. We walked with beautiful views, in a cheerful company and with good weather.  But, unfortunately, Elbrus did not appear to us today because of a cloud. We are working further according to the plan.

Greetings from the group "Marina and 4 dwarfs"! We completed our program with a successful ascent of Mount Elbrus. The weather was gorgeous, everyone went well, everyone deserves a reward!

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed the Refuge National Park, which is located at an altitude of 3800. On the same day, they made a second rotation, climbed to a height of 4100 in the area of the former Refuge of Eleven. Under the guidance of guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov, the group members trained in the technique of climbing and belay on snow slopes, as well as teamwork. The weather was excellent, visibility allowed to see Elbrus and the mountains of the Main Caucasian Ridge closer.  All the groups went down to the refuge where a sumptuous lunch was waiting for them. And a well-deserved rest.

 Greetings from the group "Marina and 4 dwarfs"! We started our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. We walk with beautiful views of Elbrus, Donguz and many other mountains. It's already getting warmer, even a little hot. Everything is going according to plan; we are working further.

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the group "Funny Zucchini"! We ascended to the summit of Mount Elbrus in full force. The weather was gorgeous, the views were great. Everything went well. All members deserves orders!

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the group "Funny Zucchini"! It was a very hot day today. We went to the Pastukhov Rocks, watched the beauty of the mountains and acclimatized according to the plan. It was hot, very hot, there was no wind at all, we burned down remarkably. Basically everything is going well. Tomorrow we have a rest day and after that a climbing day.
