Today, the "gopher hunters", saddled with passing horses, moved up to the assault camp. The weather is great, it's warm, there is almost no wind. We plan to go to the summit at night. And check for gophers on top!

Greetings to all from the group "Gopher Hunters"! Today we went up to the assault camp at 4200. Hunting ground squirrels again failed, but we got the necessary acclimatization. We are preparing for the next hike, already on the top of Ararat!

Greetings to all from the slopes of Ararat! Our climbing program started today, we got to the base camp. In good sunny weather, we walked a little up. Now we are just resting at the base camp. We were well fed and placed in tents. Tomorrow we are going to acclimatize to the assault camp!

Today Ararat has shown us its strength! During the day we saw all the manifestations of bad weather: strong wind, snow, hail, rain - but still we climbed to the top in very poor visibility! Then there was a long descent in an ongoing blizzard and without visibility! With difficulty we went down to the upper camp and made a strong-willed decision to go down to the hotel today! Then a few more hours of descent to the first camp, there we took a little breath and another 8 kilometers down, in places in the rain, watching a thunderstorm! But now we have reached Van and are resting in a hotel, not in tents!

Ararat continues to "delight" us with the weather. Today we went up to acclimatize to the base camp. The camp was in complete fog, met us with cold.  We sat for a while, drank tea and went downstairs. Upon returning, it began to rain almost immediately!  The cooks cooked our meat on the fire in the tent! After dinner, we danced a little and went to rest before going to the assault camp for the night!

News from the slopes of Ararat! Today we moved out of the hotel in the city of Van towards Ararat! With excellent views, we reached the foot, went on foot to the base camp. By the middle of the way we were caught in the rain. We were lucky and for some time we waited out the downpour in a tent with the Kurds.  There we were offered tea and a light snack of cheese and tortillas. As soon as the rain stopped, we went out to the camp.  But we didn't have time to reach the camp without rain. Not far from it, snow and rain began to fall and we finally got to the camp, frozen and soaked! It was difficult, but we managed! Tomorrow we go out for acclimatization to the assault camp and hope for the favor of the weather!

 Today we climbed on the top of Mount Ararat with a full team! The weather was far from the best, but we gathered all our strength and ascended! Now we have gone down to the base camp to rest and realize what happened to us! Tomorrow we go down to civilization.

Today we went to the assault camp for acclimatization.  There was sun, snow and fog, though without rain.  The weather in general was not pleasant, but the forecast promises good conditions for the next few days. Tomorrow we will move to the assault camp already for summit climbing. It feels like all the participants are in good enough shape to go to the top. Let's hope for good weather and great views on the ascent!

Greetings to all from the slopes of the holy Mount Ararat.  We've had a long day today. First we left the city of Van and drove along the shore of the lake of the same name towards the city of Dogubayazit. Then we changed the car there.  Another 30 minutes on a dirt road and the first ascent in our program began, in the form of a move to the base camp. We reached it  in an average pace - of 4 hours. Everyone feels good. Tomorrow we continue acclimatization and go to the upper camp at 4100.

The 7 Summits Club Guide Sergey Avtomonov, from Turkey: Greetings to all from the glorious city of Van!  Today begins the first program of the 7 Summits Club on Ararat this year. The day turned out to be calm, all the participants flew to the city of Van normally. We rested a little after the flight, discussed plans for the next few days and went to rest. Tomorrow will be a difficult day, we go to the base camp.

The group "Bezbabos" has climbed the summit of Aconcagua! It was not easy, but everyone who went on the ascent was able to reach the top and return to the base camp on the day of the ascent! And now we are resting and watching a real snowfall! Helicopters do not fly, and we are resting after a difficult two days in the upper camps! Sergey Avtomonov, Guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Argentina: The Bezbabos group returned today after acclimatization in high-altitude camps. We spent a night in the Nido De Condores camp, felt the height. Then the group climbed up to the assault camp of Colera 6000m.  We went down to the Plaza De Mulas camp and immediately got into the shower! Tomorrow will be a day of rest! News from the slopes of Aconcagua! The Los Litros Leche group today moved from the Nido De Condoras camp to the Colera assault camp. Today it is planned to go to the summit, the weather promises to be good! The Bezbabos group rested at the base camp today and tomorrow goes to acclimatization in Nido De Condoras. Next to the camp we went to an abandoned hotel. Today we passed a medical examination: everyone is healthy enough to go to the summit. The guides of the 7 Summits Club were in touch.

Greetings to all from the group "Bezbabos"! Today we climbed to the Plaza Canada, at an altitude of 5000 meters. We went down a straight path for acclimatization. After returning to the camp, the weather turned bad and it started snowing. Then everyone rested in the camp, even slept. Now we are preparing to go to the Nido de Condores the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow is a day of rest and collecting things for the exit. And in the evening there will be a medical check. Guides Dmitry Semenov and Sergey Avtomonov were with you.

The Bezbabos group has reached the Aconcagua Base Camp!  Today we moved  to the Plaza de Mulas, located at an altitude of 4,300 meters, at a fast pace.  We feel strong, fast and ready to climb summit! Here we were reunited with all our belongings and settled down in comfortable tents. Today and tomorrow we rest after several days of walk.

  Greetings from the Confluencia camp!  The Bezbabos group is in touch. Today we have acclimatized, having reached France. It's a pity not the one in Europe, but the views were beautiful! It is also a pity that the weather spoiled our life a little - a light rain began on the way home.  But we managed to hide in tents before he became quite strong. Then we all have a medical examination and are all ready to go to the Plaza de Mulas tomorrow! The guides Sergey Avtomonov and Dmitry Semenov were in touch!

Our day is the last day when you can enter the park this year. Then the entrance to the park will be closed, because of COVID, the season was reduced to one month. We reached the Confluencia camp, which will be our home for the next two days. There is a comfortable place with hospitable kitchen! News from the Bezbabos group from sunny Argentina! Today we passed the PCR tests, no one "got pregnant" and we are ready to enter the Aconcagua National Park!!! We checked the equipment and went shopping to buy the missing little things, of which there are always a lot. It turned out that practically nothing works here on Sunday, and therefore the search for small things has become a much more interesting quest! Even the payment of permits became more difficult due to the fact that it was possible to pay only in one place - somewhere in the other end of the city.  The guides of the 7 Summits Club Sergey Avtomonov and Dmitry Semenov were with you!

Sergey Avtomonov, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Argentina:  Finally, the Nosotros group descended from the summit of Aconcagua to the base camp! Our ascent was successful!!! With not a big incident under the summit, but all the participants are healthy and already resting at the base camp. Tomorrow everyone is planning to go down to the hotel by helicopter! The ascent was very difficult, we climbed quite slowly. But everyone fought to the end and managed to climb to the top. Greetings from the Aconcagua Base Camp! The Nosotros group rested today before going to the upper camps. The night wind blew away two more tents.   We replaced them with new ones.  It seems like it was the last wind and the weather is improving further.  We have passed a medical examination certifying that everyone can go climbing!   We collected all the remaining things for the summit assault. We walked around the neighborhood just to stay awake. Once again, we double-checked the climbing plan and the weather forecast for the coming days.  Then the forecast can be found only by radio. We plan to go up to the Nido De Condores high-altitude camp tomorrow and spend the night there. Then go up to the Kolera assault camp for acclimatization and spend the night again in Nido, to consolidate acclimatization. And the very next day we go out to the assault camp and then to the top.
