Greetings from Adyl-Su to everyone from the guides of the 7 Summits Club! Following our exercise regimen, we started the morning with a formation. Dmitry opened the lineup today. After that, we headed out to the slopes of Elbrus. The snow fell nonstop, accompanied by gusts of wind. We were the only ones on the slope. Apparently, there aren't many people here who enjoy being trapped in the snow!

We tramped through the snow, made our way through drifts, and demonstrated our belay skills. We checked the slope for avalanche danger. Overall, we lived up to our title of super guide, and our examination committee confirmed it.

Greetings from the 7 Summit Club guides from Adyl-Su! Early in the morning, we set out through the Dzhantugan alpine camp towards the Kashkatash Glacier. We showed each other how to properly cross rivers and navigate scree slopes. The higher we climbed, the more interesting and varied the terrain became, and an incredibly beautiful panorama from the glacier to the forest valley opened up before us. On the glacier, our examiners gave us very interesting tasks, so we didn't have time to get bored or freeze. We jumped into crevasses, pulled each other out…

All in all, we completed the tasks successfully, finishing everything before dusk.

Hello to everyone from the "Akuna Matata" team! Today we slept very soundly. After an invigorating workout, aromatic coffee and a delicious breakfast, we sang and danced with our team of local guys. And then we hit the road again. The lower we went, the easier it became to breathe, since today we lost more than 3,000 meters of altitude.

The landscape in front of us changed every hour, and the riot of colors and flowers caused incredible delight. Returning to the hotel, we washed off the volcanic dust of sleeping Kilimanjaro and gathered for dinner. We awarded our climbers with medals and certificates so that they could be proud of their achievements!

Soon, we will fly off to different countries, and the memory of climbing the highest point of Africa will remain in our hearts ...

Hello to everyone from the team "Akuna Matata" from the highest point of Africa!

Today we had an endlessly long day, which began at midnight. We left the Kosovo camp under cover of night. The sky was strewn with stars. And the full moon illuminated the path so much that we didn’t want to turn on the flashlights at all.

As soon as we reached the crater, we had no chance to rest or drink hot tea, as an incredibly cold and strong wind began to blow us away.

We wandered to the summit, quickly took pictures, and in order not to freeze, immediately began the descent. We warmed up only in the camp, where we were greeted with songs, dances and delicious hot food. After a short rest, we continued the descent and reached the Millennium camp, at an altitude of 4000 m. Here we were congratulated again, with champagne and cake.

We are all happy and are still comprehending our achievement, which was not easy at all.

Hello everyone from the 7 Summits Club "Akuna Matata" group from cold Africa! The higher we climb, the harsher the weather conditions become. Almost the whole day we walked in the clouds, only occasionally did the endless expanses of Kilimanjaro open up to us.

Our day began with overcoming the Barranco wall. There were steep sections in places, but they added emotions to us: it became an exciting adventure, and we realized that we were ready for more serious walls.

At the very top, tea and a hearty snack were already waiting for us. Then, we went down, and did not cease to be amazed at the diversity and beauty of the landscape. Lava stone formations pleased, various flowers and herbs added to our joy.

We reached the Karanga camp, where we were met with a delicious lunch.

After, we rested a little, walked and had dinner with real borscht!

Everyone feels well, sends greetings and congratulations on the International Mountaineering Day!

A warm greeting from our team "Akuna Matata" from the hottest continent! Every day we are getting closer to our goal - the summit of Kilimanjaro.

Today we had a very long and eventful day. In the morning, we did exercises, had breakfast, and went out on the trail. Having passed through lava collapses, we reached Lawa Tower - this is a real lava tower, at the foot of which they prepared a delicious lunch for us. We stayed a little for acclimatization at an altitude of 4600 m, and slowly went on, descending down. A real green oasis awaited us ahead: endemic plants of unusual shapes, of various sizes, which surprised and delighted us very much.

Exactly for dinner, we went down to the Barranco camp, while the famous wall itself Barranco was covered by clouds for us today...

Tomorrow we have a very interesting day ahead, but for now, we need to restore our strength with a sound sleep.

A big African greeting to everyone! Our small friendly company gathered tonight. After difficult flights, we slept for a long time…

In the morning we sorted out our things, checked our gear, hunted rabbits (to take cute photos).

In the evening, we set a festive table, the chef himself cooked for us over an open fire. During warm conversations around the campfire, we chose the name - "Akuna Matata". Now, this is both our name and our motto for the coming week.

Hello to everyone from the 7 Summits Club group "Zhduny" from the Southern slopes of Elbrus! Today we moved to the refuge "National Park", where we will spend several days. We had a busy day. We climbed higher up the slope of Elbrus and conducted training sessions. We learned how to walk in ropes, move along fixed ropes, and of course, we remembered our childhood, sliding down and practicing self-arrest on a snowy slope.

After a delicious lunch, we rested a little and just admired the views of the mountains. And I must say, the weather today is simply magical! And, of course, we are very cozy here in the warm houses.

Today was a very long and eventful day. At midnight we left Lobuche under the brightly shining stars and sparkling snow-white peaks. We reached Gorak Shep, drank tea, and set out to climb Kala Pathar. The mountain is technically simple, but we still had to make an effort. We walked slowly, met the pink dawn over the top of Everest.

We gathered at the top, took a group photo, and slowly went down.

We drank tea and rested a little in Gorak Shep and set out for Everest Base Camp. We were incredibly lucky with the weather today. The entire panorama of the Himalayan peaks was open to us in all its glory!

At the base camp, we were greeted with champagne and a delicious lunch. All participants coped with today's challenges with dignity. Now we are resting, and we hope for clear weather tomorrow.

May 2. The "Tuda-Suda" group had a delicious breakfast and slowly set out towards the legendary Namche Bazaar. We walked through a pine forest, enjoying the scenery. Almost the entire road was paved with stones. After lunch, the weather deteriorated a little, and it started to rain a little.

Having gained 1,000 meters in altitude, we already felt pleasantly tired, and wanted to rest as soon as possible after a long climb.

But in Namche Bazaar, an unpleasant surprise awaited us: there has been no electricity for several days. The power station broke down. No electricity, no Internet... and it was quite cold.

But they were waiting for us here, and provided us with maximum comfort.

May 3. In order not to freeze in the dark Namche Bazaar, we decided to move on to Tengboche to spend a day of rest there. On the way, we admired the incredibly beautiful views. Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and other peaks were visible in all their glory through the flying clouds. Blooming rhododendrons pleased the eye, and the smell of the pine forest gave strength. We went to a Buddhist monastery, where the Yeti scalpel is kept.

On the way, we stopped to drink tea and taste delicious desserts. By evening, we settled, as expected, in the best lodge.

Greetings to everyone from the Ripe Peaches team! Today we had a very long and eventful day. We got up early. We left the shelter in the direction of the summit under the moonlight at 3:10. We walked slowly, in an even formation, singing songs. And already at 9:50 we reached the summit of the highest volcano in Asia, 5609 m! We tried to take a photo as if we were the only ones at the top, but today there were quite a lot of people. Therefore, we did not linger long and began the descent. And at 12:30 we were already met at the camp with a hot delicious lunch.

The weather today was incredibly pleasing to us, and we still had plenty of strength, so we decided to continue the descent and get to Tehran. Everyone is alive and well, they haven't realized their feat yet, but we are already accepting congratulations!
