It's October 22nd.  The Upward Movement Group has done a great job today. We left Lobuche, reached Gorakshep, had lunch there and moved to the Everest base camp.  The weather favours us, but the wind drove us. The participants feel good, the mood is even better. Tomorrow, an early exit for the decisive acclimatization climb - to Kala Patthar 5600 m. Have a good weekend!

Today we have October 21. The weather is surprisingly sunny and windless.  The group "Upward Movement" slowly left the village of Feriche and slowly reached the village of Lobuche, having passed the five thousandth milestone. Conditions and mood of all participants are excellent. All good mood and positive in life!

 The Upward Movement group moves up the Khumbu Valley.  Today we walked from Namche Bazar to Tiangboche, visited the famous monastery and then moved to the village of Pangboche. The participants feel well. The weather is slightly cloudy, but the mood is combative.

On the calendar on October 17. The Upward Movement group left the village of Phanding in the morning. We walked surrounded by big mountains and suspension bridges. We took a few hours to get to the capital of the Sherpas, Namche Bazaar, without hurrying. The weather is wonderful, the views from the hotel window are magnificent.

The “Upward Movement” Group flew to Lukla by helicopter.  Then we went up to the village of Phakding.  The weather is fine, the condition of the trail is wonderful, the mood of the participants is fighting.

Kathmandu met us with good weather. All participants are assembled, in full health and good mind. Today we are walking around Kathmandu, tomorrow we are scheduled to fly to Lukla.

 The sun rose unusually early today, and burst into the room with golden rays. Good day to all!  Yesterday was fruitful. All participants woke up in a good mood, exchanged American money for Argentine pesos, passed the test, and it turned out to be negative for everyone, paid and received permits. And this morning, after packing bags for transportation to the Plaza de Mulas and Confluencia, we left in the direction of the Aconcagua National Park. Today, January 25, we left in the morning in the direction of Aconcagua.  By lunchtime we were at the starting point of the walking  part. Then three hours on foot and the Confluencia camp meets us in its arms. Guides Andrey Berezin, Valery Myasoedov and Viktor Volodin.

Today was a wonderful day. In the morning, the whole group moved out for a tasting of malbec, followed by an exquisite lunch. Everything went great. The night before, all the members of the group received certificates of ascent to Aconcagua and commemorative medals. Guides Andrey Berezin, Valery Myasoedov, Nikita Slotin and Victor Volodin.

Good afternoon to all!  News from Aconcagua Base Camp. We are doing well, and everything is going according to plan. Yesterday there was a day of rest, we went to the art gallery, looked at the paintings.  Today we are starting and we will try to make an ascent before bad weather.  Victor Volodin, guide of the 7 Summits Club from Argentina: The morning of January 5 was stressful for the 7 Summits Club group. Accelerated packing, weighing of equipment, packing, shrinkage, and, finally, we are loaded into buses. We are going in the right direction and in four hours we are at the place, at the gates of the national park. Here we register the permits and go out towards the first camp. 3.5 - 4 hours trek and we are on the spot, in the Confluencia camp. Everyone feels good, everyone is happy. Tomorrow we plan to make an acclimatization outing.

On this day, our advanced team of guides Alexander Abramov, Nikita Slotin and Valery Myasoedov climbed up to the Base Camp of the Plaza de Mulas 4300m. Tomorrow they will start lifting loads to the upper camps and will take care of their equipment.

Viktor Volodin, guide of the 7 Summits Club group: Hello everyone!  We got to Kathmandu.  We are eating, sleeping off, tomorrow we will try to fly home. The dream is fulfilled, we are happy! Thank you all so much for worrying about us!

Victor Volodin, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Nepal: Today, very early, at 1.30 am, our team left the base camp to storm Island Peak.  We were lucky with the weather, and at 8.30 we were already at the top. Thank you all so much for your support!

Today the group of the 7 Summits Club "Mountaineer's Dream" visited the Everest base camp.  It's pretty deserted there, compared to spring. There are no people willing to climb Mount Everest in the fall. Although the weather is good, but it is much colder now than in spring. Good luck to all, and a lot of love!  And not only to the mountains.

Viktor Volodin, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from Nepal: November is on the calendar, as usual, but the numbers change.  I congratulate everyone on the holiday, National Unity Day!  Everything is fine with us, today we made the transition to the village of Lobuche. It is already almost 5000 meters.  Everyone feels good!

Today we are going up to the high-rise monastery of Tiangboche.  In front of us throughout the view of this very dream of any climber – Ama Dablam. Watch and enjoy!

And so, we are at today's goal, we have come to Tiangboche. Everyone is healthy and cheerful, everything is fine.

The team of the 7 Summits Club, after spending a night in Phagding, continued along the Khumbu Valley. It's cool in the morning and we're going higher. By evening we reached Namche Bazaar. It gets colder in the evening, autumn makes itself felt.

Early this morning we arrived in Lukla, it greeted us with the sweet murmur of mountain streams, the gentle ringing of bells on the neck of mules.
