Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our supergroup, which took the name "Assault Bags", climbed to our high-altitude camp, the National Park refuge, at an altitude of 3880 meters. After settling into comfortable trailers, we went to snow and ice training sessions in the area of the Refuge of Eleventh , at an altitude of 4070 m. There we worked on the skills of moving along a snow slope, self-arresting with an ice axe in case of a fall, and also practiced moving along  fixed ropes.

The first part of the route goes along a picturesque path in a coniferous forest, and the second part of the route goes through blooming alpine meadows. Good weather contributed to a great mood.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the supergroup "Calvin Clein"! Yesterday, July 18, we successfully climbed the summit of Mount Elbrus, 5642 meters high. The ascent and descent took place in good weather; it was clear and almost windless. The team was in great shape, we were in a great mood. And early in the morning, happy, we stood on the highest peak of our homeland and all of Europe.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our new super-group "Calvin Clein" in their first acclimatization ascent climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The path ran along one of the most picturesque trails of the Elbrus region, first we walked through a pine forest, and then came out into the alpine meadows zone. In the cafe "Ai", at an altitude of 2700 meters, we were able to try the famous khichins, chebureks and delicious mountain tea.

We climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The first part of the route runs through a pine forest, then we go out to the most beautiful alpine meadows, where you can see many beautiful flowers surrounded by majestic mountains.    Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, on the second day of acclimatization, our new super-group "Botaniki" went out for training snow exercises in the area of the Refuge of Eleven (4070 m). There we practiced the skill of self-arrest using an ice axe, as well as moving along a snowy slope, individually and in a rope. We made an imitation of a fixed rope, practiced re-climbing, that is, working with the carabiners of the self-belay on the fixed rope. The weather was not kind, there was poor visibility, but there was no wind. Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day, we are going to a serious height – Pastukhov Rocks.
