 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup "Give me a light", as part of acclimatization, went up to an altitude of 4700 m, this is the top of the Pastukhov Rocks. Clear, sunny weather accompanied a good ascent. The peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge were open, and we could enjoy their beauty and grandeur. Tomorrow is a rest day. The group is well prepared and is looking forward to storming the summit.

 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our supergroup "Give me a light" climbed to our high-altitude camp National Park 3880m. After settling into comfortable trailers, we went to snow training in the area of the Refuge of Eleven, at an altitude of about 4070 meters. There we worked out the technique of climbing along the snowy terrain, along the fixed rope, and also worked out the skill of self-arrest using an ice ax. The weather and mood are excellent. Tomorrow is an acclimatization rotation to the Pastukhov Rocks.

 Message from June 23.

Greetings from Elbrus! Today, our new group called "Give me a light" made its first acclimatization rotation. We climbed one of the most picturesque trails in Elbrus region up to the "Ai" cafe, at an altitude of 2,700 meters. The first part of the route passed through a pine forest, then we entered the alpine meadow zone. The weather and visibility were excellent, we saw the peaks of the Main Caucasian Range and Elbrus itself - the goal of our program.

 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup called "Semyonovtsy" went to the slopes of Elbrus to the Refuge of Eleven (4070m) as part of acclimatization. There, snow and ice classes were held, where we practiced self-arrest skills using an ice axe, as well as the technique of moving along a snow slope, moving in a rope group, and passing a fixed rope.

  Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today (16.06) our new group in its first acclimatization rotation climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai" at an altitude of 2700 meters. We walked along a picturesque forest path, admiring the beauty of nature. The second part of the path passed in the area of alpine meadows, visibility was limited, we did not see the mountains. Tomorrow we have our first exit to the heights, to the slopes of Elbrus, where snow lessons will be held.

 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup called "Group D" climbed to our high-altitude camp, the National Park refuge (altitude - 3880 m). We settled into comfortable trailers and then went to snow training. However, due to the weather conditions, we did not go far. A thunderstorm in the mountains is not a pleasant phenomenon, so we conducted training near the camp.

 Greetings from the "Be Healthy" group from the slopes of Elbrus! More precisely, from a height of 3800 m, where our high-altitude camp National Park is located. Today we climbed and settled into our cozy trailers and went to snow training in the area of the Refuge of Eleven at a height of 4070 meters. There we worked on moving along a snow slope and a fixed rope, and also mastered the skill of self-arrest with an ice ax. After the training, a very tasty lunch from our cooks Zulya and Alla awaited us.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today, as part of the acclimatization, our new super-group "Krasavchiki" went out along the slopes of Mount Cheget to the cafe "Ai" (2700 m). The weather was different, we caught rain, snow and sun, and also saw an avalanche from the wall of Donguz-Orun (4454 m). It's good that we were on the opposite slope of the valley. Tomorrow we will go up to our assault camp National Park, where we will continue preparing for the ascent.
