Alex Abramov from Chamonix: Yesterday our team "survival school” in Chamonix moved to Italian side and rose to Helbronner station, 3350m altitude. There we were met by a snowstorm. That is to say, from summer to winter.

By lunchtime, the weather became better and we were able to hold classes on climb-up - traverse- descent on fixed ropes. Also as self-arrest and belay on the snow.

Then put up a tent, we have worked at overnight in tents in the snow.
In the morning the weather has finally deteriorated, however, our team still managed to climb the nearest “unnamed” peak.

We gave it a new name - La Pipka.

All members of the group agreed that, classes were great, it was very interesting and useful.

In the evening I moved to Valery Rozov, Andrei Volkov and Sasha Ruchkin. They warmed and lured me to go with them to one of the peaks south of Chamonix.

Wait for new messages!

Ludmila Korobeshko from Talkeetna, Alaska.

Today, June 20th we are finally altogether, joined by Sigmund Berdychowsky and Andrey Kartushin.
In the morning we were completed our shopping and arrived in Talkeetna to the dinner time. On the way we passed large areas of burnt and even steaming forest. A few days ago there were blazing fires.
In Talkeetna we acquainted with the main sights - Main Street – it is 200 meters long, waterfront Susitna, airfields and TAT office, from where we plan to depart tomorrow Kahiltna Glacier.

Tomorrow we will have a very busy day: at 7 am we go to the office "Alpine Asñents International" (company partner), packing, check the equipment, go to the Rangers for registration and then to the airport for departure. I keep my fingers crossed that the weather allowed to implement his plan.
All participants are cheerful and full of energy to perform feats :)

Yesterday we climbed on the Krestovaya Rocks, he taught the basics of rock climbing. Now we are bathing in Simeiz. Our guests, without swimsuits, as decent people, are bathing. And shameless guides in the clothes are sitting back and look at all. So our vacation continues. Tomorrow we're going to go to Foros. All is very cool, all is fun. Thank you very much!
