A guide of the 7 Summits Club Sergey Avtomonov reports from the Elbrus region:

Today our group has reached the top of Mount Elbrus, having overcome all the challenges along the way. Despite the gusts of wind, we were still lucky with the sunny weather.

From the very early morning we started climbing, full of determination and enthusiasm. The wind periodically complicated our way, but the clear sky and the sun's rays lifted our spirits and gave us strength. We walked step by step, enjoying the views and supporting each other.

Today has been a real test and at the same time a triumph for us. We returned from the summit with a sense of accomplishment and renewed energy for future adventures. Climbing Elbrus has become an unforgettable event that will forever remain in our hearts.

Alexander Abramov has come up with a new project – extreme adventures for three days without eating. A group of employees of the 7 Summits Club is experiencing the program for themselves.

Greetings from the "hungry" group in Krasnaya Polyana! We had a very active and eventful day today. With the start of the first cabins, the group was already climbing the cable car to meet adventures. We climbed the highest point of the area - Mount Kamenny Stolb. Along the way, we admired the alpine zone, various grasses and an abundance of wildflowers, and from the top we saw dizzying views of mountain ranges.

Very soon we went to another very beautiful place - the Mendelikha waterfalls. We overcame long descents and ascents without slowing down.

But we decided to finish our route in the Yeti Park along rope routes.

Tired, but very satisfied, by the evening we discovered such an unusual place - Glamping, where we lit a bonfire with the first stars and sang songs.

Your super guides: Kristina Putintseva and Alexander Abramov.

Hello everyone! Today, the group of the 7 Summits Club "Octobrata" in full health and good mood started from the base camp to the First camp at 4400. The route ran along a good path through the Travelers' pass. Six hours later, without straining, we were there. At the camp, we were greeted with delicious watermelon, melon and a delicious lunch. Everything is very well organized here. After lunch, there was rest and preparation for tomorrow, for a walk on the glacier and snow-ice training sessions.

Salom from Iran! The third group of the Damavand season arrived in Tehran early yesterday morning. A short transfer and we are already at Espinas Palace, the best hotel in Tehran at the foot of the Elburs mountain range. After rest and breakfast, we traditionally went on a city tour. We visited the Golestan Palace, learned a lot of interesting things about the reign of the Qajar dynasty from our Iranian guide Pasha. During the tour, there were many diverse questions on political and economic topics, which Pasha adequately coped with. We have an inquisitive group!

Lunch at the national restaurant, where the main dish is "dizi", was appreciated by everyone. And a welcome dinner at the Milod Tower with a panorama of evening Tehran completed the first day of immersion in this incredible colorful culture of Iran. We decided to be called "'Persian lions", which shows the most determined attitude to the climb.
