6.08. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "Moscow Longevity" moved today to the National Park refuge, where we settled very comfortably for the next few days.
Then we went for a walk to the area of the Refuge of Eleven, at an altitude of 4100. There we held classes on the technique of moving on snowy terrain. The weather was not pampering, but we managed and worked everything out.
As always, the cooks pampered us with a wonderful lunch and dinner. It is impossible to lose weight, because it is too delicious!

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our super-group "Birch Ensemble" climbed the slopes of Elbrus and settled in the National Park shelter. And then made an acclimatization hike to the area of Refuge of 11. There we held training snow sessions, where we practiced moving in groups, as well as self-arrest using an ice ax.
The 8000 Club group "Lenin, brothers!" held an acclimatization climb to Domashniy Peak and additional classes on the technique of passing ice cracks

Pamir and the "Lenin, brothers!" group are on the line. Another day at the First Camp of Lenin Peak. Today we walked to Domashniy Peak, 4750. And after lunch we held a lesson on moving through cracks. For this purpose, we took ladders, like on a glacier, and walked along them. Tomorrow we are heading to the Second Camp, where we will spend a couple of days. We will ascend to the Third Camp and to the Razdelnaya Peak for acclimatization, and descend to the Second Camp.
