08/09. Hello everyone! The "Moscow Longevity" group of the 7 Summits Club in full force climbed the summit of Western Elbrus 5642m!

Today, the festive excitement of the International Mountaineering Day continued on the Mountain!

Happy everyone! At the dinner, the participants were awarded medals and certificates for climbing the highest point in Europe.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our supergroup "Birch Ensemble" successfully climbed Mount Elbrus 5642m. The weather was favorable to us. All participants reached the top and safely descended. They were presented with certificates and medals at the hotel.

 The 7 Summits Club team "Pastukhovtsy na vibe" successfully climbed the highest point in Russia and Europe, Mount Elbrus. The group climbed the Western summit of the massif, 5642 meters high, in full force. The weather was wonderful, so there were a huge number of climbers on the mountain - watch the video!

Damavand (5609 m). Super Girls project. Seven Volcanoes project.

Hello everyone! Our new series of the charming Super Girls Damavand project has begun. We have all been waiting for this! Yesterday the Supergirls team arrived in Iran and was amazed at what a beautiful and historical country it is. Wonderful people. We visited the palace of King Golestan, got acquainted with the culture of ancient Persia. In the evening we had a traditional dinner on the TV tower with a panoramic view of Tehran.

Today is our first ascent. We are climbing to the top of Mount Tuchal.

The atmosphere in the city is normal, calm. Everyone is walking and laughing.
