 News from the 7 Summits Club Team, now called Brothers and Sisters, from Pakistan. Yesterday we climbed the unique highland plateau of Deosai, and today we climbed the highest peak in the region, Mount Shantun, an extinct volcano 5400 meters high. Everything went great, everyone is happy! We went down to Skardu. Tomorrow we are moving to the city of Shigar, at the foot of our main goal - Mount Khoser Gunge (6400m).

Greetings from Iran! Today the team of the 7 Summits Club "Group X" moved to the foot of Mount Damavand. In the Iranian Mountaineering Federation we received consultations and issued permits. In the hotel we sorted out our things, we are preparing to go to the base camp tomorrow. Well, and traditionally we eat delicious kebabs. Everything is fine with us, we continue to work according to plan.

Greetings to everyone from Tanzania! Today our group Anahata climbed the Barranco wall. The climb, as usual, was quite emotional. Having climbed up, we drank tea among the clouds and continued our way to the Karanga camp among beautiful landscapes. Tomorrow we will have to go to the assault camp, and then go on the ascent.

 News of the Elbrus region! The group "While the mushrooms" continues acclimatization and preparation for the ascent of Elbrus. Today, September 11, we went to Pastukhov Rocks. The weather was wonderful. A light breeze appeared only at the top of the rocks. We climbed quite briskly. Tomorrow we will rest before the ascent.
