Antarctica News. After 10 days of tiring waiting in comfortable conditions on Union Glacier, the 7 Summits Club group "Waiters" finally reached Vinson Base Camp on two planes. We settled in a new place, sorted out all the gear and food supplies. It seems there is so much of it that we will be able to spend the winter here. Tomorrow we are waiting for the forecast and will decide when to leave for the Lower Camp.
