Who hasn't been to Kilimanjaro yet? Who wants to repeat, climb another route?  There is an opportunity to join one of our groups.  Be inspired by the video from Irina Loginova about the ascent of their group on Kilimanjaro in New year holidays 2018 (3-11 January). All the Sherpas of the 7 Summits Club came in the base camp of Mount Everest 2018. We see a lot of cargo and trucks. Here we could also see the manager of the base camp and the future bartender Lena Abramova.

On the fifth day, the Sherpas started assembling of frame tents for clients.

Comfortable accommodation of our members in a refuge during the programs of the 7 Summits Club on Elbrus – one of the priorities of our organization. This is one of the most important components of the successful ascent. This year we have choose for main accommodations  a completely new shelter, which is decorated and equipped according to our recommendations. The working name of the refuge - "New barrels".  Namaste from Kathmandu!  The first group trekking to Everest BC is here. Someone had almost the whole day to enjoy the exotic squares and palaces of the capital and the drilling of the Thamel, someone arrived literally on the flag...  But tomorrow at 6: 15 there will be a flight to Lukla. Early rise in 4.15 was perceived with a little inspiration, but with a great understanding! After all, tomorrow is the start  of that everyone had been waiting for long and to which so prepared.

Today the team of Sherpas of the 7 Summits Club came to Everest Base camp. We were the first this season.  Now the team will have a big job to make the best ever base camp.  Our expedition will be the largest and the camps - the most comfortable.

 Hello from Bolivia Asay from Me and our group of al-Ko! Late last night we finally returned from the Atacama desert, where we found the valley of geysers at an altitude of almost 5000M, the Dali desert, stone figures, warm springs and KILIMANJARO! Amazing places! Would definitely recommend a visit! Surrealism is complete! And today We have made this! We passed on THE road of DEATH with a breeze and a rain! About 60 km in length and 3.5 km in Delta! Sometimes breath-taking-on sharp turns and under waterfalls.

A whole army of our Sherpas, local guides, high-altitude porter, cooks and their assistants received new sets of clothes made by Red Fox. It is a proper form for working in severe high altitude conditions. Judging by their faces, the new things suited to taste. Beautiful clothes oblige to good work, so we believe.

 This year we are making a more comfortable base camp – Luxury Camp, as we call it. We deliver and put new spacious tents with beds, heaters and a work table. Also, we are waiting for a new level of our cuisine, because our beloved Chef from Antarctica Patricio has already come to us. The whole expedition is ready. This year we have 20 participants, 7 guides and 6 cooks. And 35 Sherpas. We have the largest expedition on Everest in 2018.

Kilimanjaro. Team Unstoppable. Yesterday there was the top of mountain, and as it turned out - in the perfect weather window. Today there was a successful descent into civilization. One regret, our Japanese film crew was a little behind and had no opportunity to shoot our solemn exit at the gate of Kilimanjaro national Park. We have a solemn presentation of certificates and medals for climbing ahead of us. And then Safari, sandy beaches and other mountains. All, Akuna Matata!

 Hello everyone from Bolivia! Again from La Paz. Today we all together, like one, climbed to the top of Mount Huayna Potosi. All  people were in shock and delight! Previously, the boys had as a  favorite mountain Orizaba. Now, it looks like Huyana Potosi has taken this place.

Kilimanjaro. A Team named The indomitables. Yesterday we were to reach the camp of Karanga, but could not. To be more precise, we did not stop, as planned. We went higher to the camp of Barafu, the assault camp. One word - we are indomitable. No arguments worked, everyone wanted and insisted on continuing the movement. Well, there was the most important argument. "Our" film crew from Japan also moved to the Barafu camp. We can not lag behind, because we are the main characters of the future film.

 Precipitation yesterday stopped be impressing, a few drops of rain and snow at the end of the marsh.

If yesterday was Barafu, then today – we must be at the top. Then we did not change our plans and left the camp at 1 in the morning. 7 hours of persistent walking uphill on a snowy slope and we are on the top. Unfortunately, the younger generation - the two youngest of the team did not visit the summit, for medical reasons.  

Now we are all moving down of the assault camp down. Maybe we'll skip to the rain.

Some more photos from the Crimean paradise, which was opened by the Brazilian adventurer named Alberto. After a tiring hike, Alberto spent the day 'culturally' with guide Evgeny Ochkin in the Livadia Palace. The weather is lovely, spring, everywhere smells of flowering almonds, plums, jasmine!

The experience of our 14 expeditions to Everest suggests the following: conditions of rest during acclimatization are essential for success. The climber should restore his strength as much as possible, should not get sick, should keep his high moral spirit and desire to go to the end. To do this, we are building a comfortable base camp, for this purpose we engaged in the preparation of cooks, for this all entertainments, the entire organization of leisure. There is no worse, when climbers after  hard exits huddle in cramped tents, eating monotonous canned food and not knowing what to do in days of rest.

 Hello from Bolivia from the Lake of Titicaca! We've been traveling Bolivia for three days. Today we made an easy trekking through the Sun island in the heart of lake Titicaca. In the morning we left La Paz. Already on the shore of the lake we visited the place where the legendary vessel of Thor Heyerdahl - RA 2, which overcame the Atlantic, was built from reeds.

 Then we get to the religious center of Bolivia's town of Copacabana, from where the boat sailed to the island of the Sun. Beautiful picnic in nature, visiting the ruins of the residence of the rulers of the Incas, hike to 4000.  We got to our home near the village of Yumani only a sunset. Sunset itself we met at the highest point of the Sun island - Yuman Mirador 4100.

Tomorrow we will visit the Moon island, the floating Islands of Uros, made of reed, and by the evening we should be in a base camp at the foot of Mount Huayna Potosi at 4800.

Today, the 7 Summits Club continued its series of expeditions on Kilimanjaro. A group led by our guide Artem Rostovtsev comes on the route of climbing to the highest peak of Africa.

 And although the forecasts are not the most favorable (promise heavy rainfall every day), we do not lose optimism and hope that the clouds will be low and the group will be above all this. That is, in other words, the group will rise above the clouds. From the bottom to pour rain, and the top will be dry and sunny!

 While we wait for news from Artem's group, we publish a photo report on the ascent of the group of our partners "Transformer travel", who were on Kilimanjaro with the 7  Summits Club in February this year.

2 days ago I arrived in Nepal to check the readiness of our expedition "Everest 2018". This year we do a Luxury camp: tents with beds, heaters etc… Also our favorite chef from Antarctica Patricio flew in. The whole expedition is ready. This year we have 20 participants, 7 guides and 6  cooks. And 35 Sherpas. It is the largest expedition to Mount Everest in 2018.

Andrey Mikhaylenko:  It is the final day. On March 19th,  after one month and two days, the expedition finished in the place of its start.

12520 km were left behind, of which about 1000  by winter roads, 700 km of taiga and river bends on a snowmobile. We did it!

All goals and objectives have been achieved.

 I think it will take time to comprehend the results of the expedition "To Happy people - 2018", add diaries and reflections, go through a mountain of photos, try to made a video.

We saw Happy People as beyond the Urals in Siberia, and to the border of the East-West.

And we brought a lot of emotions and impressions into our hearts.

And our communication with Happy People continues!
