 Andrey Berezin, the main guide of the 7 Summits Club in Elbrus region: The group "Viva Elbrus" today went up to the refuge National Park, where we stay in comfortable houses.   After that, we went to snow and ice training in the area of the Refuge 11, the height of 4100 meters. There, the participants mastered the skills of self-arrest with the help of an ice axe and movement on fixed ropes, as well as movement in crampons. Tomorrow, according to the plan, we are going to the Pastukhov Rocks. The guides of the group are Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorojukov.

Two groups of the 7 Summits Club arrived by bus from the city of Osh to the base camp under Lenin Peak. One group is led by guides Alex Abramov and Nikita Slotin. The other one will work under the leadership of Vladimir Kotlyar.

Guide Nikita Slotin: The camp met us with marmots, rain and rainbows, and, of course, magnificent views of the mountains! We spent several hours on the road and here we are, happy, contented, breathing the freshness of nature! And we also admire the Edelweiss! Tomorrow, according to the plan, a walk to the crest of Petrovsky peak. We hope for the sun!

Andrey Berezin, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from the Elbrus region: The group "Viva Elbrus" went to acclimatization on Mount Cheget.  Today it was summer hot even on the high slopes of Cheget. The pine forest was replaced by alpine meadows with their various grasses. Along the way, we admired the views of Elbrus, which was perfectly visible today. Tomorrow we will move to the Refuge National Park, where we will continue preparing for the ascent of Elbrus. The guides of the group are Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorojukov.

The 7 Summits Club Guide Nikita Slotin from Kyrgyzstan:

Two large groups of the 7 Summits Club are located in the Kyrgyz city of Osh. One group is led by guides Alex Abramov and Nikita Slotin. The other one will work under the leadership of Vladimir Kotlyar. Today, the participants of the expedition devoted their walks to the surroundings of the city of Osh. We visited the museum, went up Mount Suleiman, climbed the grottoes. The weather is excellent, the Moscow heat is behind us. A light breeze, accompanied by a refreshing rain, contributed to a good mood!

We are preparing, packing our things and tomorrow we will move to the base camp under Lenin Peak! The participants are looking forward to the views of the snow-capped peaks.

Soft landing in the city of Osh. The team of guides of the 7 Summits Club has arrived in Kyrgyzstan. We are preparing to meet groups, get acquainted with the local cuisine, explore the surroundings, relax after the flight. And, of course, we eat pilaf! We are waiting for the first guests tomorrow!  Two groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed the Western peak of Elbrus. The weather was beautiful today. There was an absolute calm at the top. However, the views of the Main Caucasian Ridge were covered by clouds that were lower than Elbrus. The guides of the groups were Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorojukov.

Today, our program of climbing Elbrus from the North began. Having overcome the route Moscow-Min.Vody-Pyatigorsk-Kislovodsk, we finally got to the height of 2500 meters and settled in the refuge "Nalp".

From here, all our further movements to the mark of 5621 meters (Eastern Peak of Elbrus) will take place without the participation of any vehicles. After completing this long day with a short walk to the spring and a delicious dinner, we rest and prepare for tomorrow's “Mushrooms” trip.

Two groups of the 7 Summits Club continue their acclimatization rotation in the Elbrus area with guides Andrey Berezin and Alexander Dorojukov. On the second day, all two groups went by cable car to the Refuge National Park. The weather in the morning was fine, clear and sunny.  But after in afternoon the weather worsened. Groups members had training sessions on snow slopes: climbing in crampons, self-arrest, moving along fixed ropes. The programs continue, and tomorrow they plan to go up to the Pastukhov Rocks.

At the invitation of the 7 Summits Club, the famous Nepalese mountaineer Nirmal Purja (Nims) is going to visit Russia soon. He is preparing to climb the highest peak in Europe, Mount Elbrus. The trip is scheduled for the period from July 28 to August 4. Nims became famous all over the world for his unique, incredible achievement - climbing 14 eight-thousanders in 7 months. Now he plans to reach the highest peaks of all continents - the "Seven Summits" program. It should be noted that this will be the second visit of Nirmal Purju to our country. We were the first to invite him in 2019, after he completed his epic ascents on the highest peaks of the World.

The group of the 7 Summits Club under the guidance of Andrey Berezin climbed the Western peak of Mount Elbrus today. The weather was unusually warm and windless. Congratulations to the whole group on the ascent, we wish you new routes and new summits!

 Our American friends who organize logistics for tourist and climbing groups in Antarctica (ALE company) "gave the go-ahead" - the season will be, the season can not to be! The last Antarctic summer was  cancelled, but the groups of the 7 Summits Club were formed. Most of them have moved on to the upcoming season. So we invite you to join already formed and guaranteed groups! And there are not so many places left. Also, we apologize for the fact that you need to make a decision very quickly. We went up at a good pace, took beautiful photos and went down to the refuge. Tomorrow we have a rest day and preparation for the ascent according to the plan.

News from Iran. There is the first ascent on the highest volcano in Asia - Demavand (5670 m) this season! Ivan Novikov climbed on the top of Demavend as a preparation for the expedition to Lenin Peak. He added another volcano for the program "Seven Volcanoes"! Congratulations! We,  Russian climbers, are very welcome guests in Iran!

Hurray! There is the summit of Mount Denali! Today, a joyful message came from Alaska from members of the 7 Summits Club. They successfully climbed to the top of Mount Denali in a sporty style, without guides. Yesterday, 6 climbers stood at the highest point of North America: Lilya, Volodya, Mikhail, Artem, Mircea and Sergey! 100% success! We congratulate them, wish them a safe descent and return home!

Andrey Berezin, guide of the 7 Summits Club, from the Elbrus region: News of the Elbrus region. A new group of the 7 Summits Club has started an acclimatization program in the Elbrus region. Today we went up to the Ai cafe on the slope of Mount Cheget. The group was going at a good pace, we got a huge boost of energy. The weather was good. Tomorrow we will climb to the Refuge National Park and continue preparing for the Elbrus ascent.

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed Mount Elbrus. Guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Boris Egorov climbed with groups. All the participants of the groups safely reached the top and went down. The weather conditions were not easy. In the area of the summit, the wind gusts reached 50 km/h. At the same time, the guides of the 7 Summits Club have updated the safety fixed ropes that ensure the safety of climbers. In the future, we plan to continue to create and maintain security on the Southern slope of Elbrus.

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed the Pastukhov Rocks and completed the acclimatization rotation before climbing Elbrus. Guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Boris Egorov work with groups. The weather was good, warm and sunny. The programs are continuing, tomorrow is planned to be a rest day before the attempt to storm Elbrus.

Greetings from Turkey from the slopes of Ararat! Our second group this season climbed the legendary volcano and the highest peak of Turkey! Congratulations to Andrey Chuzhinov on the summit!

Andrey found Ararat more difficult than Elbrus: "The mountain is all covered with stones, the wind was blowing and freezing. And the sun was shining too much."

All three groups had training sessions on snow slopes: walking in crampons, self-arrest, fixed ropes. The programs continue, and tomorrow they plan to go up to the Pastukhov Rocks.

Just a few days ago, an exclusive beer "Kilimanjaro. 7 Summits" was released. The idea of creating this beer was born during our New Year's expedition on Kilimanjaro. Sergey Vasiliev, a member of the expedition, collected magic grass from the slopes of Kilimanjaro for this purpose, as well as snow from the very top. The snow was brought by the guide of the 7 Summits Club – Andrey Berezin.

As a result, an interesting joint project of the 7 Summits Club and the Brewlok brewery turned out.

By the way, perhaps the beer line will be continued. In the near future, the brewer Sergey Vasiliev and his friends are going to the next peak of the 7 Volcanoes project - Demavend Peak (in Iran). In the fall, the Orizaba volcano (in Mexico) is planned, and there are other volcanoes just around the corner!
