The guide of the 7 Summits Club Andrey Berezin: The group "Unbearable lightness of being" today climbed the Pastukhov rocks. The ascent took 4 hours, we sat on the rocks for half an hour and went back down to the refuge. Tomorrow we have a day of rest and preparation for the ascent.

A children's group called "Well-fed Woodpecker and hungry Marmots" first made a trekking trip to narzan springs. Then the participants made an attempt to climb the mount of Cheget! That is, we climbed as high as we could. Today, the group has successfully mastered walking along the azimuth, collected all the KP and found a treasure (conditional)! The day continued with fishing in the trout pond

And then there was a great dinner. In the evening, as usual, we set up a camp on the territory of the hotel.

Lyudmila Korobeshko from the Elbrus Region: Greetings to all from the Elbrus region from the group "Oscar's Angels"! Today we had a difficult day – we climbed to the Pastukhov Rocks. But it is noteworthy that an 11-year-old boy (the son of one of the participants) named Stepan decided to go with us. As a result, Stepa ran almost faster than everyone else (we had to restrain him). And since he had previously watched the "High-Altitude Gene", he kept asking on the way: "Will it be approximately the same on Everest?"

The 7 Summits Club guide Sasha Dorojukov also took a walk with us. He decided to check his leg, because of which he was out of action a couple of weeks ago.

Tomorrow morning we rest, and after lunch we go up to the refuge and at night we go to storm Elbrus.

Nikita Slotin, guide of the 7 Summits Club from the Pamirs: Greetings to all from the group "Knights of the rectangular table" from the first camp on 4400! All the participants are in good shape, we reached the camp just in 4: 30 hours, everyone feels great. The weather was pleasant, the sun was shining and allowed us to admire the surrounding beauty of the nature of the Pamir snow-capped mountains. But it's snowing now! The mountains are the best way to overwinter the summer ... Tomorrow we are planning an acclimatization climb on the peak of Yukhin.

Hello everyone from Ararat!  Today, all the participants of our high-altitude space mission (with the participation of the hero-cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko) have successfully completed acclimatization. We went up to the assault camp at an altitude of 4200 m and on the same day we went down to the base. The weather for the exit was perfect: neither hot nor cold. In the evening, we finally checked the equipment at the base camp and had a very tasty dinner with meat on the fire. Tomorrow we will go to the assault camp and prepare for the final dash to the top. Greetings to all from the Elbrus Region from the team "Oscar's Angels"! Today we went up to Refuge 11 and had fun there - first we walked in crampons, then we learned to work on fixed ropes. And at the end, we arranged a slide with self-arrest with ice axes.

And near the Refuge 11, a stunningly beautiful husky dog came to us. We arranged a photo shoot with him. And after lunch, hungry but happy, we went down to our hotel, where the children were already waiting for us.  They just returned from their own heroic ascent.

The 7 Summits Club congratulates our guest Nirmal Purja with Elbrus summit! On the 1st of August Nims successfully summited mountain  Elbrus 5642m - the highest peak of Europe - and on the descent he jumped on a paraglider from 5100m!

Today we went for acclimatization to the peak of the "Mounted Police" 4150m. The weather was pleasant in the morning, but by the time we got back we were caught in a thunderstorm!
