Hello to all from the Quatro Mosqueteros group! Yesterday we had the summit. Despite the so-so forecast with strong winds along the top, the weather yesterday was almost exceptionally perfect and, for our part, did not prevent us from going to the mountain in any way. Moreover, in full force. The Musketeers did not think it was enough to walk to the top and they decided not to stay in the assault camp on the descent, but to go straight down to the base camp - Plaza de Mulas. Today we come to our senses, blow off the dust from the equipment.

Tomorrow he goes down and we move to Chile to Atacama, to our next goal - the volcano Ojos del Salado. Active assistance in the ascent was provided by another guide of the 7 Summits Club, Valera Myasoedov, who played the role of de Treville.

Natalia Smirnova: On January 30, we climbed the highest peak of the Philippine Islands - Mount Apo 3140 m. There are a total of 7 climbing routes on Mount Apo. We climbed the Kapatagan trail, which begins in a village with the romantic name Paradise sitio. The beginning and end of trekking to the assault camp pass through the vast lands of local farmers - giant fields with potatoes and cabbage. The main part of the approach to the camp is a winding, rocky path in humid tropical thickets with palm trees, giant ferns, huge trees overgrown with moss and rivers.

The camp from where the ascent starts, which is called Gudi-gudi camp, is located at an altitude of about 2500 m in the jungle.

About 5 a.m. we left the camp to the summit. Unfortunately, due to the fog, we were again unable to admire the famous Philippine mountain sunrises. But that didn't make our ascent any less interesting.

We crossed at dusk a section that locals call Boulders - huge stone boulders. Mount Apo is a dormant volcano, as everyone can see. On the sidelines on the western side, we observed active sulfur fumaroles, the rumble of which can be heard even in the camp.

There is a small lake in the crater of the volcano. There are three peaks in total - Mother peak, Kidapawan and Digos. We have consistently bypassed all three and safely descended to the camp. And since instead of the 8-10 hours of ascent and descent planned by the guides, we managed in 5 hours, on the same day we went down to Paradise sitio and left for the city. Now we are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the ocean.

Greetings from Chile from the group "Malaquitas"!  On January 29, the group (2 participants and 2 guides) reached the summit of the world's highest volcano Ojos del Salado at 15:40 local time! At 4 a.m. we left the shelter Tejos. We were the only ones on the mountain. According to the forecast, a wind of 45 km/ h was promised, but it was almost calm, and when the sun came out, it became quite warm! We admired the starry sky, met the dawn and slowly climbed the crater. Well, then the girls were waiting for a surprise in the form of a rocky summit tower, which they will not soon forget! Using the technique of a short rope, we quickly climbed up, took some photos, enjoyed the views and ran down as soon as it was light! At 19:30 we were already sitting in the car and driving down! Today we go down to the ocean shore, there are scallops...

Buenos Dias! The Campeones group took a walk on the day of rest to the Casper House - that's what we called the abandoned hotel.  It took half an hour to walk from the base camp. We took pictures, looked at Aconcagua, and returned to the camp. Tomorrow we go to Plaza Canada, it's 5000 meters. We begin high-altitude acclimatization. Meanwhile, the Campeones group continues to actively prepare for the ascent on Aconcagua.  And for this we made an acclimatization rotation towards Plaza France, which is located under the Southern Face of Aconcagua.  We reached the height of 4000 meters, where we held a photo shoot. Then we returned to the camp, where we had to pass a medical check in the evening.  We passed this event with dignity. Buenos Dias! The Campeones group is on its way to the summit of Aconcagua. First we started from the Penitentes to Horcones - this is the entrance to the park. Here we registered our permits, and then walked 7 km to the Confluencia camp.  This camp is located at an altitude of 3500. Here we will spend 2 days, in order to acclimatize. Yesterday-today on Aconcagua. We went up to the Nido de Condores camp. We are almost not tired. We even managed to sleep well. The forecast was for the whole day 90-100km/h along the summit, and we need to complete acclimatization by walking at 6000m. So we packed up and went out thinking that if it gets really bad, we'll be back in half an hour. However, we returned after 4 hours, reducing the plan quite a bit, we did not reach 50 meters in height. Now the group is already resting under the howling wind in the Plaza de Mulas. The forecast for the next few days looks so-so, but we will try to conjure.

Greetings from Argentina from the group "7000 above the ground"!  Our acclimatization stage has come to an end. Yesterday we spent the night at Nido de Condores, altitude 5500m.  Then we walked up to a height of about 6000m. A gusty strong wind was blowing, so we tested ourselves and our equipment. Now we have a day of rest and according to the program only our goal remains, the assault on Mount Aconcagua. We are waiting for the weather and only up! Greetings from Chile from the group "Malaquitas"!  We're back in touch!!! Elon Musk failed with the Internet and we were left out of touch for a few days!  What has happened in these days?

23.01. The group climbed on the summit of San Francisco! The weather was pleasant, the sun was shining, but on the descent the wind showed who was in charge here.

24.01. Rested in full! Morning boat trip on the lake "Three in a boat, not counting watermelon", barbecue at the springs and evening karaoke with Italians ...

25.01. We went up to the Tejos shelter for the overnight, we did not meet a cougar, but admired the starry sky! The car, to be honest, didn't really want to go up, but we forced it ...

26.01. Today, not without adventures, we went down to Laguna Verde.

Now we are resting, gaining strength and waiting for the weather to climb Ojos del Salado!

Buenos Dias! Argentina is in touch! A new team called "Campeones" begins its journey to the top of Aconcagua. Diary of the expedition on Aconcagua.

January 22. We walked to an abandoned hotel, it didn't seem enough. We went higher. Upon returning to the camp, we looked into the high-mountain art gallery to Miguel Doura.

January 23.  The acclimatization rotation to the Canada camp. On the way we met our friend Maksut Zhumaev. We spent some time at the top point, enjoyed the scenery and had lunch with quesadillas. We went down, along the way we learned to move along the scree slopes. Those who arrived with new shoes collected shoals. We will glue the scuffs on the feet until they take the shape of a shoe. The evening was spent in the company of Rustam Nabiyev (a disabled man without legs), who had climbed on the top of Aconcagua the day before.

Everyone is inspired and delighted by his feat – to ascend on hands only!

Greetings to all from the hot springs from the group "Malaquitas"!  Today we visited a beautiful gorge, an oasis in the middle of the desert. It was worth it! We drove along a mountain river, swam in a waterfall, had a delicious lunch and had a great day. Now we are resting and preparing for the ascent. The weather promises to be good! Tomorrow, according to the plan, we will climb the San Francisco volcano, look into Argentina.

The next ascent to the highest volcano in Antarctica, Mount Sidley, has been successfully completed. As part of the international group, the summit was reached by representatives of the 7 Summits Club, 28-year-old Romanian Adrian Ahriţculesei and 68-year-old Estonian Vambola Sipelglas. With this ascent, they completed the "Seven Volcanoes" program, reaching the summits of the highest volcanoes on all continents. The heroes received commemorative ordens from the 7 Summits  Club. And now we send them our congratulations!

Greetings from the Atacama Desert from the group "Malaquitas"!  Today there was no less eventful day than yesterday! Before lunch we moved to Laguna Verde, on the way we greeted Ojos from afar. And after lunch we got to know him better!  We took jeeps up to the Atacama Shelter and walked to the height of 5420. The participants learned how to drive a car at these heights and were completely delighted! The weather is good, tomorrow we continue the acclimatization process and prepare for the ascent to San Francisco.

Two groups of the 7 Summits Club came to the Plaza de Mulas camp. The group "7000 above the Earth" with guides Dmitry Semenov and Alexander Dorojukov and the group Quatro mosqueteros with a guide Artem Rostovtsev.  

The weather pleases: clear, sunny, warm. They walked slowly, without hurry and cheerfully. Plaza de Mulas welcomed us hospitably.  The mood is excellent, we are working according to the program.
