20.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Five Elements" group trained on a closed crevassed glacier today, we worked on the technique of passing closed crevasses in ropes. Then we learned to mark a group rope.

And after a delicious and hearty lunch from our cooks, we held classes on oncoming traffic on fixed ropes. There was a thunderstorm outside, but we successfully coped with the task in our comfortable houses.

The "Molchuny" group sends greetings from the Elbrus region! We completed our program with a successful climb on the summit of Elbrus. We were very lucky with the weather, it was clear and windless. All participants coped with the task, everyone is great!

 19.07. Hello everyone! The "Five Elements" group of the 7 Summits Club spent the first night in the high-mountain Refuge National Park at an altitude of 3900 meters. Everyone is feeling great! Today we went to acclimatize to the Refuge of Eleven at an altitude of 4100 meters. There we conducted snow and ice training, worked on the technique of climbing and self-arrest in case of falls.

After lunch, we adjusted the crampons to the boots, prepared for the next outing. Everything is going according to plan.

 Hello everyone from Kyrgyzstan! The “Svet Zhok” group, as part of the acclimatization plan, climbed to the second camp of Lenin Peak, from where they radially descended to Razdelnaya Peak (6148 m). The weather changed during the climb, it was sunny for three days, and it was also hot on the "Frying Pan". Today we descended to Camp 1. As soon as we arrived, it started raining. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will definitely rest, further plans "for rest" and the time of start for the climb will be adjusted according to the weather.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the supergroup "Calvin Clein"! Yesterday, July 18, we successfully climbed the summit of Mount Elbrus, 5642 meters high. The ascent and descent took place in good weather; it was clear and almost windless. The team was in great shape, we were in a great mood. And early in the morning, happy, we stood on the highest peak of our homeland and all of Europe.

 18.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Five Elements" group has started high-altitude acclimatization! The entire group hiked from the Azau glade to our comfortable refuge, the National Park, to an altitude of 3900 m. The climb took 6 hours, all participants feel well, and have a great appetite!

Hello to everyone from Elbrus! The 7 Summits Club group "14 peaks" yesterday made the absolutely right decision to postpone the climb to a reserve day, that is, to today, due to weather conditions. And today everything worked out well, the weather was close to ideal and at dawn we were all standing on the top!

The 7 Summits Club group "Ventilyator" successfully climbed the summit of Ararat. The weather was wonderful: sunshine, light wind. We were among the first to reach the top. We watched the beautiful sunrise and went down.

 The Ventilator group sends greetings from the Ararat assault camp! We got up a little later this morning. We had a leisurely breakfast and waited for all the horses to go up. Including our horses - they will all go to the assault camp. Then we slowly went up. We reached the camp, often resting and admiring the beauty of the Ararat valley. Now we are resting before the summit assault. We will start to the summit at night, the forecast is good.

Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "We are the first" climbed the summit of Elbrus, the highest point in Russia. The climb was not made by the entire group. We climbed without using a cable car or snowcats, walked from the foot to the very top.

Greetings to everyone from the slopes of Mount Ararat! The 7 Summits Club group "Ventilyator" climbed to the assault camp located at an altitude of 4200 today. We are acclimatizing, it is not easy for us, but we try to do everything slowly, without fanaticism, slowly going up. There we rested, looked at the beautiful views and went down. On the way down we got a little wet by the rain, but we were ready for it. Tomorrow we are going to spend the night in the assault camp and go to climb the summit.

Hello to everyone from Kyrgyzstan! The "Svet Zhok" group made the first of three planned ascents. Today we went to Yukhin Peak, the height of which is 5130 meters. It is located a couple of kilometers from the first camp. The path goes along small scree slopes. We reached the summit in 3.5 hours. Now a cyclone has come to the region. Therefore, by the time we reached the summit, light snow had fallen. We descended quite quickly along an earthen path. Now everyone is in the camp. We are resting.

 The entire team of Club 8000 "CIS Fregat" flew by helicopter to the base camp at the Moskvina glade. All our things and equipment were also delivered. Today we made the first acclimatization rotation, walked to the helipad under the Communism peak. The weather does not spoil us with views, but in general, it did not prevent us from going in comfortable conditions. Tomorrow we plan to conduct training with equipment and prepare for a high-altitude acclimatization hike to the slopes of Korzhenevskaya Peak.

Hello to everyone from almost sunny Asia, from the "Shashlychnaya Fantasy" group! I will give a chronology of the last days. So, before dawn on July 12, we left the first to the second camp. On the 13th, we climbed to the third camp and on the 14th, before dawn again, we set out to storm the summit. Unfortunately, one participant felt ill and had to be lowered back to the third camp, and then to the second camp. I, with one participant, continued the ascent to the summit.

Our route went along rocks and snow-ice slopes. At about 6700 there was a problematic section called "Knife", where ropes were fixed, without which we would have had to sweat a little. Closer to midday the weather began to deteriorate, there was a thick fog, snow. There was also a strong wind at the top. We took a few photos and began the descent. By 19:00 we were in the third camp.

Today, July 15, we began the descent to the first camp and by lunch we safely descended to our tents. The weather is bad, it is snowing. In general, the entire program went well and without incident. Tomorrow we will go down to the city of Osh, soak, sunbathe, and eat well. This is where our expedition of the "Shashlik Fantasy" group of the 7 Summits Club and the 8000 Club ended. Today, a new group called "Ventilyator" began its ascent of Ararat. We left the city of Van in the morning and drove three hours to the foot of the mountain. Then five hours of walking in the heat, and we are at the base camp. We are resting and preparing to leave, tomorrow we will go to the assault camp. 14.07. Hello everyone! The new 7 Summits Club group called "Five Elements" began acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Through a fairy-tale forest and alpine meadows, we walked at a good pace to the famous "Ai" cafe at an altitude of 2750 m.

After lunch, we rented the missing equipment, rested and prepared for tomorrow's exit to the Terskol gorge. Our program is non-standard, there are several days of basic mountaineering training ahead.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our new super-group "Calvin Clein" in their first acclimatization ascent climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The path ran along one of the most picturesque trails of the Elbrus region, first we walked through a pine forest, and then came out into the alpine meadows zone. In the cafe "Ai", at an altitude of 2700 meters, we were able to try the famous khichins, chebureks and delicious mountain tea.
