The team of trekkers and the team of Everest climbers are finally in the mountains! Early in the morning, 29 people (climbers, trekkers, guides, a doctor, a film crew), we left our favorite hotel "Yak&Yeti" and went to the airport, from where we flew to Lukla by helicopter. For some team members, this was the first experience of such a flight, everyone has a lot of emotions!

After breakfast, we received permits and went on the trek. Today's walking was short, in 4 hours we reached Phakding and checked into a very cozy lodge! Spring Nepal is beautiful! Rhododendrons have already started to bloom, nature pleases with greenery and we managed to complete the entire route before the rain.

Namaste to everyone from Nepal! Our group reached the destination, today we moved from Lobuche to Gorak Shep, had lunch there and then successfully went to the Everest Base Camp. We touched the Khumbu glacier, saw how our expedition to Everest would live and returned back to the lodge. Everyone is a little covered by the altitude, but overall everything is great.

As usual, the most comfortable conditions possible have been created here for the climbers of our expeditions who will storm Everest. Everything is ready to receive the groups that today began a gradual (for the purpose of acclimatization) ascent along the valley.

Namaste from Nepal! Our group flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara yesterday. From here we will set off tomorrow on a trek to the Annapurna base camp. In the afternoon we visited the Phewa lakes. We took a ride on a foot-powered boat. We looked at the embankment.

Hello everyone from Nepal! The beginning of our expedition to Everest is in full swing. Today we visited several iconic local sights in Kathmandu. We visited Durbar Square, where Kumari Ghar is located - the temple of the goddess Kumari. Then we went to the Buddhist temple complex of Boudhanath, where the largest and most famous stupa in Nepal is located.

In the evening, we held a meeting of two subgroups of future Everest climbers. We packed our bags, which will go to the base camp tomorrow. Early in the morning we fly to the mountains and tomorrow we will begin moving towards the Everest base camp.

We stopped by the memorial, honored the memory of the deceased climbers. After lunch, as always, the weather deteriorates, wind, snow falls. The condition of all participants is excellent. Tomorrow we go to Gorak Shep and visit the base camp.

News from the Everest-25 expedition. Yesterday we met the entire team. Checked the equipment. Purchased everything we needed. Since the team is experienced, we only needed small things. In the evening we organized a festive party. We invited all our friends from different CIS countries to the evening. In total, about 60 climbers gathered. First of all, we would like to mention our Nepalese friends and partners. This is Mingma Gelu, who has climbed Everest eight times in our expeditions. His sister Lhakpa, the record holder for the number of Everest ascents (10 times). Tashi Sherpa with his son Nima Rinji, the youngest climber in history to climb 14 eight-thousanders. Victoria Bonya, TV presenter and blogger, also going to Everest. Yuri Koshelenko and Alexey Lonchinsky, who came to make a sport climb. That evening we also celebrated the birthday of one of the main characters of the future film, Vasily Taradin.
The evening in the royal palace turned out to be wonderful. With live music. Today, an excursion, packing things and continuing the filming of the film: "Space Everest".

News from the expedition to Dhaulagiri. Today our team finally gathered in Kathmandu in full force. At 17.00 the big Gala Mega-party of several expeditions of the 7 Summits Club began. The teams of Everest, Dhaulagiri, trekking to Everest and Annapurna gathered. The guests of honor came - representatives of the Russian Embassy in Nepal, our friends-climbers: Yura Koshelenko and Lesha Lonchinsky (planning a new route in the Kanchi region), Victoria Bonya, who is currently going to Everest, our partners - Mingma Gelu Sherpa (8 times on Everest), his sister, the record-holder Lhakpa (10 times on Everest), Tashi with his son Nima (the youngest climber on all 14,8000 meters). We had a great chat, got to know each other. We celebrated the birthday of Vasya Taradin (going to Everest).
Our team on Dhaulagiri has been strengthened compared to last year by a new member - the president of the Moscow FAiS Dmitry Moskalov is going with us. From the Russian Embassy, we were given the Russian flag and the Victory Flag to bring to the summit. We will try.
Tomorrow is the last day of training. The day after tomorrow we fly to Pokhara.

We arrived, sorted out our bags and moved to the village of Phakding. The weather is borderline, by midday it became cloudy and rained occasionally. We settled in a lodge, had lunch and then went to a monastery located near the village. Tomorrow is the trek to Namche. We are resting, and it is raining again outside.

Tonight we left for Ramichap airport. But, unfortunately, we were unable to fly to Lukla due to weather conditions. The rain will stop only in the evening. Namaste from Nepal! The 7 Summits Club team "Our Mini Group" successfully climbed Lobuche East yesterday. We were already at the top point at 8:30 local time. It snowed the day before the climb, so we had to put on crampons right away. The weather was favorable for the climb, a little cloudiness did not prevent us from enjoying the views from the top.

Less than a week remains until the start of the 8000 Club expedition to Dhaulagiri 8167m, the seventh highest peak in the world. This year, the team is going in almost the same composition as last year. All the participants of last year's expedition decided to repeat their attempt to climb this formidable peak. But this time, the company has strengthened, with the addition of the experienced and wise Dmitry Moskalov. It is impossible to climb this technically difficult and treacherous peak without luck. Therefore, we wish you favorable weather and good partners for joint processing of the route! These are the two most important components of luck.

⠀ Leader: Lyudmila Korobeshko. Director of the 7 Summits Club, the only woman to have completed the Seven Summits project three times, visited both poles twice. She climbed Everest three times, as well as Cho Oyu, Manaslu, Makalu, and K2. Completed the Seven Volcanoes project and became the first Russian woman to complete the 7+7 project (7 summits + 7 volcanoes).

The route is relatively difficult, since the altitude loss was 700 meters, and the gain was 900 meters, over 11 km of distance. The route passed through a picturesque forest. On the way we stopped at the Tengboche monastery, looked into the bakery, tried delicious cakes.
