February 11. Jumbo from Africa to all! Today, our team "22 friends of Oscar and Fedor Konyukhov" made the trek from Camp Machame (2900) to Camp Shira (3800). We got there pretty quickly. By lunchtime, we were in the camp, washed up, had lunch and went for a walk to the Shira cave. After the walk, we met our team - as many as 122 accompanying people!

Tomorrow, there will be a difficult march through the Lava Tower (4600) with a descent to the Barranco camp.

By the way, our group has some kind of records - more than half of the participants have visited the North Pole. And we also have a heroic father Sergey Stepanov in our team, who is leading his three children to the summit. We've definitely never had anything like this before.

Hooray! There is a summit! On February 9, Olga and Alexander stood on the summit of Cotopaxi volcano (5897 m) - the most beautiful volcano in the world, included in the TOP-10 most popular ascents with guides. The active Cotopaxi volcano was reopened for ascents after another eruption about six months ago. After the eruption, the terrain changed significantly, became more technical, requiring more effort and special training.

The couple did it! And now they are waiting for a well-deserved rest at the thermal springs surrounded by blooming mountains.

Greetings from the slopes of Aconcagua! Today our supergroup "4th International", having made an 8-hour trek, climbed to our comfortable base camp Plaza de Mulas, at an altitude of 4300 meters. All participants withstood this long trek with dignity. We were met, fed and placed in wonderful tents. Tomorrow is a day of rest, and then back to battle. February 10. To all Jumbos from Africa! Today the 7 Summits Club group "22 friends of Oscar Konyukhov" set out on the route, making a splash along the way. We proudly overtook all other climbers. In 5 hours we climbed to the first camp of Machame at 2900, gaining more than 1000 m vertically. On the way to In the jungle we were caught in a tropical downpour. But we quickly dried out and entered the camp almost dry and cheerful. Before dinner we did a medical checkup. Everyone's saturation was 90 and above. Pulse was also normal.

At dinner our chef pleased us with delicious fish with avocado, salads and fried potatoes. Yum-yum. Tomorrow we're going up to almost 4000! We're already looking forward to it!

Greetings from sunny Argentina! Firstly, our group has changed its name - now we are "4th International". Today we left the Confluencia camp for an acclimatization hike in the direction of Plaza Francia and, as planned, reached an altitude of 4000 meters. Returning to the camp, we had lunch and underwent a medical examination. Tomorrow, we have a difficult trek to the Plaza de Mulas base camp, the group is ready for it. Hola! The "Health for" group in full force climbed the highest peak of the two Americas, Mount Aconcagua, the highest point of South America. It was sunny on the day of the ascent, but the wind at an altitude of over 6,000 meters reached a speed of 50 km/h. The entire group safely descended to the base camp. The group's guides were Andrey Berezin, Viktor Volodin and Valery Myasoedov.

February 9. To all Jumbos from Africa! Today our new large group "22 friends of Oscar Konyukhov" finally gathered at the foot of Kilimanjaro. We had been flying in for two whole days. And this evening the last 5 participants arrived at the starting point - our fabulous hotel on the coffee plantations, from where a stunning view of Kilimanjaro opens.

Before the gala dinner, the Maasai came to visit us. We had songs and dances with them. And then there was a briefing and a gala evening of acquaintance. We found out how everyone got into the group. Tomorrow morning we are heading out on the Machame route. The mood is fighting.

Our team climbed by car to the wonderful Quilotoa Lake, located in the crater of a volcano at an altitude of 3900 meters. It was wonderful! Great views and great company!

Greetings from sunny Argentina! A new group of the 7 Summits Club has arrived in this country to climb Aconcagua. Having completed all the formalities, today our team left hot Mendoza for the entrance to the national park. Our first stop is the natural monument Puente del Inca. We settled in a comfortable glamping. Here we select our things, which will be sent to the base camp on mules. And we ourselves will go on foot for gradual acclimatization. Greetings from Ecuador from Olga and Alexander! We had a great day. We met the guide Diego and had a great acclimatization trip to the top of Pichincha. Now we have moved to La Cienega. This is an ancient hacienda in the Cotopaxi region with eucalyptus alleys surrounded by roses. We are resting in anticipation of further interesting activities and locations.

Jambo Rafiki! The 7 Summits Club group "White Masai" dropped 2 kilometers vertically and returned to civilization! On the descent, we had lunch and the long-awaited restoration of the water-alkaline balance with local Kilimanjaro beer. In the evening, they held an awards ceremony and congratulated Alexander on his 25th birthday!

Hello to everyone from Ecuador, the country of volcanoes and flowers, from Olga and Alexander! The couple flew to Quito and began their acquaintance with this colorful country, located in the mountains in the equatorial region somewhere on the South American continent.

Yesterday, there was a deeper penetration into the history and culture of the colonial center of the capital and, of course, it was not without closing several gestalts: standing on the equator line simultaneously in different hemispheres and trying a local delicacy - kuya (guinea pig, in our language).

Hola! The 7 Summits Club "Health b for" group, in accordance with the acclimatization plan, spent one night on Nido de Condores, at an altitude of approximately 5560 meters. Everyone is feeling well. We went down to the base camp at Plaza de Mulas to rest. The acclimatization cycle has been successfully completed, now the group is preparing for the decisive exit to storm the Aconcagua summit. Jambo Rafiki! Hooray, the summit! The 7 Summits Club "White Masai" group has successfully climbed Uhuru Peak 5895m! For tactical reasons, we divided the team into two subgroups - standard and faster. As a result, both groups quickly climbed to the summit, all together we were there already at 6-50 in the morning!

All participants are great! For many, Kilimanjaro was the first mountain. But I would especially like to note the achievement of the youngest member of our group - Alexander. In addition to everything else, he descended with a local guide into the crater of Kilimanjaro, giving himself an additional birthday present!

Jambo Rafiki! The 7 Summits Club "White Masai" group started the morning with traditional exercises. After breakfast, we had to storm the Barranco Wall, which always scares you at first glance! However, everyone copes with it, which is what we did. The photos and videos show some details.

Then we crossed two valleys under the next daily rain that started and arrived at the Karanga camp at an altitude of 4030 meters by lunchtime. From here, simply stunning views of Kilimanjaro open up!

For dinner, again borscht (!) and spaghetti... After dinner, we rested and prepared for the final push - going to the assault camp and climbing!

Hola! The "Health for" group continues to prepare for the ascent of Aconcagua. Yesterday, for the purpose of acclimatization, we climbed to an altitude of 5000 meters, to an overnight camp called Plaza Canada. The weather was sunny, but in some places the wind reminded us that Aconcagua is a very windy mountain. The necessary set of wind protection and warm clothes helped us reach the desired altitude.

Today we have a day of rest and a medical check. Tomorrow we leave for the final acclimatization rotation, we will spend the night on Nido de Condores. The group guides are Andrey Berezin and Viktor Volodin.

01.02 Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

Jambo Rafiki! The 7 Summits Club "White Masai" group today passed the most difficult part of the trek, the ascent to Lava Tower 4640m and the descent to the Barranco wall to the camp at an altitude of 3900m. Unfortunately, one of the participants caught a bad cold on the 1st day during the rain and today it was decided to stop the ascent for him.

The altitude makes itself felt, there are signs of a headache in other participants, but everything is within normal limits. On the route, a wonderful lunch awaited us at an altitude of 4640 m, with watermelons for dessert. Then we passed through a stunning valley of senecias (grass palms) on the descent, and admired the view of the Barranco wall, which we will climb tomorrow. ALL of this is impressive! At sunset, we first saw the main summit of Kibo, Uhuru Peak 5895m! Our route on the southern circumnavigation is exactly there! Now dinner and a well-deserved rest! Good luck to everyone!

31.01 Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Jambo Rafiki! The 7 Summits Club "White Masai" group today passed through the heather thickets to the Western side of Mount Kilimanjaro, climbed to the Shira plateau in Camp 2 at an altitude of 3800 meters. The weather has not been pampering for the second day - every now and then it rains. The group members are pleasantly surprised by our service and cuisine! Today we had real borscht for lunch. In general, everything is fine, everything is going according to plan, appetite and other indicators are normal.
