Greetings from Nepal to everyone from the "Anahata" group, who reached Everest Base Camp today and saw Everest up close! Or rather, we saw Everest first, and then reached Base Camp.
It was a very challenging day. First, we reached the village of Gorak Shep, drank tea there, and then headed to Base Camp, admiring the incredible peaks and glacier along the way.
Having reached the treasured stone marking the entrance to Base Camp, we took photos and continued our tour of the camp. We saw where the 7 Summits Club sets up their camp – it's very unusual to see these places without tents – then continued along the glacier to get a good look at the Klumbu Icefall. Incredible beauty surrounded us, and after enjoying the amazing views, we returned to Gorak Shep. In total, it took about seven hours of walking, and everyone was very tired, but it was worth it.

The 7 Summits Club super guide Olya Rumyantseva reports from Nepal:
Greetings to everyone from Nepal from the most energetic Anahata group, heading to Everest! Today we left the autumn landscapes behind and entered a world of big mountains and snow.
This morning, after the obligatory morning exercises, we left the village of Dingboche and headed towards Lobuche, from where we will reach Everest Base Camp tomorrow. The weather continues to be wonderful – blue skies, sunshine, and white mountains. Everyone is, of course, very impressed by the enormous mountains looming above us. With such beautiful views, the journey passes unnoticed.
We even crossed the pass, which looked quite impressive, at a brisk pace. Beyond the pass, we visited the memorial to the fallen climbers, and by lunchtime we arrived in Lobuche, checked into our lodge, and went for a walk.
It's a shame the clouds rolled in by evening, and we missed out on the sunset overlooking Nuptse.
We hope tomorrow we'll be treated to a sunset overlooking Everest.

The 7 Summits Club super guide Olya Rumyantseva sends a message from Nepal:
Greetings to everyone from Nepal from the "Anahata" group, continuing their journey toward Everest! Today we left magical Rivendale and moved from the forest zone into the high mountains to the village of Dingboche, located at an altitude of 4,340 meters. It wasn't a particularly difficult but very beautiful trek. The entire way, we admired the beauty of Ama Dablam, examining the mountain from different angles. More suspension bridges, yaks, and stupas were visible. And as we gained altitude, the green slopes became tinged with the bright red of autumn bushes.
We continue to be amazed and delighted by what we see every day. The village of Dingboche, although located at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, offers tourists very comfortable accommodations (our rooms still have heated sheets) and cafes where you can drink delicious coffee and eat equally delicious pastries. However, the conditions are gradually becoming harsher. This doesn't bother us in the least. How can difficulties be upsetting when the surroundings are so beautiful?

The group is in excellent condition. Tomorrow will be a relatively easy day; the trek will only last about four hours, with an elevation gain of 700 meters. Good luck to everyone on the trails!

A corporate trip for the 7 Summits Club team to Armenia. October 22nd. Today we visited the ancient monastery of Geghard, carved directly into the rock, and the Symphony of Stones, where nature itself has created perfect geometry. Then came a tasting at a cognac factory, the aroma of oak barrels, and a hint of sadness in the air: our journey ends.
And in the evening, our Armenian friend Vaga threw a real celebration—dancing, laughter, and a "7 Summits Yerevan" cake, where the tricolor of the Seven Summits met the Armenian flag.
We danced until late in the evening and realized how incredibly lucky we were to be on such a team.
It's sad to leave. But the main thing is—together we always rise to the occasion.

The 7 Summits Club Guide Olya Rumyantseva reports from Nepal:
Greetings from Nepal from the most friendly and cheerful Anahata group! We continue our trek to Everest. Today, we left Namche Bazaar and headed towards Tengboche Monastery.
The weather is still gorgeous, offering unforgettable views. True, Everest was covered in clouds today, but we're not upset; we didn't get to see it yesterday. But Ama Dablam once again graced our entire journey.
In Tengboche, we visited a monastery, after which we continued on to a lodge at an altitude of 3,800 meters with the fairytale name of "Rivendale"—a place where any traveler can find shelter and peace, as mentioned in "The Lord of the Rings." The place is truly cozy with stunning views.
Everyone on our trek never ceases to be amazed by the comfort of the hotels we choose for our groups' overnight stays. I won't even mention the natural beauty. Everything we see every day invariably evokes admiration.
We also met an African guide along the way, who had been with us on Kilimanjaro with the same group a year ago. To the surprised looks of those around us, we sang together a song about Kilimanjaro, "Hakuna Matata."
These are the kinds of unexpected encounters you can have in Nepal.

Greetings from Ama Dablam Base Camp! This morning, a puja was held at the experienced yak camp, we received a blessing, and are ready to begin working on the mountain. After lunch, we hiked to the rocks and practiced climbing a vertical, smooth wall with a jumar and rappelling. Everyone was successful and worked quite quickly. Tomorrow, we plan a two-night acclimatization hike to Camp 1.

The 7 Summits Club Super Guide Olya Rumyantseva reports from Nepal:
Greetings from Nepal from the Anahata team! Today, we had a fantastic day near Namche Bazaar. After morning exercises to acclimatize, we headed to the Everest View Hotel. The name didn't disappoint. They started showing us Everest halfway up.
Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and, of course, the most beautiful mountain, Ama Dablam. Upon reaching the hotel, we drank tea overlooking these magnificent peaks, and then continued on to the village of Khumjung.
The snow-capped mountains, the forest already beginning to turn to autumn colors, the Buddhist stupas—all this created such beauty that we wanted to walk and explore forever. In Khumjung, we visited a monastery housing a Yeti scalp. Yeti or not, it was interesting either way.
By lunchtime, we returned to Namche Bazaar, where everyone found something to do.
Some went shopping, some strolled through this unusual town, and some drank coffee in the cafes. Tomorrow we continue our journey to Everest.

Greetings to everyone from Nepal from the Anahata group! Today was the second day of trekking to Everest Base Camp. After breakfast and some exercise, we left our cozy shelter and walked from the village of Phading to Namche Bazaar.
It was a challenging, long, but incredibly beautiful journey through forests, mountains, and waterfalls. We crossed numerous suspension bridges along the way, which left no one indifferent. Despite the challenging route, the significant elevation gain, and the numerous steps up and down, everyone was delighted with what they saw.

The "Himalayan Snow Leopards" team continued their trek up Lobuche today. We departed from Rivendale Lodge and left the forest zone. Now we were surrounded by more snow-capped peaks, and the wind was blowing straight from the glaciers. We walked all day along the river, admiring Ama Dablam. We saw our destination, Lobuche East, for the first time. By lunchtime, we reached our lodge stop in Dingboche. We had lunch and rested at the lodge. Tomorrow we'll be heading to the last lodge on our route; higher up, there's only the base camp with tents. This was 7 Summits Club guide Sergey Avtomonov.

Greetings from Nepal from the Anahata team! Today, our group began its trek to Everest.
Early in the morning, we took two flights to Lukla. Along the way, we admired the stunning views of terraced green mountain slopes and snow-capped mountains. Later, they even showed us Everest, though it's still very far away.
Upon arriving in Lukla, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, did some light exercise, went through document checks at the checkpoint, and set out. The day was very sunny, and even a little hot.
It was everyone's first time in Nepal. So, everything was new to them, everything was a delight and a surprise. From the suspension bridges, to the yaks, to the mantra stones.
Three hours later, we reached our overnight stay—a very comfortable guesthouse with delicious food. We had lunch and then went to the monastery. We arrived just in time for the service. We looked around, listened, and, as darkness fell (it gets dark here very early in the fall), returned to the guesthouse. It's simply impossible to call this place a lodge—it has cozy rooms with white linens, hot showers, heated beds, and delicious food, different from the traditional dal bata and momo we'd have later.

Greetings, Seven Summits, from the expedition team on New Guinea! This morning at 6:30 AM, we stood at the summit of Carstensz Pyramid. Slowly, without fuss, without stretching, we reached the summit quite quickly. The descent back was slow, as the good weather kept us from descending. Now, in the pouring rain, we're running between tents through streams and swamps. We're really hoping for a helicopter ride down tomorrow morning.

A corporate trip to Armenia for the 7 Summits Club team. Our journey began today. And, of course, we didn't start with coffee and long conversations, but with an ascent of Aragats, the country's highest mountain. We climbed to the Southern Peak of the massif at 3,890 meters.
It was everything we love: wind, sun, laughter, and a team spirit where everyone helps, supports, and befriends. Our guides, as always, are a true support system, and even off-tour, they are so kind and attentive that you can feel their care coming from the heart.
Thanks to Lyudmila Korobeshko and Alexander Abramov for giving us the opportunity not only to make people's dreams come true by introducing them to the world of mountains, but also to travel as a team! It's great to be inspired and discuss how to make our Club even better.
Today we were also congratulated on the Club's 18th anniversary! Artur, a member of the 7 Summits Club, went on expeditions with Valery Myasoedov. He learned we were in Armenia and came to congratulate us with gifts—flowers for the girls and Armenian cognac for the men.
The day was warm, lively, and genuine.
