The 7 Summits Club  Guide Olya Rumyantseva reports from Nepal:

Greetings from Nepal from the most friendly and cheerful Anahata group! We continue our trek to Everest. Today, we left Namche Bazaar and headed towards Tengboche Monastery.

The weather is still gorgeous, offering unforgettable views. True, Everest was covered in clouds today, but we're not upset; we didn't get to see it yesterday. But Ama Dablam once again graced our entire journey.

In Tengboche, we visited a monastery, after which we continued on to a lodge at an altitude of 3,800 meters with the fairytale name of "Rivendale"—a place where any traveler can find shelter and peace, as mentioned in "The Lord of the Rings." The place is truly cozy with stunning views.

Everyone on our trek never ceases to be amazed by the comfort of the hotels we choose for our groups' overnight stays. I won't even mention the natural beauty. Everything we see every day invariably evokes admiration.

We also met an African guide along the way, who had been with us on Kilimanjaro with the same group a year ago. To the surprised looks of those around us, we sang together a song about Kilimanjaro, "Hakuna Matata."

These are the kinds of unexpected encounters you can have in Nepal.

Tomorrow, we plan a two-night acclimatization hike to Camp 1.

The 7 Summits Club Super Guide Olya Rumyantseva reports from Nepal:

Greetings from Nepal from the Anahata team! Today, we had a fantastic day near Namche Bazaar. After morning exercises to acclimatize, we headed to the Everest View Hotel. The name didn't disappoint. They started showing us Everest halfway up.

Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and, of course, the most beautiful mountain, Ama Dablam. Upon reaching the hotel, we drank tea overlooking these magnificent peaks, and then continued on to the village of Khumjung.

The snow-capped mountains, the forest already beginning to turn to autumn colors, the Buddhist stupas—all this created such beauty that we wanted to walk and explore forever. In Khumjung, we visited a monastery housing a Yeti scalp. Yeti or not, it was interesting either way.

By lunchtime, we returned to Namche Bazaar, where everyone found something to do.

Some went shopping, some strolled through this unusual town, and some drank coffee in the cafes. Tomorrow we continue our journey to Everest.

Greetings to everyone from Nepal from the Anahata group! Today was the second day of trekking to Everest Base Camp. After breakfast and some exercise, we left our cozy shelter and walked from the village of Phading to Namche Bazaar.

It was a challenging, long, but incredibly beautiful journey through forests, mountains, and waterfalls. We crossed numerous suspension bridges along the way, which left no one indifferent. Despite the challenging route, the significant elevation gain, and the numerous steps up and down, everyone was delighted with what they saw.

The 7 Summits Club Super Guide Olya Rumyantseva sends a message from Nepal:

Greetings from Nepal from the Anahata team! Today, our group began its trek to Everest.

Early in the morning, we took two flights to Lukla. Along the way, we admired the stunning views of terraced green mountain slopes and snow-capped mountains. Later, they even showed us Everest, though it's still very far away.

Upon arriving in Lukla, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, did some light exercise, went through document checks at the checkpoint, and set out. The day was very sunny, and even a little hot.

It was everyone's first time in Nepal. So, everything was new to them, everything was a delight and a surprise. From the suspension bridges, to the yaks, to the mantra stones.

Three hours later, we reached our overnight stay—a very comfortable guesthouse with delicious food. We had lunch and then went to the monastery. We arrived just in time for the service. We looked around, listened, and, as darkness fell (it gets dark here very early in the fall), returned to the guesthouse. It's simply impossible to call this place a lodge—it has cozy rooms with white linens, hot showers, heated beds, and delicious food, different from the traditional dal bata and momo we'd have later.

Slowly, without fuss, without stretching, we reached the summit quite quickly. The descent back was slow, as the good weather kept us from descending. Now, in the pouring rain, we're running between tents through streams and swamps. We're really hoping for a helicopter ride down tomorrow morning.

A corporate trip to Armenia for the 7 Summits Club team. Our journey began today. And, of course, we didn't start with coffee and long conversations, but with an ascent of Aragats, the country's highest mountain. We climbed to the Southern Peak of the massif at 3,890 meters.

It was everything we love: wind, sun, laughter, and a team spirit where everyone helps, supports, and befriends. Our guides, as always, are a true support system, and even off-tour, they are so kind and attentive that you can feel their care coming from the heart.

Thanks to Lyudmila Korobeshko and Alexander Abramov for giving us the opportunity not only to make people's dreams come true by introducing them to the world of mountains, but also to travel as a team! It's great to be inspired and discuss how to make our Club even better.

Today we were also congratulated on the Club's 18th anniversary! Artur, a member of the 7 Summits Club, went on expeditions with Valery Myasoedov. He learned we were in Armenia and came to congratulate us with gifts—flowers for the girls and Armenian cognac for the men.

The day was warm, lively, and genuine.

This is Lucy Ilyina, Head of the 7 Summits Club's SMM Department.

And, of course, our destination, Ama Dablam, in all its glory. In the meantime, we came up with a name for the group: "Experienced Yaks."

On the way back, we visited the eco-museum and the Sherpa Museum. At the latter, our Sherpa Sona showed us his photo—he's a two-time Guinness World Record holder! Winter ascent of K2 and the shortest Everest-K2 ascent in 114 days.

The most experienced Super Yak, Boris Egorov.

Alexander Abramov, leader of the "Super Dogs on Elbrus" expedition, reports from the Elbrus region:

The Super Dogs project on Elbrus. SUMMIT!!! Today, October 18th, a historic event took place. Three Sherpa dogs, Mingma, Pemba, and Lhakpa, reached the summit of Elbrus, working as sled dogs. They pulled climbers Alexander Abramov, Viktor Simonov, and Ilya Gladkikh.

As a result, the team of three dogs and three climbers ascended from an altitude of 5,100 meters to the summit in 3.5 hours. It's interesting that these dogs pull sleds in winter, but they've never been to the mountains. So, Elbrus is their first summit as dogs. The weather was terrible. After the summit, we descended in a blizzard and 50 km/h winds.

The route was in rough firn conditions, with some ice in places. The dogs proved themselves heroes.

Hello, Seven Summits! This is the Carstensz Pyramid expedition. We all arrived safely in Timika (the closest civilization to the mountain). Our flight down the mountain was slightly delayed, just a day. We decided not to spoil you with any news and photos. So, the first decent news is from base camp, where we arrived this morning. We immediately headed out to the rock wall to refresh and strengthen our skills. We were doing so well that we were already considering a summit attempt today. But current mountain regulations prevent this. We finished the acclimatization and educational walk, had a snack, and had our health checked. We're waiting for rain so we can retreat to our tents for a nap, with a break for dinner. We plan to set out for the summit early in the morning.
