 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup called "Semyonovtsy" went to the slopes of Elbrus to the Refuge of Eleven (4070m) as part of acclimatization. There, snow and ice classes were held, where we practiced self-arrest skills using an ice axe, as well as the technique of moving along a snow slope, moving in a rope group, and passing a fixed rope.

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "NaKoshkah" group! Today, we climbed the slopes of Elbrus, checked into our favorite refuge, changed clothes and walked to the area of the “Refuge of 11”. There, we held classes on using an ice axe and learned to distinguish it from a carabiner. The weather is foggy, we didn't see any views today again. We continue working.

 News from the "Russian Alpine Federation" group. Today we climbed the slopes of Elbrus, to the National Park refuge. We settled into comfortable trailers, had a snack and then went out to acclimatize in the “Refuge of 11” area. There we held snow training with self-arrest on a steep slope, all participants mastered the program perfectly. There is a lot of snow. The participants feel great.

President of the 7 Summits Club Alexander Abramov reports from Alaska:

The first team of the 7 Summits Club has arrived in Alaska. The group has eight participants and the guide Alexander Abramov. Three American guides will also be working with us on the ascent.

 The entire team has settled on the territory of the 7 Summits Club office in Talkeetna. We are spending the night in tents. According to the plan, the team should fly out to the glacier tomorrow morning and our adventure to Denali will begin.

6/16 - 7 Summits Club in Talkeetna is not just an office, it’s a place where climbers from around the world can meet each other and unite. Today we welcomed our old friend Tashi Lakra Sherpa. Our President Alex Abramov awarded him with a medal for his successful Denali summit back to 2017!

Today Tashi left for his another McKinley climb! Wishing you good weather and good luck!

  Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today (16.06) our new group in its first acclimatization rotation climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai" at an altitude of 2700 meters. We walked along a picturesque forest path, admiring the beauty of nature. The second part of the path passed in the area of alpine meadows, visibility was limited, we did not see the mountains. Tomorrow we have our first exit to the heights, to the slopes of Elbrus, where snow lessons will be held.

6/16 - Another Big News from Alaska! New Day- New Achievements!

The 7 Summits Club is proud to welcome in our Talkeetna office another Denali Summiters, independent American climbers: Danny Innamorati, Daniel Bateman and Daniel Langemann. 

Innamoratti and Bateman climbed McKinley via Cassin Ridge, which is a challenging and iconic alpine climb and considered one of the most sought-after big mountain climbs in North America. It's a direct, 9,000-foot ascent on the South Face, requiring technical ice and rock-climbing skills. The route is known for its steepness, commitment, and limited escape option!!!

It’s a huge achievement! Congratulations! Well-deserved summit!!!

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the group called "NaKoshkah"! Today we began our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. We did not like the views, there were only clouds and snow. But overall, we had a great walk. We continue to work according to our program.

6/15 - exciting news from Alaska! Today 7 Summits Club is thrilled to welcome and award special guest and climber Alfa Karina Arrué!

She is the first person and first woman from El Salvador who successfully summited Mt. Denali - on June 13 at 5:20am! She did it independently and in just 7 days!

Alfa Karina also is the first person and first woman from El Salvador who successfully summited Mt. Everest in 2022.

Big congratulations on these achievements!

Valery Myasoedov, the Guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Sochi:

 Greetings from Sirius! The 7 Summits Club group, the Croods Family, has completed a three-day adventure program in Sochi region. On the third day, we were engaged in canyoning, which is the process of going through canyons along the riverbeds of mountain rivers, overcoming water obstacles and rocky areas. This is one of the most popular and most dynamic types of active recreation. We were convinced of this ourselves on the route; you should have seen the enthusiastic emotions of our young participants, Varya and Sasha. We returned to some sections, such as jumping into the water from rock springboards, several times. All members of the Croods Family (Oksana, Andrey, Varya and Sasha) were very pleased with the organization of safety and the program as a whole. A great family vacations! We thank our partners "Adventure Workshop" for this! And we hope to continue our cooperation.

Greetings to everyone from our new group (without a name yet) from the Elbrus region! Yesterday the entire group arrived at the Mineralnye Vody airport. Then transfer to the Elbrus region and accommodation in a very comfortable and cozy hotel. Today the weather is not pampering. It rained all night, but we decided to take a walk and went to the Maiden Braids waterfall for acclimatization. The participants are feeling great. After lunch the weather returned to normal. We are preparing to continue the program.

The 7 Summits Club guide Boris Egorov reports from Papua New Guinea:

In the meantime, long-awaited news from Papua New Guinea. The remaining parts of the "Descendants of Miklouho-Maclay" group climbed the highest point of the country, Peak Wilhelm! We stood at the summit with the first rays of the sun. It was very beautiful! And it had not yet struck noon, and we were already celebrating the ascent in our wonderful lodge.

6/14- Denali Summits Keep Rolling In! It’s a busy and exciting season at the 7 Summits Club office in Talkeetna! We’re proudly welcoming climbers who’ve reached the top of Denali, North America’s highest peak and honoring each one with a medal and certificate.

Today, we awarded two strong climbers from Bulgaria - Aleksandra Latunova and Dimitar Kovachev for their successful ascent on June 11 at 6 pm.

 The "Brigada" group sends greetings from the Elbrus region! We have successfully completed our program. During the ascent of Elbrus, the wind was strong, but the group coped with all the difficulties. Only we had to wait for a place at the top, there were a lot of people on the trail - the season is in full swing. All participants are happy and received well-deserved awards. See you in the mountains!

6/13- The 7 Summits Club team went out fishing. We didn’t catch any fish, but instead we caught a stunning sunset over the mountains: Foraker, Hunter, and Denali.

Elbrus news. The "Picvario" group climbed the Eastern and Western peaks of Elbrus. One team of 5 people climbed the Western summit. And two pairs climbed the Eastern summit, along different routes: on foot from the National Park Refuge along the "Motorcycle couloir" and along the "Classics" from the Saddle. Congratulations to the "Picvario" team on their ascent to the peaks of Elbrus! Group guides Andrey Berezin and Alexander Avtomonov.

6/13- Greetings from Alaska!  Another Summit Success:

Six Russian Climbers Stand on Top of Denali on June 11! An incredible achievement! Six dedicated mountaineers have successfully reached the summit of McKinley - the tallest peak in North America. The 7 Summits Club proudly congratulated the team at our Talkeetna office, where each climber was awarded a medal and certificate to honor their strength, courage, and determination.

Valery Myasoedov, a Guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from Sochi:

 Greetings from Krasnaya Polyana! The Croods Family group spent the second day of their program in the Vorontsov Caves, a fantastic area of the Krasnodar Region, unique in its beauty and splendor. Karst caves created by nature millions of years ago attract thousands of tourists. And there is much to be surprised and amazed at. First, we went on an excursion to one of the equipped caves, listened to the theoretical part, learned to distinguish statactites from stalagmites. And then we went through one of the most picturesque speleological routes with technical elements of rock climbing. Our young participants Varya and Sasha were at their best here too. Words are superfluous here, look at the photos, it is hard to believe that we saw it with our own eyes.

 Message from 13.06. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "Second Year Olds" climbed the Eastern Elbrus summit 5621m!!! It was clear, but there was a strong wind, 70 km/h with gusts up to 80 km. The weather allowed us to enjoy the views of the Main Caucasian Ridge!

We went down the famous motorcycle couloir and were already at the Refuge by 9.30!

During the festive dinner, the participants received their well-deserved awards!

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Our team "Group D" successfully climbed  the Western peak of Mount Elbrus (5642m). The weather was clear and windy, the views were magnificent. The group showed itself on the route as a close-knit and disciplined team, ready for the next ascents. Which we have already started planning.
